Maison Juanita | Appartement exclusif avec piscine privée

Casa Juanita est une maison de deux étages située à Puerto Calero, la marina la plus exclusive de Puerto Calero. L'étage supérieur dispose de deux chambres avec lit double et salle de bains privative, ainsi que d'un salon spacieux avec kitchenette entièrement équipée. De n'importe quel point de la maison, vous pouvez profiter d'une vue imprenable sur le port et l'océan Atlantique.

La maison a Internet sans fil (WiFi), et une Smart TV avec chaînes satellite et lecteur DVD.

A l'extérieur, la maison dispose d'une terrasse spacieuse avec barbecue et une piscine exclusive pour nos clients dans lesquels le soleil dans presque toute la journée. Il y a aussi un jardin avec une autre terrasse plus confortable d'où profiter des derniers rayons du soleil de la journée.

Cinq minutes à pied est l'animé Puerto Calero, une marina pleine d'excellents restaurants, bars et boutiques de créateurs qui abrite souvent certains des superyachts les plus impressionnants au monde.

Superb Accommodation

Casa Juanita is a perfect place to stay in Puerto Calero. Fantastic accommodation, with everything you could want in terms of facilities and equipment. Amazing views and lots of options for outdoor dining. Rooms are spacious, well designed and furnished. We booked through BuenaVilla, team were very responsive before during and after our stay. 2nd time staying at this accommodation, will definitely be back and would have no hesitation in recommending to others.

Great apartment

Excellent position with great views from all windows. Very clean and quite modern although a lot of the old high quality Spanish dark wood. Very spacious and airy and very well equipped. Huge garden and pool area for sole use of the apartment. The downside is no direct access and you have to cart everything up and down stairs to utilise the seating areas. The old garden furniture is very worn and needs replacing. The apartment is above the owners property and they have windows overlooking the garden area however these windows are heavily curtained and as far as I am aware, no one actually lives there and it is used for storage and office. We were never disturbed or looked on. Recommended for 2 to 4 adults.

One problem

This is a fantastic apartment and location, with a wonderful view, as stated in the previous reviews . However we experienced a problem that really needs to be addressed. After a few days we noticed a foul smell in our bedroom and bathroom, probably emanating from the toilet/ sewer. It didn’t seem to be in the 2nd bedroom or bathroom - perhaps because they weren’t in use. Opening windows didn’t help. It was very off putting- nausea inducing and would not encourage me to return unless sorted.

Great location in Puerto Calero

We had a lovely 9 nights staying in Casa Juanita. Although an apartment, it feels more like a Villa and has the same facilities as a Villa. The apartment is first floor therefore there is a set of stairs up to access it. For this reason I would only recommend this accommodation to mobile couples and families with older children. The garden is very well maintained and there are several areas to sit throughout. To access the pool you have to walk round the building but we didn’t find this an issue. There is a toilet at the pool which is convenient. The views from the lounge are spectacular and you have uninterrupted views towards Fuertaventura. It is a short 5 minute walk down to the Marina. The hill is steep both ways so good mobility is essential. We ate out and never cooked but the kitchen facilities were good if you wanted to. Ours was a cycling holiday and the accommodation was a 2 minute walk to the Costa Calero Hotel where we hired bikes from “Lanzarote Bike”, a company which we know and trust. Lanzarote bike operate out of the garage of the hotel and hire road, mountain and city bikes. We kept our bikes at the hotel and walked over daily to collect them for our cycle. The Buena Villa is a great company to book with. This is our second booking with them and we have found them excellent.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der Casa Juanita. Das sagt doch alles! Der Ausblick ist traumhaft! Die Kommunikation mit BuenaVilla ist unkompliziert und wir wurden stets von sehr freundlichen Menschen betreut.

Wonderful apartment in a great location

This place is a gem, wonderful views of the sea and very clean and well equipped. The welcome visit from Echedey to answer any queries and the welcome pack were nice touches too. Would definitely highly recommend and would happily visit again...hopefully very soon.

Very nice stay in Puerto Calero

It was my 6 stay on Lanzarate and the first in Casa Juanita. I loved it from the first moment - the garden area with the Patio, the beautiful flowers and the backyard with pool and BBQ is amazing. This area makes me forget that the upper floor appartement self has no balcony - the views from the living room and bedrooms to the sea and Fuerteventura are fantastic. The Harbour Area is in 5-10 minutes walking distance. The walking pathts along the coast to Playa Quemada or Puerto del Carmen are also easy reachable and really nice! I can really recommend this Appartement and also Buenavilla! Daniel, Switzerland

Fabulous winter sun

Casa Juanita, what a fantastic stay! I’m just back from a five night stay at Casa Juanita Puerto Calero with two of my friends. The accommodation is absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and has all you need for a very enjoyable stay. The gardens, outdoor space and seating areas that surround the villa are well thought out and spacious. Complemented by a lovely swimming pool the areas are perfect for pool days when you don’t fancy venturing in to Puerto Calero. The location of the villa is great with panoramic views that knock your socks off, especially at sunrise and sunset. Puerto Calero is a ten minute walk downhill with many shops bars and restaurants. We ate there most nights and the quality of both the food, drinks and service was exceptional. Free pour spirits and cocktails galore, absolute winner ! We took a boat to Puerto Del Carmen and visited the open air cinema which was great fun. They have a lot of activities for children there too, such as mini golf and the obligatory McDonald’s. If you’re feeling energetic then I would recommend the walk along the headland, west towards a fishing village. There are some lovely quaint restaurants there that serve excellent seafood. We had such a wonderful trip, would definitely stay at Casa Juanita again.

We have just spent a very enjoyable week at Casa Juanita which is a very spacious and well situated apartment with great views. Our only comment is that the hot water temperature was variable, sometimes we had nearly cold showers, The management team, BuenaVilla, was excellent in making every effort to make our stay enjoyable.

Property very clean and spacious, location and views excellent. The outdoor area very spacious but not being as accessible as having a terrace didn’t work for us

Comfort in an amazing location!

Casa Juanita is a beautiful villa apartment with amazing views to the Atlantic Ocean and down towards the marina. It is peaceful and tranquil, with an amazing garden of succulents and black volcanic soil. The accommodation itself is clean and comfortable, with plenty of equipment if you like to do a spot of cooking whilst you're away, which we do! The pool was a great size and just the right temperature for swimming throughout the day. Buena Villa staff were friendly and easily contactable if we needed to ask anything. We would love to come back!

Couldn't ask for better

This was our first villa holiday and we were not disappointed and would definitely do it again and return to Casa Juanita. We love Peurto Calero for the relaxed, quiet and scenic views so this villa captures it all. A short walk to the marina but the up hill return didn't get easier but with a few of the amazing cocktails on offer at the numerous bars and restaurants we hardly noticed!!!! The villa was immaculately clean and tidy inside and out, it was spacious and catered for singles as well as a family. The picture window and lounger chairs were a really nice addition to relax and take the sea and mountain views. The bedrooms were comfortable with en-suite to both and lots of storage space in both rooms. We enjoyed eating outside in the dining area as well as relaxing around the pool. There is a lot of seating but only two loungers pool side. We ate out mostly but there was a spectacular array of equipment for cooking and dining so would be easy to self cater; there is also a bbq in the outside dining area and pool side with a table to seat about 16. The pool is clean and a good size which we covered every evening to ensure it stayed bug free. There is also a poolside toilet which was really convenient. This is a first floor villa so mobility is required. There are local recycling points which we used frequently throughout our stay (the only bottle bank was at the harbour though). We mostly enjoyed Azure and The Harbour Club for dining and drinks and The Buda bar for cocktails. However, the meal and service at La Portena Argentinian steak restaurant is exceptional and would highly recommend. We hired a car for a couple of days, easy parking outside the villa and took several coastline walks - walking to Peurto del Carmen one morning and returning by water bus which was great fun. Highly recommend Casa Juanita and Peurto Colero as an amazing holiday. Xxx

Schönes Appartement

Ein gut eingerichtetes und super sauberes Appartment in einer schönen Gartenanlage mit sehr sauberem Pool im Garten. Leider lag das Apartement in der ersten Etage, so daß man zum Frühstücken alles herunterräumen muß. Insgesamt aber zu empfehlen.
