Belle maison majorquine située dans un quartier calme, à seulement 1 km de belles plages vigenes.

La maison se compose de 170 mÂČ, rĂ©partis sur deux Ă©tages et peut accueillir 6 personnes. Au rez de chaussĂ©e: la salle, la cuisine, qui est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e (four, rĂ©frigĂ©rateur, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille-pain, micro-ondes ...), WC (avec WC et douche), wc dans cette Ă©galement trouvĂ© lavage; une salle Ă  manger et salon avec TV, satellite, DVD, jeux, livres, canapĂ©s, cheminĂ©e ...
Au premier étage sont 3 chambres, dont deux sont équipées de deux lits simples (90 cm de large chacun), soit au total il ya quatre lits de 90 cm plus de deux chambres à coucher; et l'autre chambre a un lit double avec salle de 1,50 cm siute (baignoire, vidé, wc ...). Toutes les chambres disposent de la climatisation. Au premier étage il ya une autre salle de bains avec baignoire, wc, vidé ... et deux terrasses.
Toutes les chambres donnent sur l'extérieur; l'étranger.

En plus d'avoir une terrasse couverte spectaculaire avec barbecue, piscine privĂ©e, beau jardin, la ferme a 5000 mÂČ de terrain.

La maison a le WIFI gratuit, de la climatisation (10h / jour) en été invités.

À seulement 2 km, nous trouvons diverses activitĂ©s de loisirs comme la plongĂ©e, le golf, le shopping ... plus de jouir des vues magnifiques sur le port de plaisance de Cala d'Or, Porto Marina Colo

Great stay

We had a lovely week in this beautiful environment. The house was well equipped, not very new, but everything you need is available. We got a warm welcome from the owner and easy communication. The house is set in a very nice location, close to two beautiful bays, Cala Mitjana and Cala Sa Nau. The last one has a small chiringuito and a walk to the beach for a coffee was by far our favourite start of the morning. We would love to come back one day! There is still so much to explore

Great for Families!

Our family had a great time at the Finca. Maria made the check-in process very simple and even gifted us with a bottle of local wine and olive oil made from the olive trees behind the property. Both were wonderful! She was also available to answer all our questions and gave us recommendations on restaurants, grocery shopping, beaches and more! House was spacious. We visited during a heat wave so only having the air conditioning in the bedrooms at night didn't seem to be enough. Pay attention to that. The stove was difficult to use (didn't always light) and we couldn't keep the ants away even though we tried to be as clean as possible. Bring mosquito spray too since we had the windows and doors open all day and evening, there were a lot of them! The grass was cut one evening while we were trying to enjoy some outside time...slight inconvenience. Location was great, close to beaches and restaurants. Definitely need a car. The local beaches were beautiful and cozy. The pool was clean and beautiful and we used it every day! Toilet paper and paper towels were provided, but we had to refill on our own. Bath and pool towels were also included. There were also some beach toys and a beach umbrella which was very much needed! Overall we had a great time and would definitely visit again. Thank you Maria for a wonderful stay!

Fantastic stay, we will be back!

Maria's house was lovely, even better than the photos. Plenty of space for 6 adults. Clean and comfortable rooms. Great pool and lots of space outside. Lovely outdoor BBQ area. Perfect location; in the countryside so nice and quiet but close to two lovely, quiet beaches and a short walk into Cala D'or. Maria was a fantastic host and answered all of our queries quickly and helpfully over WhatsApp.

Country retreat

We had 5 days here. It was difficult to find as it was quite remote down country lane's that all had the same postcode. However the Finca was very nice and comfortable with a beautiful garden and pool. There are no amenities near so you would either need a car or a reliable taxi driver. There are beaches within a short stroll but not much else. The town iof Cala dor was a short taxi ride with a lovely marina, lots of restaurants and bars and a variety of shops. If you like to be near a resort but in the countryside this is the place for you.

Schöne Finca in perfekter Lage

Die Finca ist per Auto gut zu finden (GPS-Daten passen), sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Maria mit vielen guten Tipps. Großer Außenbereich, alles etwas grĂ¶ĂŸer als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Sauber und gepflegt, gut ausgestattete KĂŒche (z.B. elektr. Saftpresse fĂŒr die guten Orangen). Schlafbereich und BĂ€der komfortabel, Wohnzimmer ok (das Sofa ist etwas unbequem, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau ;-). Wetter war an Ostern mit 23° perfekt. Die Lage ist prima, wir kennen die Gegend und wollten in die NĂ€he der Cala Sa Nau und Cal Mitjana. Wir sind komplett entspannt und runtergekommen... Insgesamt absolut zu empfehlen!

We stayed in Casa ' s Horte for 1week. A beautiful house in a beautiful garden with a perfect pool. Lovely cala's and little villages nearby. The house is big enough for six people. The kitchen and the bathrooms are aged, but clean and tidy. The beds are perfect. The inventory is very complete.

Nice house, great garden, pool and location

We have been in the house for 2 weeks with 4 adults, 1 child and a baby. We had all the things in the house we need. The garden and pool are really nice especially in september the temperature is great! Cala Sa Nau is really nice and close by, but very busy. Cala Mitjana is a bit hard way to walk but a perfect and quiet beach, its about 25 minutes walk from the house to Cala Mitjana. Maria is also very helpful to give you the perfect holiday.

Beautiful Finca

We spent two beautiful relaxing weeks in this grand villa, awesome pool, big lawn, cute kitchen, two big bathrooms, TV, wifi, towels, umbrellas for the beach, all there. We would love to come back. Cala d'or is close, lots of restaurants. Perfect place to spend a family vacation (5 persons).

What an absolutely fantastic villa. A beautiful garden and amazing pool. Maria was so helpful, nice and easy to deal with. It was very clean with plenty of towels and very good working wi-fi too.
