Beach Cottage à quelques pas de la (première) plage d'Easton

Chalet de plage récemment rénové situé dans la section souhaitable d'Easton's Point à Middletown et à seulement quelques pas de mettre vos orteils dans le sable. Les restaurants et les plages sont accessibles à pied!

Le chalet avant a 2 chambres et 1 salle de bain et récemment rénové! Tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, les comptoirs en granit, les nouveaux sols carrelés, les planchers en bois refaits, toutes les nouvelles salles de bain, fraîchement repeintes partout et les nouveaux meubles. Profitez de magnifiques couchers de soleil sur la plage d'Easton depuis ces unités grillagées sous véranda.

Chaque chambre du chalet est équipée d'unités AC.

Cottage dispose d'un service WIFI avec télévision par câble de base et un lecteur de DVD.

Cottage a son propre patio en pierre avec barbecue à gaz et meubles de patio pour manger à l'extérieur avec 4 chaises adirondack.

Le chalet est livré avec des serviettes de plage, des chaises de plage, une glacière pour les rafraîchissements, quelques planches de bodyboard et des jouets de sable pour les plus petits.

Le jour d'arrivée et de départ est le samedi pour les locations à la semaine en juillet et août.

This sweet little cottage was so perfect for our stay. We had the most beautiful weather and so even managed to use the backyard a little bit. Jim, the owner/manager made checking in and checking out very very simple. The beds are comfy all the appliances work and it’s a great convenient location.

Great Location, Beach Bungalow

Great spot for beach and all the conveniences without the crazy of downtown Newport. We used it for jump off point for a Newport wedding and enjoyed exploring the local and Newport area. This was perfect for our family and the owners made it easy and comfortable. Easy to recommend. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay in this beach cottage!

Cottage was the perfect size for a family of 3 or 4 and was very clean. Great location - quick walk to the beach, and about 10 minute drive to downtown Newport. Jim was very responsive to any questions! Would gladly stay here again.

Newport cabin

The cabin is great. You can pretty easily walk to the Cliff Walk. There are some restaurants right near by. And the beach is right there. We had a great time.

Great little cottage

We had a wedding in Newport and decided to come a few days early to visit since we hadn’t been to Newport in over thirty years. This cottage was so clean and comfortable. We walked to the beach, visited other beaches, walked around downtown Newport, had breakfast at Sweet Berry Farm, it was a great time.

Easton's Point Beach Cottage

My wife and I stayed here for the 4th of July week. Cottage had a great location to first and second beach ,not to mention a number of places to eat and drink near by. Cottage was clean and well appointed for a beach vacation. Communication with the owners was easy and responsive. My wife and I felt very comfortable and relaxed staying here. We very much look forward to staying here again!!

Clean and beautifully decorated

The cottage was perfect for us. It was in pristine condition. It was very clean and well kept. It was beautifully decorated with a beach flair. We didn’t spend a lot of time there but loved the outdoor seating option when we were there.

Perfect Getaway - Everything we expected and more!

My wife and I stayed in the back cottage with our 1-year old son for a week, and we could not have been happier with our stay. The cottage is exactly as advertised, and if anything, nicer than the photos make it appear. It's clear that the owner maintains the property well and invests in its comfort and appearance. He was also very welcoming and responsive - we felt at home almost immediately. The cottage itself, and its location, were absolutely perfect for a couple or a small family - you'll have a wonderful time here.

Cutest Cottage

I stayed at Jim's cottage last weekend while I was in town for a wedding at Newport Beach House. The cottage was clean, cozy, and just steps away from the wedding venue. It had a full kitchen (stocked with all of the essentials, laundry, and the cutest back patio. Jim went above and beyond - allowing me to check in early to get ready for the wedding. I will 100% return to this cottage, and would recommend it to anyone staying in Newport!

Absolutely Perfect!

The Back Cottage was the best of all the VRBO properties we've ever stayed in around the world. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, laundry area, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, as well as outside on the patio area and parking area. Everything was in perfect condition and completely clean. In the Newport area, you can not beat the location. You can walk to First Beach, Atlantic Grill, Flo's Clam Shack, St. George School and more. It was THE BEST accommodations and THE BEST location! - Family of 3 from Houston, Texas

48th Anniversary Get-away

The cottage was homey, clean and stocked with everything we needed to feel right at home! I have allergies, so a nice kitchen is a plus for me. This kitchen has a wonderful stove and everything I needed was easy to find. For those of you who have an electric vehicles, there are charging stations about a 10 minute walk away. We dropped the car off and had a pleasant walk back. If we are back that way again, we would definitely stay here again. (The charging stations are behind the Atlantic Beach Hotel in a public lot.)

Perfect Little Beach House

So cute. Just the right size for two adult couples. Loved its beach-themed decor. We came to Newport for a wedding and we are so happy we opted to stay here instead of the hotel. The house was spotless and comfortable. We could see a bit of the Cliff Walk from the screened porch. It is a short walk to Easton's Beach and about a 30 minute walk to the Cliff Walk. Several restaurants and a liquor store are within walking distance also. We ate at Tickets which had good food, great service and a great water view. We drove a short distance to Second Beach where there was plenty of free (post-Labor Day) parking. Beautiful beach. The house had beach chairs, boogie boards, an umbrella, etc. Everything we needed. We ate our breakfasts at the comfy table in the back yard. The house was well-stocked with paper goods, hand soap and dish soap. Just remember to bring soap and shampoo for the shower. Thanks, Jim, and your cleaning crew for an awesome stay. We are already hoping to return in 2020.

Perfect getaway

I rented both cottages for a girls getaway/bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! We slept 9 comfortably and It was everything we could have asked for and more. Whether you are renting one or both cottages you will find everything you need just like you were at home. From fresh linens and fluffy bath towels to extra beach chairs and a beautiful back yard with 2 patios, furniture sets and grills (one for each cottage). The modern but beach decor was so tasteful, we didn't want to leave. The walk to Easton beach is about 2 minutes and the Atlantic Beach club is right there. We enjoyed fantastic meals and live entertainment right on the beach, it was great! Lastly Downtown Newport is only about 2 miles away.. It's a great scenic jog along the water into town. In the evenings we took a cab into Newport and it worked out perfectly. Our experience beats staying in any hotel in the area. If you are planning a weekend in Newport and want something that feels like your very own beach house This is the place! Jim, the owner of the property is so accommodating. He makes you feel like you are renting from a friend not a stranger and that was really appreciated by us all!

Cozy place

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this nice, little cottage. The location is great for seeing everything in Newport without being in the congestion of Newport. Middletown provided everything we needed as far as restaurants, grocery, gas stations. The host provided great suggestions for local restaurants and had brochures available for many of the attractions in the area.

When I'm not working on my properties as you can see from the picture I like to head out on the water and fish. If you're a fishermen I've been know to take out a tenant or two on a fishing trip on my boat if my schedule permits. I live a couple of streets over and if there is ever a problem with the cottages I am only minutes away from resolving any issues.
