Notre confortable condo au troisième étage sur la rive sud est juste sur l'océan afin que vous puissiez voir - et entendre - le bruit des vagues dès que vous ouvrez votre porte d'entrée. Le condo, avec un mobilier élégant et contemporain, dispose d'un confortable lit king-size californien. Détendez-vous "à la maison" et profitez de l'océan tout en étant assis à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur sur votre véranda. Plongez avec des tortues juste devant le condo (nous voyons parfois des raies aigle dans notre baie aussi)! C'est l'un des meilleurs sites de plongée à terre de l'île et notre bâtiment est régulièrement classé parmi les meilleurs. Le condo est joliment meublé afin que vous puissiez vous mettre au travail pour vous détendre dans le confort à votre arrivée. Entrez et faites comme chez vous! The condo was perfect for the two of us. It was perfectly appointed, had a very comfortable bed, and having a lanai directly on the water was exactly what we wanted. And, yes - we saw some turtles swimming from our balcony while having morning coffee! Would absolutely stay here again.

This Vrbo which I will compare all others to as it is the best we have ever been in. So well stocked (laundry basket for taking the laundry down the hall, drying rack for clothes, kitchen plates, silverware, tongs, bowls, Tupperware for leftovers, ice blocks for coolers, coolers to use, fans, power cords, beach chairs, and umbrella). Just amazing the amount of “nice to have” items. Then you have the views, the breeze, the turtles, the waves, and the lanai. I cannot say enough great things about this place. Will be booking this one again the next time we come to Kauai. Thank you so much for such thoughtful needs and wants.

What a find!! Every comfort was provided for our idyllic Poipu vacation. We warched the turtles swim every day from our private balcony. The kitchen was outfitted for every need, including sharp knives, appliances and barware. We love to purchase fresh local fish, vegetables and fruit..this condo felt like home in paradise. WE WILL RETURN!

It was our first time to Kauai and the suite was perfect for our experience. Sunrises were beautiful every morning and while we weren't able to snorkel in the bay due to the swell, we had a great time on the deck watching the myriad of sea turtles swimming in it. Denise is wonderful and showed the aloha that we so often forget in life.

Amazing location- saw sea turtles daily, monk seal, black crabs, snorkeling was excellent. Best place to watch sunrise (from balcony) and sunset (from condo grounds). Condo was well stocked with kitchen items and bath items. Having the beach umbrella and chairs, beach towels and cooler was so important and we appreciated having that available very much.

Perfect Retreat

This was a perfect place for us to relax and enjoy the beautiful island of Kauai. So close to the water and with the beautiful view from our balcony we enjoyed “staying in” for a few dinners. We would definitely recommend the location to friends and family looking for a place in Kauai.

Our experience at Denise’s Poipu condo was fabulous. The property sits about a bay and as you look out to amazing sunrises and watch turtles float along you are massaged by the rhythmic waves which was magicfor us. The modern style is welcoming and well equipped including beach chairs, rock shoes and towels. Being situated right next door the The Beach House restaurant was great for food, conversations and amazing sunsets. We had not been to Kauai for a number of years so we ventured out a lot leaving me a bit remorseful that I didn’t just stay at the condo and allow those waves to cover me with peacefulness with the needed self care of slowing down. We will return.

We first ventured to Kaua'i in 1998 and never looked back! After many visits to the island, and managing our oceanfront condo rentals from the SF Bay area, we left Silicon Valley and moved to the island in 2002. BEST decisions we've ever made -- except our marriage almost 31 years ago.

You can not get any closer to the ocean, and our building is just a few minutes drive to famous Po'ipu Beach Park, the Grand Hyatt, and many other well-known resorts. The Botanical Garden and Spouting Horn are minutes away, as are a multitude of restaurants and shops. Yet our building is "off the beaten path," which means peaceful, quiet serenity....
