Beautiful Mountainback Condo tout nouveau mobilier situé à Palm Desert! Ce Mountainback ~ Desert Flower Condo est situé dans un cul-de-sac tranquille 1. 2 miles au sud du quartier des boutiques et des restaurants haut de gamme de El Paseo. Il se trouve prÚs de la piscine et dispose d'une architecture classique de Palm Desert moderne. Mountainback a également une grande piscine communautaire privée et un spa avec 3 courts de tennis. Ce condo peut accueillir 4 personnes et dispose d'un lit king dans la chambre principale, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis, et une salle de bain avec un lavabo double et une douche. Il a été fraßchement meublé avec des meubles de qualité, des draps et des plats avec des planchers de tuiles partout. Il y a du linge dans cette unité. Mountainback est proche du Living Desert, El Paseo, de l'aéroport de Palm Springs et de plusieurs terrains de golf. PrÚs de Fine Dining & Shopping!

Great rental in friendly and quiet community. Stayed for 2 months and the wifi was perfect for working remotely. The owner was wonderful and always responsive. I'd stay here again!

1st time staying in the desert

The Condo was nice, the outdoor areas were great the pool was right outside my patio door. The only complaint that we had was the furniture needs to be updated it was very uncomfortable. Overall we had a great time the neighbors were really nice and the weather was perfect.

We stayed for 2 weeks in this well appointed condo and appreciated the outdoor space, in particular. Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and we found everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Reliable internet service, plentiful grapefruit tree, lots of towels, very responsive owner. A super stay!

First off, the host is amazing, very accommodating, friendly and flexible. The property is clean and in a great community and location. Very peaceful. Pool is close by just out the back slider. Had a very nice stay. 5/5 recommended

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert. The condo was well equipped with, dishes, towels, bedding etc. patios had comfortable furniture. You are steps away from pool and hot tub, which was great. Karen was always quick to respond to questions, and the neighbours were friendly.

Decent value for the price

We enjoyed our stay. Outdoor space is limited. Front patio was very small and the back courtyard is in Disrepair. Bed in master was very comfortable and communication with Karen was excellent.

Great place to stay

We stayed here for 10 days with our 2 kids (3yrs and a baby). They had a blast and we enjoyed every minute. With the pool steps away, we had a lot of fun swimming and made grapefruit drinks from the grapefruit tree overhanging the back patio. The place was very clean and well stocked. Karen was easy to reach and responded to all questions quickly. Baby essentials are onsite and she even ordered a booster chair for our baby before we arrived. I’d highly recommend staying here and we hope to stay again soon.

Excellent stay

Karen's condo lives up to the photos. Lovely decor and spotlessly clean. It is well stocked with all the paper goods and staples needed for your stay which we really appreciated. The beds are very comfortable. The pool and hot tub are directly outside the back patio which was very convenient and serenely quiet in spite of the proximity with only a handful of others using it. Karen is very easy to contact if there are questions and she is quick to resolve any issues. The water heater broke while we were there and she had it replaced within a day! We would definitely recommend Karen' condo for a stay in Palm Desert.

Excellent location for pets. The property was close to dog walking trails. Street noise was not an issue. The pool is well heated . There was good communication with Manager if anything was missing. Kitchen is well equipped with full size fridge and you can pick grapefruits/lemons and oranges off the back patio. We love to cook and bake and found the kitchen was more than adequate for our needs. Furnishings are a bit eclectic. I think an extra couch in the living room would not be amiss.

Perfect spot!

We had a wonderful stay at this perfectly situated, one level unit at the Mountainback. The condo itself sits in one of the quietest spots of the entire complex. It has a gated pool literally 5 steps from the poolside patio and also has a quiet, very private enclosed back patio perfect for evening BBQs. The property around the pool and spa has many citrus trees, my kids and I had fun picking snacks with the fruit picker provided on the patio:) The interior has a cool and updated vibe, very comfortable beds and funky decor. It had a touch of mid century appeal which we love! We ventured out to the main pool with the kids for some more "active" pool time and then we would lounge around the pool and spa that is located right outside the unit for quiet pool time. It's the perfect combo. Not far from el paseo, very close to the living desert zoo and about 30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. All in all a very good location. We had a wonderful family holiday in the desert:)

Absolutely Amazing!

We could not have been happier with this cond. our host Karen was amazing to deal with & she keeps her condo updated & beautiful. The beds are extremely comfortable & the condo is very well laid out. Great location

Spa and small pool right in front. Very pet friendly, with a good walk along the wash only a 5 minute walk away. Less than 10 minute drive to Civic Center park, or the COD street fair, or The Living Desert. The tv (too small) and channels available could be improved. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. We'd be happy to return.

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay in Palm Desert and hope to be back in the future! This condo is very central and has two nice outdoor sitting areas. We also loved taking morning walks in the area. Still hoping to get our own Palm Desert retreat one day. It's just a really nice place!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here! Excellent palm desert location. The property was very clean and comfortable and had everything we could have needed for an extended stay. Owner was lovely and always responded promtly to any questions. A nice pool right outside our door kept our small kids busy for hours every day. Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing palm desert getaway.

Desert Flower During Covid

Condo was clean and extremely well stocked. Nice cold AC. Located in a mostly quiet complex. The complex was very well kept, and is located in a very nice area of Palm Desert. We enjoyed our walks around the complex and surrounding area. There are several smaller pools and one larger community pool located in the complex. These pools were closed for most of our stay because of the pandemic. They did open about 3 weeks before we departed with restricted access that was gained by liability release form. There's easy access into this rental. Cover parking steps away. Mailbox steps away. In ground garbage recepticle just outside back of condo. Recycling bin was placed just outside of condo on pickup days. Nice comfortable bedding. The condo was nicely decorated. The decore is geared toward a younger set. This condo is perfect for a younger family of 4. There is a small pool and spa just outside the back sliding glass door where parents can keep on eye on the kids from the living room. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds on heavy frames. We intended to push them together since my spouse requires separate sleeping quarters and we were unable to do this however, she did manage to make do on a single bed. The condo has the most basic cable tv program. Not a big disappointment for us, but with the pandemic might be for other renters. Good wireless connection. Phone reception was a little bit dicey and usually not an issue, we have 2 separate carriers and occasionally the Verizon network would drop off. Our stay here was used as a base while looking for a home in the valley. All and all, a pleasant stay in a nicely stocked condo located in a very nice area, with a very responsive owner. Would recommend to a family of 4 or less, or younger couple, or to a fitter older couple where eclectic modern furniture might not be an issue.

Amazing place and even better Host!

Karen is an amazing host and her place is beautiful. It has everything you need for a weekend or month long stay. Karen is always timely on her response to any question you have. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice place. Nice having a pool so close

We ending leaving on the 14 of March due to the virus. Only draw back was the locks on the property were hard to use. Had to oil them to get them to work. Simple fix. The place was clean and the bed was great. Over all loved the location

Great long terms stay

I stayed for almost two months and the listing was perfect. Clean, bright and modern. Neighbors were friendly, pool is just steps away which was great. Quiet, very safe area which was perfect for myself and two young children. The ammenicties arw also very child friendly which as a busy mom I appreciated. Communication with Karen was breezy and she was very accommodating to my requests. Thank you!

It offers beautiful mountain views and is conveniently located close to El Paseo, the Living Desert, numerous golf courses, shopping dining, museums, theatres etc. You will find this South Palm Desert location very peaceful yet convenient. The Mountainside condo community is extremely friendly and you will make instant friends upon arrival. Enjoy.
