Bienvenue dans la communautĂ© fermĂ©e exclusive de Rincon Point. Spot de surf mondialement connu. Bien situĂ© au sud de Santa Barbara Ă  la plage. Rincon Point est l'un des spots de surf les plus cĂ©lĂšbres de la cĂŽte californienne. Étapes Ă  la plage.
Venez profiter de la pointe magique de Rincon Point.
Idéal pour les familles, magnifique foyer privé et jardin neuf.
PrĂšs de la charmante ville de Carpinteria oĂč vous trouverez des boutiques pittoresques, un marchĂ© de producteurs le jeudi et une bonne variĂ©tĂ© de restaurants. Une communautĂ© de plage qui a tout le charme que l'on peut espĂ©rer.

"Queen of The Coast" offre cinq chambres, qui sont nouvellement dĂ©corĂ©es et bien amĂ©nagĂ©es. Quatre chambres sont Ă  l'Ă©tage dans la maison principale et deux salles de bains. En bas, nous avons un demi-bain. À quelques pas de la maison se trouve une maison d'amis qui se trouve seule. La salle de bain en bas dans la maison est pour le chalet.
La cuisine des chefs entiÚrement équipée comprend un four Wolf, un nouveau réfrigérateur Sub Zero, un lave-vaisselle Bosch, tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour créer de merveilleux repas mémorables.

Tout le confort de la maison avec un sentiment de villégiature. Jardin tropical tropical luxuriant, grande cour privée avec vie en plein air qui comprend; un foyer, une douche extérieure, un barbecue, un nouveau bain à remous, un coin salon et un coin repas extérieurs. Nouvelle terrasse et table de ping-pong. Détendez-vous à la belle étoile dans le jacuzzi aprÚs une journée à la plage ou à la découverte du centre-ville de Santa Barbara. Ou à proximité de Carpinteria.

This property is exquisite. Large, lovely, beautifully decorated yet homey and relaxing. The location was very close to Santa Barbara airport and Carpinteria where all the wedding festivities were held. ONE One minute walk

Perfect Family Vacay

This is our 3rd time staying here. We had such a wonderful time with our family at the Rincon beach house! Two families (with teenagers) with grandma stayed together for 5 days in this glorious property. It had everything you could ask for and super close to the beach. We had perfect weather and a perfect family vacation! We made homemade dinners every night in the lovely kitchen, made good use of the new game table and loved the hot tub! Thank you Katie, for providing such a fabulous spot for our family vacation! We’ll be back!

We got our kids and grandkids together for a few days at the beach and the house was perfect. Everyone was comfortable and I hope we can stay here again sometime!

Beautiful spot

Took a week off from work to spend time with my family in California. This spot was perfect for just relaxing and walking the beach. House is very comfy. Neighborhood is amazing and very private. We really enjoyed taking walks through the neighborhood and associated beaches to watch the surfers. Hot tub is a nice touch especially after a surf session. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon.

A lovely beachside oasis for a family

Katie and the ‘Queen of the Coast’ literally saved our family vacation. We had family and friends from Virginia, Florida, Texas, California, Germany and Australia coming to my wedding. After a disaster at another rental, we were left without a place to go and Katie was welcoming and kind. Filled with beautiful artwork, the house was perfect for our group. Fabulous kitchen, cathedral ceilings, cozy bedrooms, plus the fire pit and hot tub
there was plenty of space to be together - or alone. A community gate to the beach was just steps away and we all loved watching the surfers and collecting shells. I cannot imagine a better experience for our family. Thank you, Katie! We are so grateful!

A good time was had by all.

We all had a wonderful time. The house was well appointed. Something for everyone. Loved the ping pong table and do did everyone else. So close to the beach which made it easy to take the little ones back to the house for a nap. Great hot tub. Can't wait until next summer to do it again!

Loved the house/location short/beautiful walk to the beach enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We spent 4 nights there and we’re so comfortable that we cooked in every night in a beautiful well equipped kitchen. Scott and Katy were awesome when we arrived Scott was emptying/cleaning the hot tub for us and hoseing down the deck Katy was so helpful with checking in and lunch/food recommendations. Would definitely come back again thanks so much

Great choice!

Location can’t be beat. Easy access to a pristine beach that is dog friendly. Calm, safe and friendly neighborhood. The cute downtown area of Carp had adorable shops and coffee spots. Albertsons was the nearby grocery. No need to travel far for anything. The house was very relaxing and easy to live in; private and perfect for our family. Great stove top, oven and frig. House was stocked with everything from beach towels to spices. Glad I took inventory before grocery shopping, saved some money using what was already in house. Leaving was a breeze, took sheets off beds and ran dishwasher- very easy. Would definitely return.

Queen of the Coast 👑

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely Rincon home. The house is so comfortable, clean and well stocked. We all enjoyed the fire pit every night and the jacuzzi. We loved the quick walk to the beach and the beautiful neighborhood. It was the perfect spot for our family to relax and have fun together. We will definitely be back for another family vacation!!! I moved to Santa Barbara in 1981 to go to school at UCSB and fell in love with the unique beauty that Santa Barbara has to offer. Few places in the world have south-facing beaches with 4000-foot mountains less than 10 miles away. You won't find better weather anywhere in the world.

Rincon Point is a magical place and has been for hundreds of years as the Chumash Indians made this there home. I feel in love with the private gated community with it's ocean breeze and salty air. The surf is some of the best in the world.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Once inside the gated enclave of Rincon Point the rest of the world just melts away with the fridge full of food and beverages you will not want to leave this little paradise. It has everything you need to just relax and unwind. If you want to go out you have the lovely beach town of Carpinteria with unique family-run shops and restaurants. Need to go shopping, or to the theater, Montecito, and Santa Barbara are just ten and thirteen miles up the coast.
