Victoria Area Oceanfront Studio prĂšs de Royal Roads University & College Pearson

SituĂ© Ă  Metchosin Ă  la pĂ©riphĂ©rie de Victoria, notre maison de bord de mer se trouve Ă  30 minutes de l'aĂ©roport et de la cĂ©lĂšbre Butchart Gardens et Ă  45 minutes du terminal de BC Ferries Swartz Bay. Il y a 3 terrains de golf Ă  quelques minutes - l'Olympic View Golf Course, l'Ours Moutain Resort Golf Course et le cours Metchosin Golf. Plage de Witty, une longue plage peu profonde parfait pour kiddies et les adultes se trouve Ă  5 minutes Ă  pied. AccĂšs facile jusqu'Ă  notre crique tranquille, oĂč les phoques se prĂ©lassent rĂ©guliĂšrement sur les rochers et les aigles planent souvent les frais gĂ©nĂ©raux. Le principal quartier commerçant est Ă  10 minutes Ă  Langford et il y a de nombreux restaurants Ă  15 minutes en voiture.

Nous sommes à 10 minutes de l'Université Royal Roads et à environ 15 minutes du CollÚge Pearson.

Nous sommes membres de la BC Inn Keepers Guild et du Sooke B & B Assoc'n.

Notre spacieuse suite studio 600 pieds carrés est équipé de:

La suite dispose d'une entrĂ©e privĂ©e et ouvre sur un patio et veggie jardin. Descendez court chemin et vous donnant sur la baie, oĂč vous pouvez repĂ©rer les phoques se faire bronzer sur les rochers. Vous pouvez marcher jusqu'Ă  la plage, sauter des rochers ou explorer le bord de mer.

Un chien est autorisé, à condition que:
‱ Ils sont sociaux - nous avons un jeune et social Bearded Collie
‱ Ils restent Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du lit et du canapĂ© car nous avons de nombreux invitĂ©s, dont certains peuvent ĂȘtre allergiques aux poils de chien.

La suite a un espace clos, env. 25’x40 ’attachĂ© Ă  la suite et la cour extĂ©rieure est entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e et les chiens invitĂ©s sont les bienvenus avec leurs propriĂ©taires.

SPECTACULAR!! The views, the serenity, the wildlife, and the hosts Bob and Jennifer are fantastic. The suite has absolutely everything you need. The proximity to grocery stores and food is really great as well. Hope to return many times.

It was a memorable weekend at Metchosin. It’s quiet and vibrant. Jennifer and Bob’s place is something you will treasure, you have the million dollar view while watching the seals, birds, kayakers and ships passing by.

Slice of Paradise

Bob and Jennifer were gracious hosts with tons of suggestions on things to do in and around Victoria. The property itself was beautifully manicured with ample outdoor seating to just sit around and watch the ships, seals, bald eagles and even whales. The suite is lovely and well equipped.

Great respite location from busy Victoria

Enjoyed our calm and relaxing stay at Bob and Jennifer's beautiful property. Very generous hosts who generously provided a few breakfast items to get us started. The back yard was a wonderful sanctuary with a beautiful view, and it was fenced for our dog, too. Thank you so much for hosting us!

Quiet Getaway close to Victoria

Bob and Jennifer are sweet. We wanted quiet privacy to celebrate our anniversary just the two of us and we found that here with a private apartment attached to Bob and Jennifer's home. Beautiful view, quiet neighborhood, and simple breakfast items for us.

Bob and Jennifer were very kind and accommodating hosts. The apartment was just perfect size for 2 adults. It was very clean and well cared for. The best part was the stunning views from the back yard. My hisband and I would sit out each night with a beverage and watch nature in action. It was a busy little bay woth seals, heron, kingfisher, hummingbirds and bats. Thank you Jennifer and Bob!!

The Place to Stay....

The description of the place was correct with no surprises. The owners were very kind and met me as I arrived to give me a tour. The location is about a 15 minute drive to down town Victoria and about 45 minutes to the Airport or the Swartz ferry terminal. I was there for ten nights and enjoyed my stay. The bed is actually very comfortable. The area around the property is an amazing place with forest everywhere and some really beautiful homes. Great place to take walks or a drive.

We had an amazing stay at Bob and Jennifer's home and enjoyed our morning coffee looking out on the water watching sea lions, otters and other wildlife. The unit came complete with some groceries to get one though the first night incase you were not able to get to a store. Bob and Jennifer were very accommodating offering their advice to any questions we may have had. We would not hesitate to recommend their accommodation to anyone would definitely stay there again. Thank you Bob and Jennifer for sharing your home with us.

Best place ever

Bob and Jennifer are great hosts. There place is perfect. The vues are magnificent. Eagles, seals, herons. We watch racing sailboats passing by (Swiftsure race). Easy ride to Victoria. 5 minutes to the grocery store and liquor store. It is super quiet. 10 minute walk to the coast and a great beach.

Total Relaxation

We had an absolutely wonderful time. The pictures don't do justice, the view over the private cove was incredible and we could spend the day watching all the different birds and animals that make this there home. The accommodation were very comfortable and had everything needed for our stay.

Scenic Wonder

Properrty was beautiful and well kept, The suite was roomy and cosy with a personal touch. Kitchen area was well stocked. The suite was very clean and the garden areas were beautiful. The owners were very accomodating and friendly. Location and property was dog friendly, our dog loved the place. I would highly recommend this little piece of paradise.

Breath taking

The property was such a lovely, well kept place to relax with a view of the waters like no other. We watched the seals, otter's and fowl for hours on end . The hosts were very kind and helpful . We would certainly visit there again .

It was inevitable that a member of the family would return to a family home that was purchased by the sea in 1972.

Located on Parry Bay, with a view of the Olympic Mountains in Washington State, the rural setting is second to none. As a waterfront acreage, the house has been substantially updated to ensure family members will continue to enjoy it for years to come.
