Maison ensoleillée avec un sentiment de vacances exceptionnelle

Si vous entrez dans cette maison, vous savez tout de suite, cette fête est une grande fête avec le soleil de la mer et belle lumière.

La villa se compose de deux étages avec 5 chambres avec placards (4 chambres doubles et une chambre avec deux lits superposés). Trois chambres sont équipées de salle de bains privée (avec douche et / ou baignoire). Les chambres sont fournis à l'arrivée avec des draps et des serviettes fraîches.

La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les équipements modernes pour optimiser votre confort (lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, sèche-linge, micro-ondes, four, cafetière, grille-pain, réfrigérateur ...). Le salon spacieux avec une télévision à écran plat donne un accès direct à la terrasse panoramique. Il y a TV Vlaanderen (o. M., toutes les stations de radio et de télévision belges et néerlandais par satellite) et Internet sans fil.

Climatisation.

La piscine et la maison sont des terrasses avec de beaux meubles en bois et des chaises confortables. La piscine privée peut être chauffée en option, de Mai à Septembre. Grande maison avec piscine en plein air

L'emplacement, avec vue sur la mer, est idéal pour ceux qui recherchent la paix et a besoin d'intimité à distance de marche de la plage de Praia da Luz.

Fantastic holiday house

We loved our stay in Tom’s gorgeous house. Particularly loved the outside space and pool. Location was great, it felt secluded but n easy 10 minute walk down to the beach and restaurants (little longer home 😂) Perfect family beach/pool holiday

Stunning location

The villa is beautiful with incredible views of Luz. We loved all the outside spaces and the peaceful location. The management team were very helpful and on hand to answer any queries quickly. Very well equipped villa. Would highly recommend - we will be booking again!

A wonderful property

A wonderful spacious property that’s sleeps 10 easily. Great outdoor space, pool & bar area that all the family enjoyed. Would 100% recommend to anybody. Check in was made easy, with clear communication from the property manager. Would definitely book again if going to Portugal!

Lovely stay in a superb location

We had a wonderful stay at Casa da Andorinhas in Luz in the last week of September 2023. We were eight people (4 adult couples) and had plenty of space for everyone, including the beautiful outdoor dining and pool area. With an amazing view, the house is well-equipped, attractive and comfortable. The management was efficient and friendly. We would definitely recommend the house to others as a great adult-friendly option in Luz, and we hope to come back again in future.

Beautiful accommodation with incredibly beautiful view

We were 5 adults and four children. The accommodation was perfect for this distribution. Everything was nice for us and we have nothing to complain about. We had a great two weeks in the house. Luz and the surrounding area is very varied and we will not have been here the last time. Many thanks, also for the super good and professional handling

Great house in great location

We (8 adults) spent a week in this lovely house, which is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. Location is great, very quiet and peaceful but only a 10 minute walk (downhill) to amenities in Luz and the beach. We loved the outdoor space pool and beautiful view from the terrace. NB there is no oven but we made good use of the bbq. We paid extra to heat the pool which was money well-spent! Could have done with more than 4 sunbeds though. Communications and check in and out was easy and efficient. Highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful property, a few kinks

Gorgeous space in an old. Views from the pool and patios are exceptional. Rooms sparse but why would you spend much time there! A short walk to Luz and the beach. A few kinks. Cleaning was not complete when we arrived for check-in, and for some rooms turning over sheets/towels took until the following day. The cleaner was often in the place throughout the week using the washing machine and on the deck, which made the space feel less private. The pool is very cold unless you pay an extra €150 fee for heating, which wasn't clear in the VRBO description. Property management was helpful and responsive! Overall would stay again.

Superbe Villa, vue exceptionnelle. Séjour parfait en famille

La villa est vraiment superbe, spacieuse, bien équipée. Les plus sont la terrasse couverte d'une voile, la piscine chauffée et la vue incroyable. Le village de Luz est charmant, très calme mais on y trouve tout ce dont on a besoin. Nous avons passé un séjour de rêve dans cette maison.

Ein perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben mit 7 Personen zwei sehr schöne Wochen in dem Haus verbracht. Es ist zwar schon etwas älter, hat aber Charme und ist vor allem auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Von einem Backofen vielleicht mal abgesehen ist alles reichlich vorhanden. Die vor Ort Betreuung durch Caroline war sehr angenehm. Besonders gut hat uns der Aussenbereich mit großer Terrasse und Sonnensegel, Lounge-Ecke, diversen Liegen bzw. Liegestühlen und nicht zuletzt dem Pool gefallen. Durch die Lage am Ende einer Sackgasse ist es sehr ruhig und der Ausblick von der Terrasse auf den Atlantik ein echtes Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Top Aussicht in ruhiger Lage

Ein herrliches Haus mit typischem Charm. Es war alles vorhanden für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub. Der Aussenbereich könnte eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. Dennoch alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.

Leuk verblijf in Luz

Prachtige ruime villa, en toch zeer gezellig. Zwembad is zalig, zicht prachtig. Ook zeer rustig gelegen, en toch maar 10 minuten wandelen van het strand. Enige nadeel voor mensen die graag koken, geen oven aanwezig.

Great House and Location

We were a group of 5 adults and 5 kids of various ages. The house is spacious, with a beautiful seaview, nice terrace and a large garden which the kids enjoyed. We usually walked the few minutes down to the village and beaches. We spent two wonderful weeks - thanks also for the great service!

Wunderbar

Es war einfach nur herrlich! Das Haus, der beheizte Pool, die Umgebung, Luz... wir kaa am men als Großfamilie- Großeltern, 2Paare, 3 Kinder. Es gab für alle Schlafzimmer, Bäder, wunderbare Plätze zum Zusammensein (riesen Esstisch im Freien als auch in der Küche) und dennoch für alle Rückzugsorte. Es war einfach wirklich alles perfekt! Danke!

Poderia ter sido óptimo, não fosse a água ser escassa e ter de mandar arranjar o que não funcionava.

Localizada num sítio maravilhoso, com uma vista soberba sobre a vila da Praia da Luz e com o oceano como pano de fundo, esta propriedade teria tudo para umas férias maravilhosas. O jardim (se é que o podemos chamar de jardim...) teria de estar jardinado e cuidado para que dele se pudesse desfrutar e dar um ar mais fresco e acolhedor. Da forma que está é uma menos-valia para a propriedade. O abastecimento de água teria de não ser simplesmente desastroso. Já não falo dos cortes de água a que a culpa tem de ser imputada ao abastecimento local, mas a inexistência de pressão deveria ter sido resolvida. O proprietário (Filip) esteve sempre disponível para mim durante a estadia para ir resolvendo as situações (demais) que se me depararam. Uma das quais a falta de água (logo no segundo dia da estadia) que foi resolvida por uma "artimanha" ligando o abastecimento de água através de uma mangueira a uma casa vizinha. Foi desligado este “sistema” e um dia depois nova falta de água para voltar a ligar o sistema “paralelo”. Curiosamente nos dias em que este "sistema" teve ligado, a pressão da água foi bastante razoável. Isso aponta em meu entender que poderá existir uma solução para este problema, que foi o maior que encontrei de facto na propriedade que aluguei e de alguma forma estragou aquelas que poderiam ter sido umas férias maravilhosas.

EXCELENTE!

Nos ha resultado una casa estupenda y muy agradable para pasar los 10 días que hemos estado. Si que le vendría bien una pequeña reforma en la instalación eléctrica que se queda un poco corta en cuanto a enchufes y la luz exterior, pero la casa merece mucho la pena a pesar de ello. La piscina una maravilla y las terrazas estupendas!!!
