Ce Townhome sur James Island a été rénové de haut en bas. Lorsque vous venez rester à notre demeure, vous serez surpris de voir à quel point la maison est bien équipée. Linge de maison, serviettes de plage, cuisine entièrement équipée, laveuse / sécheuse. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin est votre valise! Une autre grande caractéristique de cette maison sont la télévision qui peut être trouvée dans le salon, avec les deux chambres! N'hésitez pas à apporter vos animaux qui seront également d'accord de la cour clôturée et des sentiers pédestres dans le quartier. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Charleston. Vous êtes situé juste à côté des sentiers battus, mais vous pouvez accéder à tous les hotspots dans un court trajet en voiture! Les nouveaux restaurants sont nombreux à 5 minutes en voiture. D'autres caractéristiques à noter sont un barbecue à gaz et un patio dans l'arrière-cour. Il y a des jeux pour les enfants ou les adultes .. Great couple day stay!

We really enjoyed our few days spent at the rental. It was decorated very cute and was super cozy. It was very clean and a great location to both Folly beach and downtown Charleston. We would most definitely stay here again!

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and well designed.

Growing up coming to Charleston, I knew I always wanted a property that was either at the beach or at least close to the beach! I figured for now this location was about as good as it gets! When you visit this property, you will see the background of my husband and myself and our love for Folly and also Charleston. We have owned this property for 20 years and are so happy to call Charleston our home.

Whether you are visiting Charleston for the first time or have been coming here for years, we know that there are so many things going on and who wants to spend all of their money on an expensive hotel when you can have all of the comforts in our home! We want travelers to have an enjoyable experience while not breaking the bank.

This particular property backs up to the walking paths and behind that is a beautifully wooded area where there's plenty of nature. One of my favorite features of the property is the backyard. It is a private area with all types of flowers great for your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply listening to the birds. Whether you spend a day at the beach or checking out the history of Charleston, this home will be a great spot to end your day relaxing.
