With great links to the A39 you can use Rutland as a base for exploring all what Cornwall has to offer, or just stroll to the beach for the day.

Rutland Court is a modern detached property of large proportions and has a good sized garden. The house offers comfortable open plan living space downstairs which includes a spacious well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a large lounge area with patio doors leading out onto the terrace and garden. There is also a downstairs cloakroom plus a laundry / utility room with back porch and rear entrance. There are 4 bedrooms upstairs with a master bedroom having an ensuite and one large family bathroom with large walk in shower and separate bath. The Widemouth Manor Hotel is within easy walking distance where you can enjoy a drink or meal on their front terrace or grounds and watch the wonderful sunsets in the bay. Bude is a short drive away, a couple of miles by car. Or if you are feeling more energetic you can stroll along the coastal path taking in the views and sea air along the way. Rutland Court is a good base to visit, nearby Crackington Haven, Boscastle, Tintagel or Clovelly with all they have to offer. Or further along the coast to Port Isaac, Padstow and Newquay with their visitor attractions.
