Greci Terrace est un immense appartement de 150 mètres carrés situé au cœur de la ville, à mi-chemin entre la Piazza della Signoria et la Piazza Santa Croce. La propriété est au troisième étage, sans ascenseur (62 marches), d'un bâtiment historique et se compose de quatre chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, d'un grand salon lumineux, d'une cuisine et de deux salles de bain complètes. une avec une douche et une avec une baignoire. Fantastic property located in the heart of Florence. Walking distance to all of the attractions and redtaurants. Well appointed with all amenities required for our stay. The property was clean, well kept and we felt right at home. There were 4 adults and two children staying and there was plenty of space for everyone. The check in process was smooth and the host and property manager were responsive to any questions. The dryer was a nice plus as other properties on our trip did not have one. The balcony was our favorite part of this property. Fantastic spot to relax with a glass of wine in the afternoon/evening. Without question we would not hesitate to book this property again, and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking at visiting Florence. Thanks you for a wonderful stay!

This property is gorgeous and in a wonderful location. There were many rooms and beds to accommodate my family. Having air conditioning throughout felt like a luxury. The only issue is the floors probably needed to be mopped. Our feet were constantly black, haha. But that didn’t effect our overall positive experience.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Florence! Plenty of space for our family of six…kitchen was well stocked and the rooftop terrace was great for breakfast in the morning. Be aware…this apartment is on the fourth floor with no elevator.

This place was awesome! Everything was clean and well kept and the rooftop patio was amazing. We had a really nice time playing cards in the evening and then I spent a couple hours getting some work done in the peace and quiet of the rooftop. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Nice apartment in the center of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby. Easy access to the sights of Florence but still fairly quiet. One thing that would make it better is to have 2 sets of keys since the apartment can accommodate so many people.

Overall this place is nice. Location is excellent. We walked to everything. We had a few disappointments starting with the lack of information about how tricky the main door is to unlock. There was a trick to it that was not explained on check in. Second item was that there were only sheets on two of the beds. We inquired about blankets and were somewhat dismissed. We were using torn duvet inserts on the bed. Turns out there was supposed to be bedspreads that were missing. Third problem was a completely clogged bathroom sink. Fourth problem was that the washing machine smelled horribly and the dryer doesn’t dry. A little better communication and better service from the cleaners and this place is top notch.

This place was a perfect fit or our group of 8 (two families with 2 preteen kids each) while traveling through Italy. It is a large, modern place with a great rooftop deck and centrally located. Though it is 3 stories up, it is worth trekking up all the stairs to enjoy this spacious and well appointed apartment.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Florence. It was very spacious and easily accommodated our family, giving everyone plenty of room to relax after long days of sightseeing. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which was a huge plus during the hot June weather, and the beds were very comfortable, making it easy to get a good night’s sleep.The location was excellent, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do, and the apartment itself was clean, charming, and well maintained.The only minor negatives were that the comforters were very thin and felt more like paper than traditional bedding, and the locks on the doors took a little getting used to. Neither issue significantly affected our stay, though.Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay here again. It’s a lovely apartment and a great choice for anyone visiting Florence.

The location was excellent. Beautiful layout. The host was very responsive. Our only suggestion/ complaint was that the luxury fit many aspects of the apartment, but there were no paper towels or detergent for the washer. Also we were surprised that the beds had no blankets or comforter. Just sheets. With luxury in the title, that surprised us somewhat. Still a great value.
