The kitchen is well equipped to make great meals during your stay. Enjoy brand new stainless steel appliances

There’s room in the mostly (but not completely) fenced yard to spend time outdoors.

There are 3 desks, with mirrors, in the bedrooms to work at and/or sit in front of to get ready for your day. There is an additional desk in the living room area.

The dining room table will comfortably seat the whole family.


Please be mindful of the neighbors, and respect our quiet hours from 10pm - 7am. Any loud music or events stretching later than this is a violation of our house rules, and disrespectful to our neighbors. Thank you!

Host was welcoming and communicated well. However, the house was not cleaned very well and needed attention. Broken glass in the front sidewalk. Lampost was ripped out of the ground and lay destroyed in the front yard. I seriously thought the house had been vandalized. House was ok but the furniture and rugs were not clean and were worn out. Overall, I was disappointed.

Yes it was crazy weather and they sent maintenance to clear the driveway and walkway around the house very helpful

This home is located in quite neighborhood and close to campus. Short drive to the football game and close to lots of great eating establishments.

House was dirty and superficial clean at best. There were spills in the refrigerator, bits of food in the cupboards, hair in the shower, trash under/behind furniture, and a general coating of dust and grime on surfaces not at eye-level. The vents and floorboards were especially disgusting and hadn't been cleaned in years. Cabinets, doors, and the wall trim were bad shape & dirty. Beds were made and clean towels provided, but the hand soap in the bathroom was out when we arrived. Shower amenities provided all very heavy fragranced for men (old spice etc). The kitchen was not stocked as pictured for coffee etc, and the home appeared to be in general disrepair with possible mold/water issues--mold in the shower wall and under kitchen sink rotten cupboard. Safety issues-kitch tile broken and sharp, bedroom windows painted shut. Beds for 9 w/ dirty mattresses in hall for other 5? 1-2 air fresheners in every room, totally overwhelming and makes you wonder what odors they are covering up. The exterior did not appear to be well maintained with broken concrete and overgrown weeds etc. No deadbolt to the front only the touch pad lock which could not be locked/secured from the inside. I can only add 8 photos at a time, which is not enough to describe the cleanliness and disrepair issues at this house. College guys must have been the only one staying here rating a 9/10, because I would give it a 3/10. Stay in a hotel for cleanliness, safety, and exposure to respiratory hazard.

The property has a leaky roof over the one king bed in the house which made it unusable for our stay.The owner denies the roof leaks and will not refund us nor fix the roof. Would not recommend staying here

Lovely place to reconnect with family!

This was a beautiful home with great gathering spaces. Everyone in our party slept well on super comfy beds. We were able to connect to the Wi-Fi easily. The common rooms had space for the whole family and then some. Washer and dryer are available, though we didn't use them. There were even some games in the front closet in you need any. Very happy with this place to stay for our family reunion!
