The redhouse

Very comfortable and cozy house. It was perfect for our needs and close to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Extremely clean place with tons of charm and things to make your life away from home, very convenient. Perfect neighborhood, very quiet and private. Will absolutely try to stay here again next time we are in the area!

Nice property. Information online is accurate regarding house and driveway - it is steep. Would use this house again if we ever get back to Nashville.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Cost isn't that much more than a 3 star hotel. House is on the older side but clean and well appointed. Host is friendly and easy to get a hold of. Only real gripe is lawn service woke us up mowing lawn at 7am.

Driveway should be mentioned in the beginning, that was the steepest driveway I've ever been on. Location to everything was good. Deck was very recently painted, sticky shoes with leaves. House was okay.

Nice Nashville Getaway

We stayed here this past October. The home is located n a quiet golf community about 15 minute drive from Nashville. The home was nicely laid out, very comfortable, and well stocked. The only issue we had was the outside patio had not been cleaned. It’s a very quaint, quiet area we were looking forward to using. I texted the lender and got a response right away. Not only did they come and clean it themselves, but the owner also bought us dinner for the inconvenience. Total class and we really appreciate it. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Comfort in Nashville

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend The Red House. It was attractive to the eye, extremely clean and very tastefully decorated. We all had our own bedrooms and the upstairs living area became our go to place for our morning coffee chats. The kitchen had everything we needed (other than a tea kettle) and the outside porch was an added benefit to an already spacious home. We loved having the covered garage available, especially when it rained. Terry was an excellent host. He was available for any questions and very accommodating. The location was perfect for us. We wanted to be outside of the city, but close enough to travel easily to key sites/locations. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood and next time we'll try to get a round of golf in, given it's proximity to the Red House!

Just like home, only better

The Red House in Nashville more than met our needs and expectations starting with our arrival by allowing us to park in the garage. (something I can't do at home) The house sits in a fantastic neighborhood on the southeast edge of town. The man cave with the big screen upstairs in the loft allowed the football fans to enjoy their teams while others visited downstairs in front of the cozy fire. We all enjoyed popcorn which was available to pop from the pantry. The house was nicely decorated and furnished and very clean. The request to start a load of laundry was a first for me in a VRBO rental and I have had many, but it wasn't a problem. Just made me feel more "at Home."

Perfect Nashville Location

The Red House is close to everything we wanted to experience in the Nashville area and gave us the opportunity to see and do so much because of its location. Even though it was just the two of us this house would be so great for a larger group. It’s really spacious and open and set up really well. The home is tucked away in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. My husband and I spent time on the screened in porch drinking our coffee and listening to the birds. The house was clean and well stocked and completely met our needs. We were able to cook some meals in the home and not have to eat out every day. We also had a few popcorn nights while watching tv in the loft. Kroger and Walgreens are literally right up the street. And the owner was extremely easy to communicate with. We were even able to check in an hour early. We highly recommend this home for your vacation.

Wonderful stay! Thank you!

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our family. My parents enjoyed having their bedroom on the lower level and the kids enjoyed the TV room upstairs. The driveway is very steep, but we were easily able to pull the truck into the carport so that my parents didn't have to climb up & down the driveway. (We drive an F250 Crew Cab that had plenty of clearance with the garage door.) We intended to have Thanksgiving with an aunt, but she was ill and not able to put on the feast. Thankfully, the Red House has a fully-stocked kitchen. We were able to prepare a lovely Thanksgiving meal there in the house. The Kroger and Aldi were so convenient for doing our shopping. The owners of the house were so nice and helpful! I was able to text them as needed throughout our stay. We would have loved to enjoy the screened porch and deck, but since it was freezing while we were in town we enjoyed the fireplace instead. :) Thank you, again, for a lovely stay!

Nicely located with bonus bedroom

Great Thanksgiving week with our son and daughters family. Enjoyed the two living rooms which gave our grandsons 5 yrs old twins and 3 yr old places to play. There wasn’t any games for them so ordered the magnetic tiles that arrived the next day. We brought 3 puzzles for them and one trip to Walmart.. The boys had fun playing in the back yard and taking walks around the neighborhood. Loved the fact that the 4th bedroom gave them their own room. Several days it turned cold so the house was large enough for 8 people to spread out. The driveway was the steepest we have ever seen. Kept the least used car in garage, any other car made sure rocks were under tires while parked with parking brake. Neighbor up the street stated cars along road have been hit because of curve. Easy to get around the neighborhood and quick to grocery. One of our trips was a quick drive East, over the bridge to state park. Such a wonderful view with rock cliffs along the river. Only took 15 mins to get to it.

Second time staying here, great location near airport and golf course and Krogers. Nice neighborhood. T was easy to work with and responds quickly to any concerns... Only negatives were beds..mattresses could use updating and better lighting is needed over or by kitchen table;very dark there at night

Red House Hockey Vacation

Our family enjoyed staying at the Red House while attending our grandson’s hockey tournament. Lots of room. Well stocked kitchen for meals. Host was very responsive.

Girls Birthday Get away

This was a beautiful place with plenty of room for 6 adult women. The place was in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the airport and grocery store. The only downside that we were warned about before booking was that there is no street parking and the driveway was a steep incline. After a couple of days we figured out a way to sort of give our brakes a rest and made it work for us. we parked the second car up the drive way at an angle as to took some of the strain off the transmission and brakes when releasing the emergency brake. A skilled driver would know what to do and how to do it. Any minor issues we had while staying at the house was promptly addressed and sought after by the host.

Family Reunion

The house was in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Nashville. It was also close to a grocery store, so we were able to stock up on snacks and coffee when we arrived. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us, and the TV room upstairs was a comfortable place to play cards and watch TV.

Great location in Nashville!!

Th Red House in Nashville is conveniently located near the airport and downtown entertainment. Plenty of room and home is in a beautiful area. Property owner very helpful and responded quickly to my questions about the amenities on several occasions before our stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone coming to Nashville!
