MONTEREY C. C. - Orienté plein sud, récemment rénové avec vue

Spectaculaire - Nous vivons sur notre terrasse, elle a une vue incroyable vers le sud avec toutes les commoditĂ©s, y compris des haut-parleurs pour la radio satellite, des sonos ou votre prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© c. rĂ©.'s. À l'extĂ©rieur, nous avons 2 nouveaux canapĂ©s pleine grandeur, 2 chaises confortables surdimensionnĂ©es et de nombreux siĂšges Ă  la table Ă  manger (6). Un barbecue Ă  gaz, un barbecue au charbon, une tĂ©lĂ©vision extĂ©rieure, un foyer et 2 radiateurs. Nous sommes situĂ©s en plein milieu du 6e fairway (au-delĂ  du champ de balle de golf) sans le tee-box ni les activitĂ©s vertes. Le Club House est Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied ou moins Ă  travers le fairway. Il y a plus de 30 piscines chauffĂ©es avec jacuzzi Ă  choisir. Nous avons toutes les commoditĂ©s disponibles et plus encore. J'adore la musique donc il y a des enceintes Ă  gogo. Cette maison est trĂšs confortable et a Ă©tĂ© rĂ©novĂ©e en octobre 2016. Nous avons une vue exceptionnelle depuis la cuisine et le salon qui comprend la salle Ă  manger pour une grande piĂšce. La literie est en fil haut avec des matelas Ă  plateau-coussin. Serviettes, draps de bain larges et Ă©pais et abondants. Je pourrais continuer, mais il a en fait tout en double.

PropriĂ©tĂ© Spectaculor Desert: Meilleur emplacement dans le dĂ©sert, prĂšs de tout, restaurants, films, shopping, etc. Vue sur la montagne avec l'emplacement plein sud trĂšs recherchĂ© juste sur le terrain de golf. Ce condo fermĂ© Monterey Country Club est notre maison de vacances depuis 18 ans, donc il a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien entretenu et amĂ©liorĂ©. Nous aimons notre maison et nous en sommes trĂšs fiers. Veuillez ne pas vous renseigner pour une maison de fĂȘte. Vous obtenez ce que vous voyez sur les images en mieux. Cette unitĂ© d'extrĂ©mitĂ© n'a aucun bruit de la route et tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour des vacances trĂšs confortables Ă  long ou court terme.
Le patio est une extension de notre salon. En fait, nous y passons la plupart de notre temps. Vous pouvez mĂȘme voir l'Ă©cran plat de 65 pouces depuis le patio ou utiliser le tĂ©lĂ©viseur 35 pouces Ă  l'extĂ©rieur. Nous avons Ă©galement des Ă©crans de 50 pouces dans les 3 chambres.
Le garage est 2 voitures et a des radeaux et des vélos. Nous gardons également un ensemble supplémentaire de clubs de golf sur la propriété. Vous ne serez pas déçu ici. Il s'agit d'une communauté fermée gardée, mais nous avons également notre propre systÚme de sécurité. Nous avons trÚs peu d'ouvertures à cause de nos locataires réguliers.

This is a difficult review to write.Much positive: Patio and patio furniture, ceiling fans, tons of clean towels, clean comfy beds and pillows, good location.Our stay felt a little odd due to clutter. Kind of like a 3000 sq ft home's stuff was crammed into a smaller home. Lots of either the owner's or prior guest's personal items. Food in refrigerator and freezer, left over shampoo and lotion, bathroom cleaning products on the floor around the toilet, shag length rugs in bathroom. Some people may find all of the above a positive (stuff they don't need to buy for a short stay), but I prefer a bit more "sterile" rental.All in all ... a good stay and a nice place. Could use a deep cleaning and fresh paint.

Wonderful vacation

The outside patio is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the day. The beds were super comfy, clean sheets and loads of towels. The kitchen was well stocked and the entire condo was very welcoming. Enjoyable getaway

The condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved the patio and spent a lot of our time enjoying that space when we weren’t at the pool or out exploring. Golfers Heaven

Greg our host was always prompt to respond to any questions we had and the space was absolutely perfect with tons of room to relax and enjoy the golf course view. The patio space was just amazing and i would highly recommend this home for anyone coming to the area for golf or just to relax and enjoy some rest. The pools and hot tubs were clean with pickel ball and tennis areas to enjoy as well. I will definitely return to this great property 👍

Enjoyed our stay and hopefully we can do it again!

The property has a great location and the owner was very pleasant to deal with. It is a little dated but well supplied. If we had a specific need the owner responded quickly and dealt with it. We brought our dog with us and it worked out just fine. Our stay was very enjoyable and we would definitely request a booking with him if we return to Palm Desert in the future.

We loved this property, neighborhood and all the amenities including many pools, beautiful landscaping, friendly neighbors, proximity to stores and restaurants, comfortable home and many kitchen items not present in other properties. Owners are very helpful and easy to communicate with. Would return in a heartbeat.

Large, well-appointed, upscale country club fairway home!

Monterey Country Club is an older, but one of the finest, most central locations in the Coachella Valley. This condo certainly is a fully furnished and the patio is wonderful. We would highly recommend it. The landlord is very accommodating and goes out of their way to ensure that all things work well for your visit.

Beautiful Backyard

Great location, quiet/safe gated community, amazing back yard. We enjoyed many lunches and dinners outside watching the hummingbirds and golfers. Comfortable beds, very nice appliances, TVs in every bedroom an added bonus. The golf cart was awesome to get around to the many pools/hot tubs or to just tour around or go to the clubhouse for dinner. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Home Away From Home

We had a wonderful stay at Greg and Leigh's home. It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed (and so much more) for great 10 day vacation. The kitchen was well equipped with lots of dishes, glasses, excellent cooking utensils. There was a wide variety of spices. I also really appreciated the abundance of sharp knives for every task. The beds were very comfortable-my wife had some of her best sleeps! The outdoor space was wonderful. The views of the golf course were very pleasant and the unit directly across the fairway had great lighting which added to the view at night. This is not an investment property it is their home and we feel fortunate to have stayed there. Thanks so much!

Christmas Get-away

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home over Christmas/New Years. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 bedrooms allowed our 2 grown children to have their own space. The home has all the amenities you need and the use of the golf cart to drive around the property was wonderful. The patio was lovely to enjoy the sunshine and I would definitely stay here again. Very quiet and secure property.

Great location perfect for our Group.

This home was everything we were looking for. The potion faces out to one of the fairways. We took advantage of the Bbq and the kitchen a lot. Shopping (Costco, Albetsons and Westlake mall are all nearby. We also used the pools, bike and spare golf clubs. At night there was a fireplace on the deck and a few big screen TVs throughout the house. This house is lived in but it felt like a home they have everything. We did not play the course a bit above our price range and skill level. But because this is Palm Springs Hess around the corner and play Suncrest CC. All in all this is an awesome place and we had a great stay we would highly recommend.

A terrific condo in a great area.

We have nothing but good things to say about this condo. The owners are friendly and responsive. The condo is well equipped with very comfortable bedding, electronics for all needs, and a patio that quickly becomes your favourite place. Plenty of nice patio furniture with a propane fire pit and overhead heater make you cozy even on cooler nights. The south view makes getting up in the morning so worthwhile! And proximity to the best things Palm Desert has to offer is the icing on the cake. Highly recommended.

This is our home away from home. It has all of the features of your home, not a vacation rental. We have remodeled and upgraded the condo inside and outside. It's very comfortable and well maintained.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The mountains are magic. We looked exclusively for a safe south facing location with a spectacular view. We wanted a private club but didn't want to be located next to a green or tee box because we didn't want to worry about bad golfers like me hitting onto our patio.We never finish upgrading and are very excited to share our results. Most of our guest are repeat year after and enjoy our relationship with them all year long. The location of Monterey C.C. is the best in the desert.

The golf cart is a 4 seated and street legal.. We often take it to lunch or shopping. The patio is 500 sf of living space with incredible views. Bedding, linens and towels are high end.
