Greci Terrace est un immense appartement de 150 mètres carrés situé au cœur de la ville, à mi-chemin entre la Piazza della Signoria et la Piazza Santa Croce. La propriété est au troisième étage, sans ascenseur (62 marches), d'un bâtiment historique et se compose de quatre chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes, d'un grand salon lumineux, d'une cuisine et de deux salles de bain complètes. une avec une douche et une avec une baignoire. L'appartement dispose également d'une belle terrasse avec cuisine et barbecue, idéal pour organiser un barbecue en plein air! C'est un appartement de luxe meublé dans un style classique, parfait pour accueillir de grandes familles ou de grands groupes d'amis grâce à ses grands espaces communs. This place was a perfect fit or our group of 8 (two families with 2 preteen kids each) while traveling through Italy. It is a large, modern place with a great rooftop deck and centrally located. Though it is 3 stories up, it is worth trekking up all the stairs to enjoy this spacious and well appointed apartment.

Beds were just right firmness & very comfortable. Amenities were good. Wonderful outdoor terrace & lots of bedrooms to sleep our large adult family. Temperature was easily controlled in each room & windows that open were great for airflow. There were quite a few steps with about 4 landings to help make walking up the steps easier to manage. GREAT, Central location made it a super convenient apartment to rent. Navigating Florence's streets is not easy, but most attractions were about a 10-15 minute walk away. Highly recommend, if you're traveling to Florence & need 4-5 bedrooms!

The property was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. Communication with the host was very good and timely. The location was wonderful. A couple of hints. One, as stated in other reviews, there are 62 steep steps to go from the street to the apartment. Just be warned.Two, the listing stated there are two pull out double beds. That is not quite right. There is a room with two single beds that you can put together to make a double bed. It was actually pretty comfortable.
