Dear Gorgina , We apologize if your stay was not as good as you expected. Dear Eddy, I apologize if my response was not what you expected, but unfortunately, it is difficult for us to determine the exact cause at this moment. According to our records, you did not experience any issues on the 9th and 10th, only last night. After you left, our technician conducted several tests, and everything is functioning normally. Before your arrival, no other customer had experienced a similar problem. For this reason, we contacted the electric company to check if they were performing any work in the neighborhood, and they informed us that they were, but not on our street. According to them, there is a possibility that this could have affected the power supply, but so far only your apartment has reported these issues. Another theory is that some appliance or outlet that was in use at the time may have caused the circuit interruptions. However, the tests we have conducted so far indicate that everything is normal. On the other hand, regarding the cleaning, unfortunately, you did not inform us that it was not done properly. Our cleaning team comes every morning. If you had notified us, we would have resolved the issue. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to monitor the situation. Kind regards, Paul Decô Apartments Barcelona Tema

Dear Stan, We apologize if your stay was not as good as you expected. As we informed you, the local government only allows to open the terrace in the office hours. For this reason, we mentioned this information in our listing. I am really sorry about your experience with some guests, as you mentioned as soon as you informed us we sent someone to keep the situation under control. I am really surprised that they were over the noise permitted after our emergency team had talked with them. We have checked the noise report of and we didn't find this alert. I will check the noise device may have a punctual incident. Once again, please accept our sincere apologies, and we hope to see you back and offer you a better service!

Saludos cordiales. Decô Apartments Barcelona Team
