Fabulous property with beautiful views, quiet location and attention to detail. Everything you need for a holiday had been thought about and provided.Host was speedy and helpful in all communications. Easy walking distance from the beaches, food shops and a variety of restaurants.It is also close to part of the Fisherman's trail which we explored for a couple of kms!Would thoroughly recommend the property to couples and small families.

Casa do Monte was the perfect place to end our Portuguese vacation! Communication throughout the process from booking to check-in was amazing. The place was clean, quaint and fully equipped with everything we needed and very thoughtfully decorated. We stayed 6 nights. It is the perfect launch point to so many great destinations in the Algarve. It is very easy walking distance to so many great restaurants and gelato places :-). We tried a new restaurant every night and they did not disappoint. It is also easy walking distance to a well stocked grocery store to which we made daily stops. We had a car rental and parking was far easier than we expected. It is also a quiet location with an amazing patio overlooking the ocean. It was a very peaceful spot to do a bit of yoga! I would highly recommend this VRBO and its host! Thanks Paul!

We spent a week at Luz with our two teenage kids and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is really nice, we found everything we needed, it is located at the edge of the town and the ocean view is beautiful!

Loved the ease of staying at Paul’s. There was everything you needed. Just so amazing to stay so close to the ocean. We would stay again.

We love Praia da Luz and Casa do Monte added to the experience. A very well appointed property in a great spot, perfect for the two of us. Paul is a great host - 5 stars!

Very nice place in the best location, so close to the ocean and the beach. Luz is a lively town with good restaurants and all the amenities. Parking was no problem (April) and just a five minute walk away. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location

Great spot, restaurants, bars and beaches all a short walk. Car is not really needed if staying in the area. Visited many close by historical sites. Will return someday.

Property was as listed, very clean, well stocked, great location. Lovely little town, great restaurants, beautiful view, apartment just steps from the “secret beach”. We enjoyed our stay. Kelly’s sports bar was our favourite restaurant! Paul and the property management team were very good to deal with.

Wonderful relaxing holiday

The Casa was every bit as lovely as we hoped, Paul sent great instructions on how to find it and check in was easy. Everything we needed was there and the water, coke and bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely surprise. The beach really is a stones throw away and and although rocky we managed a few swims in the sea

Dreamy stay is Lagos

This is a slice of paradise. Minutes away from gorgeous beaches and water front restaurants. A perfect view of the ocean to have your morning coffee or glass of port before turning in for the night. Our stay here couldn’t have been better. Paul is a terrific host and once again Paul, thanks for sharing your slice of paradise with us.

Lovely

Lovely stay at Casa do Monte. Great location and view of the sea from 2 great outdoor areas. Quick access to the beach, short walk to town beach and all restaurants and grocery stores. Also - great hike atop the the cliffs east end of Luz to Lagos. Lagos is lovely and great fun too.
