Appartement fantastique bénéficiant d'un emplacement privilégié sur le front de mer de Mundesley avec un balcon donnant sur la mer et à 30 secondes à pied de la fabuleuse plage de sable primée. Avec des plafonds voûtés, salon avec coin cuisine, chambre double, salle de bains familiale, canapé-lit dans le salon, wifi et parking privé. La chambre dispose d'un lit à fermeture à glissière donc peut être mis en place comme une chambre double ou lits jumeaux, et nous pouvons également fournir un lit de voyage et une chaise haute. coin cuisine situé à la fin du salon avec table, four, cuisinière à gaz, réfrigérateur / congélateur intégré, lave-vaisselle intégré et lave-linge / sèche-linge intégré. Salle de bain familiale avec douche dans la baignoire et balcon donnant sur la mer. Le tout dans un joli village balnéaire offrant d'excellents services.

Perfect setting for beach walks

Literally over looking a lovely beach for walks and blowing away the cobwebs. The host is very responsive to messages and helps with any queries. Apartment is well equipped and decorated. Comfy sofa bed (huge) and balcony to sit on and enjoy a coffee or glass of wine. Would recommend

Great little apartment!

Matt, was in constant communication before, during and after to make sure we have the perfect weekend away. The place is perfect for a short break and highly recommend this apartment. The view is great, within walking distance of all amenities. The allocated parking, albeit to some can be insignificant but it really was a deal breaker for us. We will be booking again soon and recommend this place highly!

Beside the Seaside!

The apartment is well-equipped, comfortable and was perfect for our stay, being just yards from the lovely beach. Communication with Matt was excellent throughout and we felt at home. The balcony with views of the sea is a super bonus - especially as we were so lucky with the weather. Mundersley is a pretty place but we were slightly disappointed that some eateries were closed and others had restricted opening hours. Nonetheless, we had a great weekend in an excellent property and would recommend the apartment to others.

Second time we have had a 3 day break at this apartment and I can say unreservedly that this apartment is first class. Matt who runs everything is so friendly and helpful The location is amazing if you want to be by one of the best beaches in North Norfolk. It's vibrant in the summer during the day, but just about shuts down after 8pm. So don t go planning clubbing 😉 Great apatment and a lovely location if you are looking for a quite break and a base to explore everything else the area has to offer I don't have a dog, but if you do everywhere is very dog friendly Highly recommended if what I have said floats your boat

Lovely stay in sunny flat with small balcony overlooking sea

The flat was very nicely situated and we actually had breakfast on the balcony 2 mornings as a real sun trap. Can’t believe this in April. It was early in season and not many places to eat. Walked 2 hours along the beautiful beach every day. Bed and pillows too hard for us so didn’t sleep great. Would definitely stay again and maybe when there a few more people about. Plenty of nearby places to visit if you have a car and a lovely steam train ride from Holt.

Bright and well equipped

The apartment was very bright and we had sun until mid afternoon. We never needed the heating even in October.Great view to the sea and well positioned for all amenities. Matt is very generous with household supplies. Beds were comfy and linen was good quality. Would definitely book again.

I am now in my fifties and enjoying life with my wife Ae. We like to travel, and have had some lovely European breaks together and we visit family and friends in Thailand every year. We live in a lovely village just outside the beautiful historical city of Norwich in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Location and View and balcony. The apartment couldn't be better placed in the lovely seaside village of Mundesley. as soon as you enter the lounge the view through the wall to wall and floor to ceiling window overlooking the sea has that wow factor. open the french doors onto the balcony and sit with a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine is wonderful.
There is so much to do in the area. Mundesley itself features an award winning beach which is just yards away and if you don't want to get the car out there is plenty of attractions in the village. For example we love the Ship Inn just across the road, wonderful garden overlooking the beach and lovely food.
For those that want to venture slightly further afield the area has so much to offer. Seaside towns like Cromer and Sheringam are close by, as are the Norfolk Broads, the seal watching, the historical city of Norwich, fabulous walks, numerous beaches and too many attractions to list here.
