Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved everything about this rental. Very spacious for 4 people! It was super clean, had all the amenities we needed, and it was within super-close walking distance to fun restaurants, shops, and the pier to catch that sunset! The Catalina ferry was only a 6-minute walk from the rental. It was so nice parking my car in a locked garage and not having to worry about it. We hardly used it, as we were so close to everything. I loved having my morning coffee on the beach (30-second walk to the sand). This is just what four educators from the hot Central Valley needed to kick off our summer vacay!!

Great location, comfortable accommodations

We had a great weekend. Property was steps away from the beach and walkable to fun zone and restaurants. Great they supplied beach chairs and umbrellas. Beds were all comfortable and kitchen well stocked. We had one small maintenance issue and response was quick. Only downside was we spent the first hour of our vacation making the beds and hanging towels as they don’t do that for you which is not the ideal way to start a vacation. Other than that it was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location- clean, well decorated house in a prime location near restaurants and everything you need for a fun vacation. Property managers were great and very attentive should any needs arise. Beach chairs and umbrellas in garage for use, but no bikes (you’ll need to rent those nearby). Only negative is you will have to make your own beds- sheets provided in a roll to do so when you arrive(never rented and had to do this). Also one low quality towel provided per guest for the entire week (again not normal for a nice rental).Good kitchen with most things you need if you want to cook some meals. A few things broken in the house likely due to high volume of renters during the busy months but I’m sure the great property managers will get those things fixed. Refrigerator/freezer seems like it’s on its last leg as it takes a few days to start working normally but eventually gets cool. Overall a great stay in a great location just steps from the beach!

Garage is small the other renters had a large car that took up too much space parking was a nightmare construction on street in front of unit all week limited parking and jack hammer every morning wakng us up.

Nice property

Very clean and well located steps from the beach. Party above was very noisy Saturday night but quiet after that. Restaurants nearby and close to Balboa ferry. Would definitely recommend for Newport Beach trip.
