Everything within a few minutes

Enjoyed our stay very much. Accommodated us very well with 3 seperate beds and 3 restrooms. Quiet gated community was a plus. Location was great and only 2 minutes away from the main strip with easy access in and out. Owner was very nice and would like to stay again in the future.

The property was as listed, it was clean and well kept. Location of property was in walking distance to beach and attractions. Pool access was directly outside of patio door. Property manager was available late in the evening when called.

Unwind at pcb

We had a great time!!! One of the pools is very close to the property and Grace was amazing by offering us a ride to the beach. The convenience of the club house infra structure makes it easy and enjoyable.

Ok stay

The stay was ok. The downstairs furniture is hard as a brick so it wasn’t a comfortable sitting space. The listing made it sound like you were close to the beach. The resort backs up to businesses that are across the street from the beach. It’s a long walk to beach access as this unit is in the very front of a resort that is a one way. You have to drive through the resort to exit. The exit is on the opposite side send u have to drive all the way up to the gate for it to open. So the convenience of getting in and out was not so convenient. You can’t park a street legal golf cart on the property. There are only two parking spaces per unit and all the parking spaces are really close together.

Furniture needs upgrade

Only issue we had was furniture. We had to put a blanket on the couch because it looked so dirty and bed in master definitely needs new mattress and box springs. Other than that it was great

Great place!

Stayed for almost a week and was very happy. Pool is so close, plus they had multiple pools you could go to. Also Putt putt in the evening was nice to be able to do there. Beach wasn’t too far to walk to. We loved it here and will definitely book again!

Highly recommend this house

First of all i want to thanks Eduard for letting us check in before 4 pm, after 15 hours driving from Chicago. Really appreciate this. The house was very clean, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Safe neighborhood, pool very close to back door, Walmart at 4 minutes away driving, in few words you will love this home.

Great getaway!

We had a fantastic stay! The townhouse was nice, and we enjoyed having the pool and putt putt right outside our door. Eduardo was very nice and responsive the few times we reached out to him. I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Comfortable and Spacious Condo

Communication with the owner is EXCELLENT! He is very kind and accommodating! Condo/ neighborhood is close to the beach/ walking distance across the road (but still take a beach wagon to haul your stuff), plenty of space, loved having 2.5 bathrooms and a washer and dryer! We had everything we needed... only had to buy a pizza pan and Kleenex (and groceries of course). The condo itself worked great for us!! The only let down/inconvenience was the Gulf Highlands Beach house was closed.. due to construction, but the pool was still usable. 1 of the community pools is right behind the Condo as well as mini golf. The kids loved the Condo and location!!! Overall great experience! Thank you for hosting us!😊

Central location

The space was plenty big enough for myself, my husband, and two kids! The pool and putting greens are right outside the patio door. House was clean, and communication was very prompt with the owner! Highly recommend, would stay here again!

Baseball tournament

Our family stayed here during my son's baseball tournament and it was close to the parks, shopping, and the beach! The pool just outside the back door was a great way to cook off after being in the sun! The property was very clean and just exactly as stated in the listing. We'd definitely return!
