Great vacation spot!

We loved staying here. The cottage is small but just enough space for four, sleeping, dining, and relaxing. Lovely outdoor area. Close to beach, biking, walking, restaurants and Newport. The owners were so caring - bringing us game and puzzles during TS Henri's brief power outage. We'll love to come again!

Perfect!

Tami’s cute cottage is exactly how everyone describes it! Super stylish, clean, and includes everything you could need. It was perfect for my family of four. We felt comfortable instantly. You can’t beat the location – just a few minutes to the nearest beach and very close to Newport. We’ll be staying there again for sure!

Wonderful stay in Middletob

We completely enjoyed our stay at Crest Cottage. The property was the perfect size for our family of 3. It was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The cottage was close to the beach and restaurants, with easy access to Newport. We’d love to stay again!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. I almost hesitate to write a review lest the secret get out!! Lovingly remodeled cottage with a terrific beach vibe and an updated mid-Century aesthetic - clearly shaped by an artist’s eye. Love everything about it! We will be back!!

Perfect beach spot

We spend at least a week in the Newport/Middletown area every summer and I can honestly say this is the best place we’ve ever rented. Clean, nicely appointed, extremely convenient to literally everything, and being a short walk to first beach is HUGE for anyone with kids. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Fun week by the ocean!

We had a blast in the Middletown area for a week in August and this house was the perfect stay away from home. It has everything you need (beach towels, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen...) and nothing you don’t! Easy walk to several local beaches and restaurants, and the owners couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend!

The house is exactly as pictured. It was spotless, well stocked with linens and supplies and the location was fantastic. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. We didn’t want to leave and plan to be back next year.

Perfect cottage for our family!

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) had a wonderful stay in this cottage. It was very clean, modern and nicely decorated with central AC and laundry. We made many meals in the kitchen and had everything we needed and my kids had plenty of space to play in the cute living room. Really nice outdoor seating area with a grill and large table. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant and it was a nice short walk to the beach, though we didn't walk anywhere else because of the busy main road. It seems like the owners really put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable, relaxing space and we loved staying here!

Ideal spot for family beach stay

Great beach cottage walking distance from first beach. Cottage has everything you could need and a garage space to store any beach stuff you bring. Property was clean and owners were very responsive to any questions sent via VRBO app. We’ll be back!

Sparkling beach house!

This was such a delightful, light-filled escape! Crest Cottage had everything we needed (kitchen tools, storage, great appliances) and some lovely extras that went beyond our expectations (super comfy cotton sheets, very nice wine glasses, a powerful blender for smoothies, nice thick beach towels, fresh new decor). A great boogie-boarding beach was a 13-minute neighborhood stroll away, and we loved being able to sign into our Netflix account on the big TV in the evenings. A great vacation spot all around.

Great Stay

My wife and I have stayed at this property twice now and both have been great experiences. The cottage is well kept, very clean, updated, and maintained. Location is perfect, situated between 1st and 2nd beach, a short drive to town, and walking distance to some great views (including sunsets). Owners are friendly and very responsive to inquires. We will certainly be returning.

Perfect cottage

Our family of 4 had a great 10 days in this little but tidy and beautifully designed cottage. Everything you need and nothing you don't. Tami and Chris are great hosts and they have done an amazing job of rennovating this property. Close to all three Newport beaches, the Cliff Walk, the Mansions, and Middletown farms. We will definitely return.

Delightful!

What a lovely little cottage for our family of 4. Everything was clean and fresh and the hosts were quick to respond and happily let us get in before check in time which was incredibly helpful. The location was also great right near the beach. We would highly recommend it!

Ideal location to beaches and many fun restaurants. Great neighborhood, very cozy and comfortable cottage.
