Belle maison Ă  PGA West

Cette jolie maison a 2500 pieds carrés d'espace de vie. Il y a un lit king dans la chambre principale qui a une grande salle de bain avec douche, baignoire et vanité. La trÚs grande deuxiÚme chambre avec deux reines et une salle de bain complÚte. Il y a une casita séparée qui a une reine et une salle de bain complÚte. La maison peut accueillir 8 personnes dans des lits. Il y a aussi un futon. Toutes les chambres ont des placards sans rendez-vous. Il y a un réfrigérateur à vin dans la casita et le bar dans la maison principale. Les doubles portes à l'arriÚre s'ouvrent sur une vue magnifique sur un parcours de golf à double fairway. La cour récemment rénovée dispose d'une piscine et d'un spa, d'un barbecue, d'un foyer, de chaises longues pour se détendre et d'un coin salon avec 2 canapés et une table à manger pour 8 personnes. La cuisine est spacieuse et dispose d'une cuisiniÚre à gaz. Il y a un garage pour 2 voitures.

Incredible stay at a very quiet and beautiful home

This home is perfect for 4-6 people to stay comfortably with a spacious home including a hot jacuzzi and pool on a fairway golf course view. The owner Meredith communicated so well with me and move in and out instructions. It made our trip easy and seamless...we will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend staying here!

Desert Delight

The property is an absolute gem. If you love golf, pool, spa, scenic views and being close to all the Coachella Valley offer then this it the spot. From check-in to check-out the stay is awesome. Meredith communicates clearly and the house is ready to make you feel right at home. Highly, highly recommend.

Great Stay

House had everything our group of 6 needed! Owner was great at communicating and the house was a short Uber ride to the Empire Polo fields. The pictures on the website don’t do the house justice.

Great house in nice neighborhood

We had a really great stay. The house was clean and a good size for our group of 8. It was fun to relax in the hot tub and watch the golfers. Communication with Merdi was easy. There was a small hiccup where the guard gate turned away a food delivery, but that was resolved. Overall, it was a nice stay and I would recommend it.

Tennis Paradise Rest and Relaxation

What a great property! We came for the tennis tournament, and loved the location of this property -- close enough to be convenient to everything but far enough away to hear birds chirping in the quiet trees.The rooms are spacious and have plenty of storage space along with clean and spacious en suite bathrooms for all 3 rooms! That was a huge plus for our small group of adult family and friends.The kitchen was well-appointed and stocks with the right stuff for cooking and grilling, and a great view of the golf course outside.The hot tub and pool were spotless and easy to control.The host was SO quick to reply with questions, and the check in and out were seamless. It truly felt like home away from home.We appreciated the strict rules about noise and parties, as it just contributed a nice peace and quiet for conversations by the firepit after a noisy day in the stadiums.Highly recommend this property!! Thanks Meredith for having us as your guests!

Golf and Sun Vacation

Great location. Loved the outdoor patio space and BBQ. The layout of the house is good. The inside is a bit dated, but very functional and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. This worked out because we like to both cook at home and eat out. Merdi was very responsive to my questions. Overall a great experience.

Great house in fantastic spot

We stayed here for a horse show and couldn’t be happier with the location. The check in process was very simple and the house was clean and accurately represented. The backyard and pool area is gorgeous!

Spring break family vacay

Still unable to travel, we opted for a getaway close to home. This was the perfect place for sun, relaxing, and family time. The home is beautiful with many amenities. The pool was a hit with our grandkids. It’s on the small side but it was still enough to keep them busy. Loved the layout of the home. Be prepared for maintenance workers to show up throughout the week. Scared us a few mornings while having coffee. Gardeners were a bit careless and left bougainvillea trimmings all over the grass. These thorny plants were cleaned up by us. I made our host aware. Other than that very minor hiccup, it was a remarkable stay.

Great getaway!

We needed a break from our own house since we have been home for the past 8 months due to the pandemic. This was the perfect drivable get away for our family! We brought groceries and didn’t leave the house other than to walk around the beautiful neighborhood. The house was very clean (I’m super picky with rental cleanliness and esp in the pandemic - they did a great job)! We loved walking our to an indoor/outdoor space with pool, hot tub and fire pit with an unobstructed view to the golf course. Our kids wanted to be swimming every minute of the day and the house layout really lends itself to being outside all day and flowing inside for meals. Great escape for our family! There’s even a fully enclosed casita with its own room and bathroom - next time we go, if it’s safe for all we will the grandparents come and they will have their own space. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive!

Beautiful Desert Getaway

Desert Paradise!

What a perfect getaway! Merdi was extremely responsive and available for any questions or updates to our travel plans. The instructions that came with the home were clear and easy to follow. The home itself is gorgeous; the photos truly don’t do it justice. It’s spacious, well appointed, and with every convenience imaginable for a comfortable stay. Between the incredible unobstructed views, the pool, and the Bbq, we had everything we needed to completely unplug for a few days. Thank you, Merdi for providing such a memorable experience. We can’t wait to come back!!

This property has it all

Gorgeous home with private casita. It is a gated community on the golf course, has a private pool and jacuzzi and BBQ. It is the perfect La Quinta getaway for any type of group....family, friends or business. Fabulous place!

Exactly what we were looking for!!

This place is great! I was looking for a safe place to get away for our Anniversary weekend and this place was exactly what we were looking for! It was a beautiful setting and the private pool was just right! Beautiful views and fun in the sun! I highly recommend this property for anyone who is looking to relax and enjoy a nice weekend in the desert!

I love the desert. I have traveled to La Quinta for several years now as my parents have a home there. I decided to purchase this home so my family and I can enjoy the area and the home and have a chance to visit with my parents more often.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

To me there is nothing more peaceful than sitting in the backyard watching the sunrise on the perfectly manicured golf course and hearing the birds chirp. The house has morning sun, which is also nice because the afternoons are not as hot.
