Kiahuna Plantation Resort is all you dreamed Kauai would be, and our beautiful condominium is located in the lush gardens of this vacationer's paradise. Take in partial ocean views in the dining area and on on our very private Lanai. Our inviting beach is yours to enjoy-- just a few steps from our beautiful condo.

Our unit has been updated (Unit #168 in bldg. 26), making it a more desirable unit at Kiahuna Plantation. We have one of the most private Lanais in the resort. We also now have A/C! The bedroom features a brand new Cal king bed (April 2022). Our beautiful living room also has a new queen size pull-out mattress in the sofa. Our kitchen is fully appointed for your convenience. Lounge comfortably on the private patio/lanai. Take advantage of our in-condo washer and dryer. High speed Internet and TV both in living room and bedroom. Most recently we have updated some of the decor which you will see in the pictures of the bedroom and dining areas. Our video still reflects the old decor in these two spaces but still gives you a great view and vantage point of all that our condo offers.

To make your beach time more fun, grab complimentary towels and beach chairs at the Beach Hut 'shack' near the water. A child friendly pool with slide, a gym and tennis courts are offered directly across from the resort at the Poipu Beach Athletic Club. Two golf courses, Poipu Bay and Kiahuna, are just down the road.

Kiahuna Plantation Resort is the jewel of Poipu's sunny south shore on Kauai. Nothing compares to our beautiful gardens and location. This is a fun destination for families, a romantic getaway for honeymooners, and a memorable place to celebrate special occasions.

LOCAL ACTIVITIES
There is much to do if you have any time left after enjoying the beach and the amazing snorkeling right out in front of the Kiahuna Plantation. World-class golf is minutes away at Kiahuna Golf Club, or at the nearby Poipu Bay Golf Club. Make sure to explore Historic Koloa Town during your visit. Another interesting stop is the Spouting Horn, found just west of Kiahuna Plantation. Be sure to check out the free hula shows across the street in the Poipu Shopping Village. There are so many restaurants with amazing happy hours within walking distance for you to enjoy as well.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES:
CLEANING FEES ARE IN ADDITION to all other fees paid through VRBO/HomeAway. These are resort charges and these cleaning fees do not go to owners. Cleaning fees are collected at check-in and go directly to Castle Resorts.
Current check-out cleaning fee for bookings after 1/1/26 is $277. + HI Taxes = $328.85
A mid-stay replenishment of all amenities, linens and towels etc. is available for $62.00.
A mid-stay full clean is available to guests for $110.00.

VRBO BOOKING FEE: VRBO/HomeAway charges a booking fee to all Guests booking through their sites. This fee is shown as “Service Fee” in the Quote and goes directly to VRBO/HomeAway.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they will get back 50% of the full booking amount. Otherwise, 14 days or less before check in will not be refunded including early departure prior to the end date of the reservation. Failure to pay second rental payment by due date will result in cancellation of booking and forfeiture of the first payment.
