À quelques minutes de l'aĂ©roport, Percy Priest Lake & amp; Downtown Nashville. SituĂ© Ă  l'extrĂ©mitĂ© d'un cul-de-sac avec une arriĂšre-cour bordĂ©e d'arbres paisible. Le 2 deck Ă©tagĂ©e offre des espaces merveilleux pour assis autour du feu de camp, griller jusqu'Ă  steaks et de dĂ©tente avec des amis! WIFI, TV et amp; laveuse / sĂ©cheuse sont inclus. Ceci est un havre musical. Venez Ă©crire quelques chansons dans ce lieu de rĂȘve amuseurs. Il y a un piano Ă  jouer aussi! Il est trĂšs facile de sauter sur l’Interstate 40 et d’ĂȘtre Ă  l’aĂ©roport ou au centre-ville de Nashville en quelques minutes. Utiliser Uber revient moins cher que de payer pour se garer au centre-ville dans la plupart des cas!

Actually had 5 bedrooms. Plenty of extra beds and bedding too. 2 full kitchens and well stocked. Both decks overlooking full thick trees giving it a very private feel. Close to airport but also easy to get to downtown and Opryland area.

Place was as described with more than enough room for what we needed it for. Host was very communicative on the days leading up to arrival with check in and check out process, quick replies to questions, and accommodations (if there were any). As far as cleanliness, everything in the house was clean and organized but when we were making food one night there were roaches crawling around on the counter near the food. Kind of off putting, but only thing really that was negative about the place. Good location, close proximity to airport and shopping centers for grocery shopping, 20ish minute drive or uber to broadway, not really much else to complain about.

House was perfect for our family. There was actually a more sleeping arrangements than the ad said a fifth bedroom was a surprise and the full-size beds versus twin beds was good. Also, we did have a slight problem with the refrigerator on day one where it was not cooling the regular refrigerator side. We actually unplugged it for a while reset the computer and change the settings following morning. Everything was cool however, still suggest someone check the refrigerator because the door and the separator between the doors stays very warm.

Music City Stay

Liked the home. Well appointed. Everything was good with exception of master bedroom bed. If we had sen the mattress before we began our stay we would have left. It was very stained. Disappointing.

Peaceful & Quiet

It is located in a very peaceful & quiet neighborhood. I loved the decor inside (music theme) and the piano. They are doing renovations but the property owner did inform me that they are working on the house and kept me quiet informed. I will say then need a curtain in master bedroom bc it is a big window not to be covered ..lol. Other than that I truly enjoyed the place and would stay again when we come back to Nashville next time.

The house was great! We had 8 and the space was exceptional. There was enough room throughout to ensure that everyone had their own space. The location was quiet and very safe! Would highly recommend!

Nashville Boxing

I stayed here with my team for a professional boxing match i had in Nashville.The owners were polite and responsive.The property was clean and quite spacious I definitely recommend if your looking for a spacious house to stay in were everyone has breathing room.If I have any future fights in Nashville I plan on booking this spot again if available.

Beautiful home but important parts need updated

Absolute gorgeous home but our stay turned out to be a disaster. We started out being told that the dishwasher wasn't working. That was fine since we were only going to be there 2 nights and ate out while we were there. Once we got there we realized the upstairs HVAC unit wasn't working. The property manager came by and then called in a HVAC company. They weren't able to fix it. Things break I get it but the only thing we were suggested to do was open the windows and given a report of what the weather should be that night. No offer to buy fans to be used and no offer of a refund (not even a partial refund). At this point, it wasn't even worth mentioning that the upstairs bathroom toilet had problems flushing and one of the bedroom fans didn't even have a chain to turn it on. I honestly felt that we were out of site out of mind to the property owner unless I pushed to talk to someone. Again, it's an absolutely gorgeous house but maintenance really needs to be done to the important things...like the HVAC system.

Our Nashville getaway

The decore was country music inspired which really went well to enhance our experience of Nashville. The house was well maintained and very quiet in the evening which allowed us to enjoy sleeping in. There were a couple minor issues that didn’t affect our stay but we let our representatives know so they can be fixed for the next renters. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay in the house it was perfect for what we needed would definitely book it again.

Great Location for Nashville Music Lovers

Close to airport and downtown. Easy to Uber to lots of fun places. Instruments in the house were a fun bonus for those of us that play. Lots of beds, so no need for our group of single adults to share. Quiet neighborhood.

The location was perfect to everything. Very quiet neighborhood. Owner was wonderful. Response was very fast. The kitchen table could be fixed. It was wobbly. We made it work. Would definitely recommend this house.
