Cozy stay

We had a wonderful stay, the house is spacious and organized and has a great outdoor. We enjoyed playing Ping Pong and swimming in the pool. If we come back to Sta Barbara I would stay here again!!

Great House!

Had a great stay! House had everything we needed and wanted. Pool and game room are fantastic! Comfortable beds, very nicely decorated. We will for sure stay here again!

The perfect stay!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Tatyana & Galina were absolutely incredible hosts and their attention to detail to ensure their guests have a clean, happy and memorable stay is unmatched. By far the best rental home I have used and hope to come back again in the future! Thank you so much for your hospitality. We had the BEST time.

Not only was this property, absolutely stunning, perfectly clean, and had the most beautiful pool… Get back up to a beautiful ranch!! Tatyana play was so helpful, an amazing, and extremely responsive. The one time we need approximation point we can’t wait to be repeat guests as soon as possible!!

Perfect experience

Evrything about this house and property were above expectations. The backyard is an oasis and the palm trees and plants gave this back yard a very peaceful feel. The pool and hot tub were a hit. Im 46 and spent a shameful amount of time on their retro arcade consol, experiencing the nostalgia of childhood. The TV is a samsung Frame that has art when not on and was a nice touch. The house is located perfectly between Carpinteria and Santa Barbra, making everything close. A nice quiet neighboorhood with a full equine center behind. We enjoyed watching the horses through the secret passage way in the backyard. The house was clean and felt it must have been remodeled specifically for a custom guest experience. So many attention to detail throughout. We book alot of VRBOs and this one was one of the best. And Tatyana provided the best host experience i can recall. Even mailed me back some things we left hehind without charge and did so with positivity and joy. She is excellent!Thank you for helping our family connect in such a perfect setting!

Guys Trip to Santa Barbara

We’ve all been to hotels and short term rentals that do not live up to their description or pictures. This is NOT that. Tatyana’s place was amazing! The inside of the home is beautiful and only topped by how nice it is outside. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in making sure the home would live up to anybody’s standards There is a ton of space here. During our stay, different guests were able to play ping-pong, cornhole, and go swimming simultaneously. The pool is both large and heated and there’s a hot tub to boot. Tatyana made sure the house was equipped with all kinds of goodies for both adults and kids to take to the beach - including a kayak, beach chairs, beach towels, and beach toys. There’s a large icemaker and two industrial washer/dryers in the garage that were made available to us There’s plenty of room to sleep, two sizable TVs, a foosball table, arcade games, a gaming console, and tons of board games. This is not a house that you can or should get bored in. The It is in a great neighborhood with just one neighbor and just a short drive from the beach, restaurants, and downtown. Perhaps the best part were the hosts themselves. Tatyana was a wonderful communicator beforehand, and afterward. Her sister was a joy to talk to and was there to greet me and give me a detailed tour.. They accommodated us even further by allowing a very early check-in and a late check out so we could make the most of our trip. HIGHLY recommend. 10/10 rating.
