We had another great visit to Encinitas. Jen's hosting is always the icing on the cake. A great apartment in a great neighborhood with a great host.

We used to live in the area, and came back to visit family and friends. The location is simply wonderful. Quiet neighborhood, and very close to anything and everything. The unit was perfect for my husband and myself. Full kitchen, streaming tv options, strong shower and of course the washer/dryer in the unit was a big plus. Run don't walk to book this unit!!!!

Week Long Stay

We stayed in this great apartment while our kiddo attended sleepaway camp nearby. It was a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and easy car trip to lots of the little costal neighborhoods and villages.

Breeder’s Cup trip

Loved the location. We attended The Breeder’s Cup for 2 days at Del Mar and it was so easy driving to and from the races. Also, short drive to beaches and lots of restaurants. Very nice flat in a very nice neighborhood.

A relaxing, easy stay in every way

We were really pleased with our recent stay in Cardiff by the Sea. The property is exactly as described and was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. I absolutely recommend this property and will plan to stay here again.

Charming, convenient and private

Even with last minute booking, Jen made the check in convenient, which we were appreciative for. Clean, comfortable, a short drive to town and the beach and quieter than the beach too. Really nice spot.

Comfortable spot

This apartment had everything we needed for the week! It was a short driving distance to beaches, restaurants and shopping. For us it was within walking distance of family. It was easy to communicate with the hosts when necessary. We hope to return to this same place in the future.

A slice of paradise near the ocean

The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos, with enough room for 2 or 3. The apartment was spotless on our arrival and all appliances worked well. You can easily prepare multiple meals, though many restaurants are close. Jen was a gem of host and was attentive to our needs. Beaches are just minutes away.

Great place to stay

We had a very nice stay at this little apartment above Jen and Colin’s home. The place is decorated nicely and very clean. We appreciated the nice touch with the note and complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us. The neighborhood is in the perfect location and close to the things we like to do. With 4 people staying in the unit, it would be great to have a TV in the bedroom. We really enjoyed how comfortable the place was and would definitely stay here again.

Could not be any better!

This flat is in a great central location. I have stayed at quite a few VRBO's that were as described but, this one surpasses it's description. The place is immaculate, uncluttered and everything in it is top notch. The owner Jen, is also very nice and gets back quickly with any questions.

A Perfect Fit

This was among the best vrbo’s out of many that we have rented over the years. The main strong point for me was location. Beautiful view of the ocean, lovely homes in the neighborhood and quiet! We were there during 4th of July and there was almost no noise except a few bangs and some fireworks in the distance. So appreciated that! Everything is very convenient
..restaurants, beaches, a wonderful Humane Society thrift store and many supermarkets. Besides having the mainstream ones, there’s also Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods close by. Our local favorite was the legendary Seaside Market, where, despite the rental having an extremely well equipped kitchen, one can take out gourmet prepared food from their deli and never have to touch a pot or a pan! Hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Put it all together and It spells

A wonderful two-week stay

We very much enjoyed our two-week stay in this apartment which has everything one looks for in a VRBO. It is comfortable, quiet, spacious, private and well-equipped and perfectly located with easy access to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Convenient parking and entry to the apartment. When we return to the Cardiff-Encinitas area we hope to stay in this VRBO apartment again. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area.
