La villa se compose de deux chambres doubles, une avec un lit simple avec climatisation, une petite chambre avec lits superposés, une salle de bains, cuisine et grande salle de séjour.
La maison offre une belle véranda où vous pourrez admirer les Faraglioni de Scopello et de l'ensemble du golfe de Castellammare, un jardin avec des arbres fruitiers dont vous pouvez utiliser en fonction de la saison .. figues et figues de Barbarie dans l'été chaud, mandarines et les oranges, à l'automne, les citrons et les herbes cycliques.
De la maison il ya une forte odeur de jasmin qui illuminera vos soirées sur la véranda.
En dehors de la maison trovere une douche extérieure, idéal après la mer ....
Dehors, vous trouverez un petit barbecue où vous pouvez griller ..
Sèche-cheveux, fer à repasser, machine à laver, WI-FI, sont à votre disposition.

Perfect holiday in SICILY

It was 3rd time which we spent in Sicily.The house is very comfortable with original atmosphere.It's perfect place for people who want to live as at home. Anna and her daughter are very friendly and have a beautiful shop in Scopello village. The sea its amazing and perfect for diving. Also Zingaro reservation i swonderfull for its perfect small beaches . Thanks a lot Anna for perfect holiday mirka

Come to Scopello

My husband and I just returned from an amazing adventure in Scopello. We stayed at the "Gypsy House" which is just as shown in the photos. Anna, who has a lovely shop in the village, was always available to make suggestions and answer questions. Come to Scopello and enjoy the fabulous views from the terrace, swim in the Tonnara, hike in the Zingaro and visit Segesta and Erice.

Scopello

The villa is pleasant enough situated just down the road from the village. We had several issues with it when we arrived but they were quickly sorted out by Claudia and her father who were both endlessly helpful. Watch out for biting insects which were a real plague despite insect repellent and citronella candles. Scopello is a pleasant little village with some nice places to eat. It seems to host a wedding every night so can be quite noisy. There are some lovely but rocky beaches nearby and some good walking in the Zingaro park but a car seems essential if you are going to see much of the island. Thank goodness we missed the current heatwave - it was quite hot enough for us as it was st the end of june

Rooftop terrace house overlooking the sea

Perfect house for 2-4 with cold ac in both king size bedrooms. A third room has bunk beds and no AC. Kitchen is adequate for cooking and enjoying coffee or meals on the outdoor covered terrace. The rooftop is perfect for cocktails and sunsets. The business across the street has live music starting around 7pm every night in summer - you can dance on your own terrace. Only 2 minutes to Guidaloca beach for chairs and umbrellas. About 20 minutes to Castellammare beach. The improvements needed is there are no linens provided for beds or extra towels if you should have guests and the king room mattress behind the kitchen needs to be replaced with a comfortable mattress. My husband really enjoyed the outdoor shower. We were able to get all our laundry washed.

Quelle vue!

L emplacement est parfait pour visiter Scopello et ses environs. La terrasse abritée et tempérée malgré les fortes chaleurs est un plus, sans parler de la terrasse sur le toit qui offre un point de vue unique sur la baie. Un merci tout particulier à Simone pour son accueil bienveillant et qui est intervenu rapidement pour un problème de stores. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

Bella casa in collina a due passi da Scopello paese

La casa ha un bel giardino con alberi di fichi e una grande terrazza sul tetto. La vista sul mare è spettacolare e si possono raggiungere in auto in 5 minuti la riserva dello Zingaro, la tonnara e i faraglioni e le zltre cale. A 15 minuti in auto si trova la spiaggia di sassi di Guidaloca. Le spiagge di sabbia sono a Castellamare. La casa ha due camere da letto matrimoniali e una con letto a castello.

Buona base d'appoggio ma da migliorare un po tutto.

Siamo stati una settimana presso l'alloggio di Claudia, ci sono parecchi punti da sottolineare. Da migliorare sicuramente la pulizia e la tenuta del villino che risulta un po lasciato a se stesso, si nota da parecchi punti. Nella nostra camera la maniglia della finestra era rotta e rimpiazzata da un fermo(quello usato dai bagni) e la porta non si chiudeva. In entrambe le camere da letto e anche sui letti a castello i materassi sono datati, troppo fini e morbidi ( si dorme su delle molle), buona la dotazione dei condizionatori sulle camere da letto, l'esterno potrebbe essere piu' curato. Consiglio di aggiornare le foto in quanto il bagno risulta ristrutturato(cambiati i sanitari e la doccia), una nota di demerito per la doccia troppo piccola, sul saloncino non e piu' presente la stufa/camino, le camere da letto dalle foto risultano leggermente diverse dalla realta. Abbiamo avuto un problema con il frigorifero, i proprietari si sono messi subito a disposizione cambiandolo con un altro (non nuovo) proveniente da un altra struttura. Buona la posizione a 5 minuti di camminata si raggiunge il piccolo borgo di scopello. Con delle migliorie e piu' cura potrebbe diventare un gioiellino, consiglio alla proprietaria di dedicare piu' tempo alla struttura in quanto su questa fascia di prezzo esistono valide alternative.

Casa con vista e posizione spettacolare!

La posizione della casa è fantastica, si affaccia sul golfo con veduta mare bellissima. Si vede la torre sopra i faraglioni di Scopello. Esternamente la casa ha una veranda con vista mare godevolissima per pranzi e cene. Cortile comodo per parcheggio e doccia esterna. Giardino e orto a disposizione con frutti di stagione. Terrazza sulla casa spettacolare anche se non attrezzata. Massima quiete e relax a poche centinaia di metri dal centro di Scopello. L'interno della casa è molto fruibile. La cucina è essenziale, potrebbe essere ammodernata. Proprietaria Claudia molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso casa consigliatissima.

Posizione fantastica

Casa carina in ottima posizione, 800 mt dal centro di Scopello. Fantastica vista mare. Abitazione silenziosa e davvero tranquilla. Perfetta per una vacanza con bambini. La cucina è un po’ troppo spartana e l’abitazione poco curata soprattutto all’esterno. C’è anche un bel giardino con piante da frutto, peccato per l’erba incolta. Comunque in totale ottimo soggiorno.

Great town, location - property needs some TLC.

TV didn't work - Claudia said she would get it fixed but it never happened. I know, who needs a TV in such a beautiful spot... the kids needed some occasional down time, or we could have watched a Word Cup game. 1/4 roll of toilet paper when we arrived.. that's it. Outside patio doesn't look like the pics. In general, there were a bunch of things that needed a little attention. The rooms, beds, floor plan were all great for a family of 4. A/C worked well. Short walk to awesome little town, with great restaurants and views of the coast. Short drive to beautiful beaches ( mostly rocky - great snorkeling ).

Relax mare e cultura in questo angolo di Sicilia

Siamo una famiglia di Treviso con bambini,abbiamo soggiornato in questa deliziosa casa vacanze! La struttura é semplice, pulita e di buon gusto. Si trova a 200 mt dal piccolo, ma suggestivo e vivace centro di Scopello, che offre ai suoi turisti ristoranti di qualitá( tipo " la terrazza" )e spettacoli ogni sera! Nelle immediate vicinanze un piccolo supermercato ben fornito,con un meraviglioso banco di carne per fare degli ottimi barbeque nella veranda di questa dimora ,guardando il tramonto sul mare sorseggiando un buon bicchiere di vino! L' ospitalitá e i buoni consigli della signora Anna , sono utili per organizzarsi bene la vacanza! Che dire... Ci siamo trovati veramente bene!

Entspannte Tage in Scopello

Wir waren in den Osterferien für vier Tage auf Sizilien und wurden von Anna und ihrer Tochter sehr herzlich empfangen. Alles verlief sehr unkompliziert und entspannt. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Wenn man den wunderschönen Blick von der Terrasse auf das Meer ausreichend genossen hat, kann man im Umkreis sehr viele weitere schöne Dinge erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen!

Schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage

Wir, eine Familie mit zwei Söhnen (11 und 14), haben in Annas Haus wunderbare Urlaubstage verbracht. Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und nach wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man das hübsche Dorf Scopello mit Bars und wundervollen Restaurants. Uns hat vor allem die Nähe zum Naturpark "Riserva naturale dello Zingaro" gefallen, den man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto oder auch zu Fuss erreichen kann. Auch die zahlreiche Sehenswürdigkeiten sind gut von dort aus zu erreichen (Segesta, Erice). Wir werden sicher noch einmal wiederkommen.

Deliziosa casa con vista mozzafiato

Ho alloggiato in questa deliziosa casa con alcuni amici. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. La casa dispone di tre comode camere ed un bagno. Una sala da pranzo con cucina davvero confortevole e arredata con gusto. La proprietaria, la signora Anna, è davvero gentile ed ha saputo consigliarci alcuni posti da visitare nelle vicinanze di Scopello. In generale consiglio a tutti di alloggiare in questa deliziosa casetta!

Nice holiday home!

We stayed here with 2 adults for one week. We originally rented another house of the same owner (Anna), but this house was also still available and Anna recommended this house and rented it to us for the same price as the other (less expensive) house. We were greatfull, because we had a great time. It's a lovely house and we really enjoyed our stay. Scopello is a very small but pittoresk village with a few good restaurants. In the surroudings of Scopello is lots to be steen and do and the beaches are beautifull. Thank you Anna, for all your help (especially for returning the phone)!!!

Grandioos!!!

Mooie vakantiewoning, erg sfeervol up to date ingericht. het uitzicht was ongelofelijk mooi. Je zag de zee en de zon opkomen en ondergaan...Erg gastvrije ontvangst door Anna.Ze introduceerde ons in het dorp, waardoor wij diverse keren heerlijk Siciliaans hebben gegeten op het dorpsplein, ijsjes hebben gesmuld en hebben genoten van espresso en cappucinno met lekkernijen. Ook bij de duikschool hebben we een heel positieve eerste duik ervaring mogen beleven! Kortom een AANRADER!!!

UN POSTO INCANTEVOLE

Le foto messe da Anna (l' accoglientissima propietaria) rendono giustizia a questo meraviglioso pezzo di Sicilia che ti accoglie con una vista mozzafiato da una pacifica e soleggiata veranda in cui rilassarsi e farsi una bella grigliata! Da Scopello è comodo spostarsi per raggiungere i principali siti turistici del trapanese. Oppure fermarsi nel grazioso baglio del paese dove i ragazzi del bar sanno come accontentare la gola di ogni loro ospite! Anna è molto disponibile per ogni evenienza oltre ad averci consigliato un eccellente ristorante che difficilmente dimenticheremo, grazie! Spero di tornare

Relax, you found your Villa in Scopello

We stayed in this beautiful Villa in June 2013 for one week. To make it short: We had a wonderful holiday in this house and Scopello in general. If your are looking for a place to stay (up to 4 People) with a beautiful view, very calm, nice interior, all the kitchen facilities to cook and a good bed with Air-Con, than this will be your choice. What makes this place so fantastic is that: You can walk 5 Min. to Scopello with all the restaurants, the food-store is 3 Min. by car and to the National Park it takes you 10 Min. by car. But the most important you have a wonderful Host, which is Anna. We had such a good time with her, that we are already planning our next trip to this place. So how did we get here: We wrote Anna a Mail and asked her, if the Villa is free. She answered immediately. So we confirmed the date and the price by Mail and that called her when we arrived in Scopello. But you can also give her a call on her mobil to get in contact with her and if you are lucky, this beautiful peace of land is still available.... Good Luck, Have a good time and say Hello to Anna, when you are there... Yours NA

Charming house

This is a lovely house, carfeully and prettily furnished with a seaside theme. There are two good sized double bedrooms with comfy beds and a third with bunk beds for kids. There are nice outside sitting spaces and a cosy living room with all facitlities. Above all, a very warm welcome and unhurried departure from the owner. Great restaurants in Scopello village just up the road. Beach in Scopello is not in the village, you have to walk down the hill to the old and incredibly pretty tuna factory.

Wunderschöner Blick auf den Golf von Castellamare

Die Wohnung liegt in Fussnähe zum Dorf. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist herrlich und schon allein das lässt Urlaubsgefühle aufkommen! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig, alles was wir brauchten war ausreichend da. Wir waren zu zweit, aber auch für Vier wäre die Wohnung prima. Die Vermieterin Anna ist sehr sympathisch und nett. Scopello ist ein schöner Ort zum Urlaub machen. Und die Wohnung eine Empfehlung wert.
