Une belle plage côté apart, un vrai bijou! Magnifique vue sur la mer

Un front de mer fabuleux, moderne, appartement de luxe 2 chambres, 4 couchages dans les lits, plus lit de bonne qualité même disponible. pour une personne supplémentaire. C'est un complexe très sécurisé avec un concierge pendant la journée et la sécurité la nuit. Dans les 5 minutes à pied des supermarchés, des magasins, des restaurants. Proche des terrains de golf et des marchés, à proximité de Fungerola et Marbella.
Cet incroyable appartement de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains est un appartement au rez-de-chaussée orienté plein sud avec son propre jardin privé menant à de beaux jardins paysagers communaux et à une grande piscine. aussi une petite piscine pour enfants. Il y a un accès direct à travers les jardins à la plage. La promenade côtière nouvellement construite longe. est également adapté pour une pause golf car il y a beaucoup de cours à moins d'une demi-heure de route.

L'appartement dispose d'un mobilier de haute qualité tout au long avec cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger, salon .TV, plus de 200 canaux, stations irlandaises et anglaises. DVD et radio / CD .also comment la terrasse en dehors de cela peut être fermée ou ouverte. une chambre supplémentaire à tout moment mais génial en hiver car vous pouvez être 'dehors' tout le temps.
Nous avons un jeune couple anglais brillant qui s'occupe de l'appartement pour nous et sommes toujours heureux de vous aider si des problèmes surgissent pendant votre séjour. Ils vous rencontreront à l'arrivée à l'appartement et vous verront au départ.

fabuleuse piscine à débordement, avec de l'eau de mer .. super pour les nageurs passionnés., aussi une deuxième piscine plus petite et une piscine séparée pour les enfants !!
Aire de jeu pour les enfants, y compris les balançoires, la balançoire, etc.

 Une voiture n'est pas nécessaire à moins de choix, il y a un bon service de bus qui circule toutes les 20 minutes donnant un accès facile à Marbella, fuengirola malaga si vous voulez sortir.

Jolis jardins bien entretenus et sécurisés, à quelques minutes à pied des boutiques, des pubs et des restaurants, mais quand à apt vous ne pouvez que voir et entendre la mer .. Il y a plein de restaurants pour aller dans un endroit différent tous les soirs. tout dans les 5-10 minutes amble. Tous les goûts pris en compte.

Super haut débit fibre optique disponible dans apt au petit supplément de 25 euros par semaine ... sans pour les longs séjours.

Really great location. Remember beach towels. They take 4 euro for a sunbed in the resort. The host we very helpfull. The beach is not the best but walk a bit and the beach gets nice.

A real frontline gem

Having stayed in a variety of apartments and townhouses within Mijas Costa, over the last 20 years, we can say with some authority that Majella’s apartment in Mi Caprichio is a real gem! It has easy and flat access up to and within the apartment, and then within the attractive grounds to the bar, swimming pools, play area, boardwalk, beach and restaurant. The apartment is a pleasure with all the home comforts; particularly the very comfy beds, ensuites, sun lounge, air conditioning, designated underground parking, TV and WiFi. The apartment is ground floor so blends seeminglessly into the sunny aspect private garden which is well equipped with sun beds and facilities for outside living. The area of Calahonda is an established holiday destination with a wide choice of things to do and buy, as well as easy access to route ways and the airport. The excellent care and advice given to us by Majella when booking the apartment was matched throughout our stay by Emma and Brendan, this helped to ensure that we had a wonderful holiday. We are keen to return next year!

We wanted a relaxing week away from normal stress - and that’s what we found!

The apartment was lovely and located within secure grounds. It had everything we needed including fast internet connection. The beach is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing walks along the board walks stopping off for meals by the beach. On the evening there was lots of choice for meals and we had a lovely relaxed week. The owner and agents couldn’t have been more friendly and it is a place that we will return to again. We would recommend this apartment to our friends.

We are a family of 5 and it was our 1st time here, we had a fantastic holiday. Great food around, lovely walks along the beach to other restaurants, apartment was very spacious and very clean on arrival. Would defo recommend.

Great location , clean property , responsive owner

We enjoyed every day of our stay in this condo. Location is great - steps from the beach. Your own private garden is additional bonus. Both owner and housekeeper were responding quickly to all our questions and needs. Nice grocery store across the road.

Fantastic Location Great Apartment

We would highly recommend this apartment everything u need great space lovely garden area with view of the sea. The Pool is spacious and very clean with a great wee pool bar with snacks. The area has plenty bars and restaurants five minutes away with great walks along the lovely beaches will definitely be back Jean and Rick (Scotland)

Great location, beautiful setting, spacious apt.

Fantastic location, well presented and equipped spacious ground floor south facing apartment. beautifully maintained mature gardens lit by night. Panoramic sea views. Fantastic glass curtain to sun lounge and private garden. Impressive large pool. Beach side board walk going either east or west for easy enjoyable walks everyday. Plenty of buses to get around and apartment comes with private parking space, gated and secured development. Owners are flexible and so helpful as are the staff on site where nothing is too much trouble and all the information you could need. Plenty of really good restaurants nearby not to mention the lovely beaches and beachside eateries... Simply a wonderful break. so much so we are going again in October. I rate very deservedly 5 stars ! Thank you Marjella, Emma and Brendon.

Wonderful ocean view!

The appartment is located at the ground floor, with a direct entrance to a small private garden, and to the shared garden and to the pool. The garden is well maintained and has access to the boardwalk and to the beach. Stunning view on the ocean! The appartment is spacious enough, kitchen has the basics, but no coffee machine... The appartment has a 'serre', which is a wonderful extra. We recommend a car to visit nearby cities, and for shoppings. We were welcomed by Brendan and Emma, most friendly people! It was all arraganged very good. We loved the restaurant around the corner on the beach, just a two minute walk. A good place for relaxing and visiting cities!

Fantastic holiday!! Loved the location, the pool, the beach and the weather!! The apartment is ideal! Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. I particularly liked sitting out in the evening having a glass of wine! I will be back for sure!

Quality apartment in great location

Majella's apartment is a quality accommodation in a lovely well kept complex right on the beach. The apartment is exactly per the pictures and description, it has a large garden that looks out on to tranquil gardens, the pool and the sea. There are plenty of nice restaurants and bars for all tastes within walking distance. Overall it is an ideal place for either a family / friends getaway, I will definitely be returning!!

Fantastic apartment and superb location

We had an amazing time in this great apartment. This apartment is spacious, modern and close to all amenities, what more can you ask for. We've been going down to Calahonda for 10 years now and we cannot recommend the apartment enough. Everybody was so helpful. From the owners, the staff on site in the development and the agents, it made the holiday a real treat. We were spoilt. The apartment is well maintained and furnished and will comfortably sleep 4/5 people. The terrace is very bright and so close to the swimming pool and the sea. Its perfect for BBQ's and sunbathing. Being so close to the sea, there are lovely views of the surrounding coast. This is an ideal place to go with family or friends. We had a great time & will definitely be going back! We dealt directly with the owner when booking, who was very efficient, helpful and accommodating. I can't rate the property more highly. All in all a great holiday apartment.
