Cute apartment with very convenient location on James Island only 4 miles to Downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach. Nice features such as high ceilings, crown molding, Rinnai gas hot water heater and hardwood floors. The galley kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Also included is a stacked front-loader washer & dryer.

Great little place

This little home was perfect for our three day stay in Charleston! We saw Folly beach and the naval museum and downtown Charleston!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was very clean, easy to find and everything the website said it was. The owner was very friendly and helpful. She kept us informed about anything we needed to know and answered our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again.
