Aloha et bienvenue dans notre condo récemment rénové dans le quartier ensoleillé de Poipu, Kauai. Cette unité privée d'une chambre bien entretenue est à quelques pas de la plage !!!

Vous pouvez vous détendre sur la véranda pendant que vous profitez de la magnifique vue sur l'océan. C'est parfait pour les couples et idéal pour votre lune de miel.

Le salon a une vue magnifique sur les jardins et la piscine.

Vous pouvez entendre les vagues de l'océan depuis la chambre la nuit ou vous détendre sur la terrasse avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec un four standard et un micro-ondes de 30 '. Nouveau téléviseur LCD 40 pouces avec chaînes HD pour votre plus grand plaisir dans le salon. De plus, je viens d'installer un nouveau téléviseur 27 pouces dans la chambre. Tous les téléviseurs ont un lecteur Blue Ray

Il y a deux plages de sable dans la rue. Nager avec les tortues marines et observer les baleines et les phoques moines est à moins de 100 pieds du condo. Vous pouvez également vous détendre au bord de la piscine entourée de jardins tropicaux tout en écoutant le son de la cascade voisine. L'espace barbecue est à votre disposition avec tables de pique-nique.

Il y a une variété de restaurants remarquables dans la région de Poipu. Les boutiques sont à quelques minutes de la vieille ville de Koloa ou du village commerçant de Poipu. N'oubliez pas de visiter Spouting Horn et les jardins botaniques accessibles à pied. Le golf, le tennis et l'équitation sont à quelques minutes. Au port de Kukuiula, plongée en haute mer, excursions en mer, voile et pêche sportive.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the perfect apartment with an amazing view of the ocean right off the bedroom. Every morning was spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sunrises while watching the parrots fly off to the mountains. The location was great as well, close to some action but far enough away we felt like there was seclusion. The historic park next door was beautiful as well. Inside there was everything we needed in the kitchen and then some. They had items we could use for fun in the ocean as well as entertainment for a night in. All in all this was a great place to stay and well worth the price.

Anniversary getaway

This property was perfect! The front and back views are fantastic. The beach is just across the street and was great for snorkeling. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the bbq area was great. The pool was clean and quiet.

You cannot beat the sunny side of Kauai in Poipu ...close to Waimea Canyon ... ocean excursions and great beaches...would DEFINITELY stay at thi condo in this unit again!!!!!

Fantastic Condo and Location

The condo is fantastically stocked. There were coffee filters and other things needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, tons of beach items and coolers. Also really liked having our own washer and dryer in the unit. The pool and location is awesome.

Beautiful condo great location

Enjoyed our stay. It was exactly as the pictures showed in the listing. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the lanai while watching the sun rise over a mountain to my left and the waves from the ocean to my right. Sunset was a very short walk to the beach. Perfect location to travel around the south and west side of the island.

Great Location

The view was great of the oven and loved spending time on the deck for breakfast and dinner. Close to beaches and restaurants. Kitchen had double of everything. Bed was comfortable. Pool area was peaceful for just seating and reading a book. The office had a scale so we could weigh our bags.

Beautiful complex and condo. Condo was equipt anticipating all needs. Host's personal artwork was displayed throughout, a great adddition to beautifful decor. Close to all south shore destinations and the airport. I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Great home base for anniversary island adventure

Had a very memorable stay at our Prince Kuhio condo. Comfortable amenities, and it was pleasant to see all of the included items in the unit: especially the Tommy Bahamas beach chairs and umbrella and the boogie boards. So nice! Really enjoyed going home to it each night, and waking up to roosters crowing each morning. Thank you!

Cozy rental in great location

We really enjoyed our time here. The location is great and the apartment was clean with an ocean view from the back balcony. We appreciated the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use. The only drawback was that the pool closes at sunset. Given that the sun went down at 6 o’clock that was really unfortunate and unexpected as most other places we have stayed have pools that are open until 9 or 10pm.

Beautiful, peaceful place on the South Shore

We had a wonderful stay in Prince Kuhio 213! The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could need. We ate all our meals on the lanai, watching and listening to the ocean. We especially enjoyed the owner's art in the condo, beautiful and added a personal touch. We've stayed in PK many times, but this was our first time in #213. Will definitely try to book it for our next trip. Thank you, Alan and Jolly!

The grounds were very nice (pool) ponds. Condo well furnished. A little dated but nice. Front door should have an extra deadbolt, didn't feel verty secure. A couple nights some kids would run and bang on all the doors. (PARENTS??) Overall very pleased with our stay. Would book there again.

We did not have hot water the last three days. Other than that, our stay was great and the house was well furnished with beach equipment including chairs, coolers and umbrellas. I especially liked all of the containers to store food. The location is unbelievable.

Enjoyed our stay

This unit was a good value. Everything was as represented. We liked that 1) AC, 2) Parking structure, 3) Sun blinds on both ends, 4) Wash/Dry in unit. The local property management team was very proactive in communication. I forgot to display the parking pass one evening and received a courtesy note the next morning. I liked that someone was paying attention as the parking is very limited in this area. Did not take advantage of the commons but it appeared very well maintained. Thanks!
