Nous mettons notre maison du lac en location. Old confortable mais charmant cottage ft 900 sq. 3 chambres, 2 nouveaux lits queen size, 1 jeu nouvelle -smaller que des lits superposĂ©s Normal-. 51 "TV Ă  Ă©cran plat et deux 32" TV Ă  Ă©cran plat avec le cĂąble. Nouveau en acier inoxydable appareils, casseroles, vaisselle, etc. imprimante Air, Wi-Fi, radio Bose, stĂ©rĂ©o et plateau, table Ikea siĂšge 8. Porche est parfait pour la lecture. deck Retour est proche de l'eau sans tombants grandes et piscine de sable. Il y a normalement une plage et une plage, mais les niveaux d'eau Ă©levĂ©s atteignent la digue en ce moment. Mobilier d'extĂ©rieur et auvent. Barbecue Ă  gaz, table de pique-nique assise 8. Petite ville avec restaurants. 25 minutes de Notre Dame, Ă  20 minutes de centre commercial, grands magasins, hĂŽtels et chaque endroit pour manger que vous pouvez penser. PrĂšs de la cueillette des fruits, des festivals d'Ă©tĂ© et 27 minutes pour un thĂ©Ăątre en plein air avec un lecteur dans le restaurant Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Nous essayons de rendre votre sĂ©jour aussi grande qu'elle peut ĂȘtre et espĂ©rons que vous joindre Ă  nous pendant de nombreuses annĂ©es Ă  venir. ND ACCUEIL JEUX! Restez vendredi jusqu'Ă  mardi. Pontoon sera encore dans l'eau. Profitez des feux de camp aprĂšs le match avec automnes magnifiques couchers de soleil et couleur des arbres. Un beau temps dans le Michigan.

Wonderfful home and hosts. EVerything you need for a relaxing stress free stay. Swans in the water each day. Lovely relaxing furntiure. Super clean! A home big enough so that each person can have privacy. Terrific water equipment for kayaking and boating. Love it!

The house was so welcoming from the very start. Personal touches were wonderful, like wine and chocolates, fall decorations and checking to be sure we got in safely. So clean and comfortable- we would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing lake house stay

Cute little lake house. The kids stayed busy with the paddle board and kayaks. We took the pontoon to the deeper part of the lake and swam/ fished most of the day. The kids caught so many blue gills we lost count. The lake is small but not too busy so it was relaxing to not have to constantly keep an eye on other boat traffic. The owners go above and beyond to create a welcoming environment. Walked into wine, coffee and chocolates which was a nice touch.The owner is very responsive to questions.

Fantastic place to decompress

This cottage is a wonderful spot to get away. My family and I used it as a staging base to attend my son’s graduation from Notre Dame. It’s only about 20 minutes from Notre Dame stadium and very close to food and shops in Granger, IN. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and had everything you would need from A to Z. There is a wonderful seating area overlooking the lake where you can watch the sun go down over the water.What really set this place apart was the property owner. Absolutely world class gentleman. Kind, accommodating and just a dream to work with. Some owners are concerned about getting paid. This owner and his wife are concerned about your experience. Rent with confidence l!

Relaxing stay

It was a clean place to stay. Lots of cracks in the walls and ceilings which put us off, the uneven floor and the lack of lighting on the ceilings also wasn’t mentioned in the listing.

Perfect cozy lakeside cottage

Everything about this cozy lakeside house was perfect. The location was perfect for our Notre Dame adventures. The host was very communicative with us and welcomed us with a little treat. The back deck was perfect for a morning cup of coffee and an evening glass of wine. We would love to come back in a different season and enjoy more of the amenities the lake house provides.

Beautiful Cottage

Wonderful stay at Sunset Beach

This was our first time visiting here and it was wonderful! The owners were so nice and responsive when we had questions. The cottage was clean and decorated so cute. It had everything we needed including comfortable beds. They left us treats for our stay which was thoughtful! Using the pontoon boat was fun and a bonus! I cant say enough nice things! Enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend and we will be back! Thank you!!!

What a Relief from Daily Life

You know how all those last minute things you have to do before you leave for a trip drive you crazy and cranky...well, it ALL leaves the minute you open the door to this gorgeous and cleverly decorated home. Everything you could possibly want is here including a very clean lake and a terrific pontoon boat. This is our second year here and we love it. Jim's the perfect host.

A week relaxing was everything we needed!

Upon arrival we walked into a very clean well cared for home on the water. This cottage/home had everything and more than we expected for our week relaxing on the lake. The pontoon boat was great giving us the opportunity for a little bit of fishing or early evening cruises. This home was very accommodating to the point that we had no desire to leave. Relaxing stay

My family and I enjoyed our stay, especially the use of the pontoon boat. The swimming was good because it wasn't weedy. My kids enjoyed taking the floating raft out deep in the water with the anchor and jumping off. Overall the neighbors and lake were quiet and it was very relaxing.

Relax and enjoy!

When you first arrive, you are greeted with an amazing gift from your hosts! Such a special touch. The house is well equipped with everything you will need. The pontoon boat is a great bonus that we were not able to utilize due to windy conditions, but we fished from the dock and enjoyed catching some largemouth bass. If you need anything Jim and DeDe are available and very quick to respond to any questions. Thank you so much for making our vacation memorable! See you again soon.

Relaxing and wonderful

This is the perfect cottage. The hosts have thought of everything. Very clean, nicely decorated and all the little touches made it feel like home. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed spending time with family. Great memories were made. Would highly recommend and will be back.

We bought this cottage and totally remodeled it for ourselves. 2015 was the first time we used it. 2016 we decided to rent it out. We had a lot of fun doing the cottage and are very proud how it turned out. We added all kinds of extras to make it really nice. Retro portable radios in bedrooms, games, books, Formica table from 1959 we had shipped to us from Pennsylvania, Turntable so you can bring your old vinyls. The pontoon is great.
