Spotless 1-Bedrm Apt Visiter Notre Dame / South Bend

Bienvenue. Remarque: AUCUN FRAIS DE NETTOYAGE rendant les courts séjours beaucoup plus abordables. Ma maison a construit dans l'appartement (anciennement utilisé comme une suite dans la loi). Tout juste rénové, nouvelle peinture, tapis, des meubles, et .. TrÚs propre et grande pour une chambre 1. Inclure salon w / lit, Cuisine, Chambre à coucher avec 2 lits. Environ 5 mi à ND de route facile, je suis un employé de longue date et je peux aider avec l'emplacement du bùtiment de l'information spécifique sur le campus, parking, etc.

TV dans le salon et chambre à coucher. Keurig w / assortiment de K-tasses. Bouteille d'eau dans le réfrigérateur. L'accÚs à une laveuse / sécheuse et une deuxiÚme salle de bain si nécessaire.

The property was exactly as described. Spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable. Owner had graciously stocked the kitchen with lots of yummy goodies too. Highly recommend and plan to return. Thank you again.

Wonderful stay!

This property felt like home! Even though it was attached to the renter’s home, there was a private entrance and we felt our privacy was well protected. It was clean and all necessities were provided
we did not want for anything! Mark even provided bagels and cream cheese, snacks, coffee, juice, water, and a few adult beverages! I would totally 100% recommend this place!

Football Weekend

Tom’s place is as described. Plenty of room and very quiet neighborhood. All the extras in the kitchen were greatly appreciated - Water, juice, bagels and granola bars. Also the already inflated air bed was convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean & Quiet

Quiet neighborhood, clean apartment. Easy check in. It had everything we needed! Had Keurig coffee maker for single cups but I appreciated a regular coffee pot as well. Host had left coffee & filters to use as well which was perfect for us.

I'd Move In

Lovely, separated addition to a home in an attractive, quiet neighborhood. The rental is nicely furnished, the refrigerator has some beginning stock including orange juice , cream cheese, and bagels, and there are snacks in the kitchen. The bedroom is properly furnished and mattresses are comfy. The bathroom is well stocked with towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. There are two flat screens with Roku, and there is an easily accessed wireless Internet connection with adequate speed. All-in-all a very good rental which is also an excellent value.

Great place for a trip into South Bend.

First time using Vrbo for a rental place and i would have to say that my choice of location was outstanding. The home was spotless and Tom (the owner) was generous to leave some food and drink for the stay. Free internet and Tom was always available to answer any questions that were needed. Quite location and i am thinking of returning sometime down the road for another possible stay.

Quick trip

Short getaway for a couple of nights. This rental was within close proximity to everything on our itinerary. Was as advertised and everything worked as it should. Only issue was a road construction backup as we were on our way in but hey that’s summertime in INDIANA.

Great Place!

Tom's apartment is a great place to stay. Loved the neighborhood (quiet), the apartment was clean, check in was super easy, everything is close by, and Tom is an unobtrusive host. I'll stay here again if it is available when I am in South Bend.

Perfect spot for weekend stay!

Great place, easy to get to, and nice quiet area. Close to Notre Dame campus and downtown South Bend. The owner is very friendly and responded quickly to our rental inquiry.

Perfect for a ND Football Weekend

Spent this past weekend with my brother in South Bend for our bucket list football game where the Fighting Irish took on Stanford. We had the time of our lives meeting great people, the campus was unbelievable and everything was perfect including our stay here at Tom's place. It was cozy and comfortable, extremely clean and of course very reasonable. Would definitely recommend and will stay again on my next visit. Oh yeah, and the owner (Tom) dialed up a big win for the Irish (I don't know how he did that :-))!!!

The Definition of 'Hoosier Hospitality'!

What a great place to stay! Plenty of room and plenty of beds. The owner actually stocks the fridge with food and drinks, and has a Keurig that he keeps stocked with pods. Beds are comfortable and carpets are thick and in great shape! We will be coming back to this property again in the future!

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

I purchased this house for my main residence primarily due to the fact that it had a built-in in law suite which I needed at the time for may aging parents. It worked out great having them nearby and allowing us and them enough privacy. They have since passed and I thought it would be a good rental particularly for football weekends and special events.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The House is in a nice safe subdivision, easy access to Notre Dame, South Bend, Toll Road.
The place is unique for travelers as it is a complete self contained apartment with outside entrance. I have an electronic deadbolt so I can give guests a code and they can arrive late, come and go as they please without bothering anyone. Also, if there were every any issues I am right next door.
