Une superbe villa de quatre chambres dans un jardin méditerranéen. Villa Elisa dispose de sa propre piscine privée à côté d'un barbecue / cuisine / bar, idéal pour les repas en plein air.
La villa est très familiale car les différentes terrasses sont fermées et donc les petits enfants ne peuvent pas aller à la piscine sans surveillance. La villa est également sur un seul niveau et la piscine a des marches romaines.
Villa Elisa dispose de 2 chambres doubles et 2 chambres doubles et plusieurs terrasses, vous pouvez donc choisir de vous détendre au soleil ou à l'ombre. Il ya l'air conditionné, WIFI, télévision anglaise, un pack de bienvenue et un changement de linge hebdomadaire inclus dans le prix.
Il est à seulement 3 minutes en voiture de la plage principale d'Arenal et de toutes les commodités. Il est situé dans un endroit paisible à la fin d'un cul-de-sac très calme. Il y a un lecteur fermé qui peut accueillir 3 voitures.

Amazing place!

The Villa is excellent with beautiful outdoor spaces and pool. There is plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy themselves, facilities for outside bbq-style cooking and dining. The area is quiet and an easy drive or stroll to Arenal beach or you can have a nice swim in the pool (the water temperature reached 29°C while we were there)! Rebecca (owner of the property) is also lovely (and so is her cat).

Nice holiday in Xabia, Spain

Villa was situated near Xabia with local amenities available only a short drive away. Travelling to the Villa from Valencia airport took around 90 mins with directions provided by Rebecca essential due to arrival in the dark. Communication with Rebecca was excellent throughout the stay, with her recommending places to shop, recycle drop off points and addressing all our needs quickly and professionally. The Villa was a good size, nice layout although more ACs in the bedrooms would have been beneficial although ceiling fans were available to use. One superb feature was access a super selection of TV channels encompassing sport and movies at no extra expense. This become more important due to the heatwave Spain was experiencing during our stay. I would strongly recommend the Villa with the location only 45 mins from Benidorm (water parks, theme parks) and 30 mins for kayaking & snorkelling around Denia. Great holiday made special by Rebecca and Pete, lovely people, nothing was too much trouble.

Estancia en la villa

Hemos estado muy cómodos. La casa estaba muy bien, lo único es que cuando llegamos no había papel higiénico. Tuvimos un problema con el gas y Rebecca nos lo solucionó muy rápida y amablemente. La zona es tranquila pero es recomendable ir con coche.

Would definitely recommend!

Outdoor area is definitely the selling point for this villa. The pool area, eating areas, outdoor kitchen, trampoline etc are brilliant. 2 out of 4 bedrooms have been redecorated, although nothing wrong with the other 2. Kitchen well equipped and ideal. Location is a nice area, 5 mins in car to the front and about 25 min walk. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with young children, it is very safe and there are some toys around for their use!

We'd come again

A spacious villa that comfortably held 7 of us. The pool is a good size and we had plenty of good times there. The outside BBQ area was well-used, as was table tennis, table football and the large living room. Kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, air con and fans were invaluable in a very hot week. The villa is close to amenities if you have a car. The local area has plenty of shops and an excellent beach. Our party consisted of 3 kids under 11, a 13-year-old and 3 adults and we had a super time!

Highly recommended

Stayed at Villa Elisa with 4 adults & 3 kids. Everything you could want plus more.This was our first time booking a villa and we were not disappointed, Everything was just as described & better. The villa was spotless on arrival - Even though we arrived earlier than anticipated. The outside bar & BBQ terrace (with digital TV) was fantastic. The pool was to die for either for a dip to cool off or to keep the kids entertained all day. The beach was a short stroll away (we walked & drove) & was largely unoccupied by your typical British tourists - Great beach all to yourself. All in all we had an absolutely fabulous time and could not fault it - Thank you Rebecca for enabling us to have such a great holiday experience. 10 out of 10 - Highly recommended

A fantastic find

Loved this place, especially the bar area.. Spacious and very clean. 4 bedrooms. Aircon in the master bedroom and the living area which has large seating area with 3 and 2 seater sofas for the kids to watch TV which had loads of channels including spanish and english and then extra dining area with large dining table. Kitchen has all you need too. Looked liked the bathrooms had been done recently with lovely new tiles and fittings. Lots of space outside. 3 x· 6 seater tables and chairs dotted around so you could eat in a different spot each day. Plus kids slide and play house and a trampoline. The pool area has sunshine all day. For us the bar area was THE BEST. With a crazy 2 year old, there wasnt much going out in the evening and this was our evening out place. excellent BBQ and sit up at the bar on high stools plus an outside TV if the kids want to watch a cartoon while we made cocktails and chatted. 2 mins from Consum supermarket and about 3 or 4 mins from Arenal. We definitely want to go back. Laid back and helpful owners were a refreshing change as well. For us we loved that the place wasn´t full of nik naks which our 2 yr old could smash and it was easy to keep clean, as well as the bar area of course!. Thanks Rebecca for letting us have a lovely holiday in your villa. x
