Récemment mis à jour, unité de plancher au sol sur une grande pelouse, vue partielle sur l'océan

Remodelage terminé fin 2017. Nouveaux planchers et meubles dans l'ensemble des améliorations de l'unité et de la salle de bain, y compris la douche en carreaux et en verre. Réfrigérateur et lave-vaisselle remplacés en novembre 2018.

La plantation Kiahuna est la seule propriété en bord de mer sur la plage de Poipu. Avec une vue partielle sur l'océan, notre unité est à moins de 30 secondes à pied de l'océan.

L'unité 176 a été améliorée avec des comptoirs en granit et est légère, lumineuse et aérée. 176 est une unité d'extrémité qui offre une brise transversale partout. Il y a une cuisine bien équipée avec des barbecues extérieurs disponibles sur la grande pelouse. Les couchages comprennent un lit king-size et un canapé-lit gigogne. Le bain a une grande étape dans la douche et une zone de vanité séparée. Une laverie est à quelques pas. Il n'y a aucune étape pour entrer dans Kiahuna 176.

La plongée en apnée, la natation, le surf sont tous à l'avant. À pied des restaurants, des magasins, du marché, de la piscine, du tennis, du golf, de Luaus et d'autres activités. Détendez-vous sur la plage ou asseyez-vous dans la zone herbeuse à côté du sable. Ce complexe fournit gratuitement des chaises de plage, des chaises longues et des serviettes et loue tout l'équipement de sports nautiques. Des cours de surf sont également disponibles au Kiahuna. Profitez de la piscine, de la salle de sport et des terrains de sport récemment rénovés - raquettes / balles de tennis fournies. Deux terrains de golf de première qualité sont situés à Poipu.

Great location and very comfortable unit

We were thrilled with the location of this condo; quiet, near the beach and great lawn. It's very clean and well appointed with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and surf board available in the unit. We're planning on returning next year.

To be fair, this was our third stay in this unit. We knew it doesn’t have an ocean view, but a view of the great lawn and were fine with that.MOst everything inside is same as it was 3 years ago.. minor updates.What it needs is a deep scrubbing! THe ceiling fans are filthy, the floors were dirty. It needs some love

I’m sorry to hear about the cleanliness issue you experienced. I wish you had contacted me or the Castle office during your stay so we could have addressed it right away. I’ve been in touch with Castle, and they will be conducting a deep cleaning of the unit, including steam cleaning the floors. I have also asked them to perform a thorough inspection between guests to ensure this does not happen again. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again. If anything arises during a future stay, please don’t hesitate to contact me or the Castle office immediately so we can resolve it promptly.

Listen to the waves

Beautiful updated condo super close to the beach! We stayed for 7 nights and drank our coffee on the beach every morning. You can hear the waves as you drift off to sleep at night. We had a lovely stay here and can’t wait to come back!

Pleasant stay at Kiahuna

This location (while no view of the ocean) is just steps away. Bed was comfortable. TP and Paper towels, soaps and shampoo provided. You will need to supply your own coffee, condiments for cooking.

Updated and wonderful location

We have stayed at Kiahuna over 20 times, and actually stayed in this unit many years ago, prior to its remodel. We loved how they utilized the kitchen footprint - more counterspace and so much storage. Beautiful all around, and one of the best locations (albeit a little public for those who prefer more privacy). Also, just a note, the bed is quite high so may be harder for those with ambulation concerns. Overall fantastic and would love to stay there again!

Excellent grounds. There is NOT a partial ocean view but we can hear the waves. It’s a 70 second walk to the beach. We met a lot of nice people. Plenty of repeat visitors.

The perfect spot for unwinding

There's no way to go wrong with a Kiahuna stay and this unit is no exception. Our plane was late so we arrived after the check in desk closed. The owner responded to my text immediately and we figured out how to get the keys, all stress free and easy. Especially nice after a long day of wonky travel. The unit has been upgraded so there's a fresh vibe and good looking furniture..very welcoming. We loved this unit and Kiahuna and can't wait to be back in this slice of paradise.

Great condo in a beautiful location

This condo is a ways back from the ocean. But we could still hear the sounds of the waves at night which we love. I think a plus for this condo is that the afternoon sun does not directly hit the patio. This was great for the afternoons after spending a full day in the sun. We sat on the patio & didn't bake from afternoon sun. One thing I would like to mention is that the bed is extremely high. If you have any physical issue it can be a bit tough getting up into the bed. Though it was extremely comfy. I would definitely book this condo again.

Another great trip to Kiahuna

My husband and I have stayed on this property more than ten times and always enjoy the location, amenities and price. We have stayed in different units each time and each one has been unique and wonderful. This particular condo was recently remodeled, clean, with an open and airy kitchen. At first, we felt a bit exposed because it sits near a main sidewalk and we are used to second floor units but we quickly started to enjoy watching people walk by and made a few friends along the way- a lot of people were looking at the condo as they walked by because it is so pretty. I will say, there is no water view from the condo itself. It was also a bit noisy

Perfect setting for a family vacation. Recent remodel was a real upgrade and very comfortable. We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrella and boogie boards available for our use. The location can't be beat as it's close to the beach and on the lawn so the children had lots of room to play.

Just perfect!!

We visited in September 2022 to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, along with our two kids, age 5 and 7. It was such a lovely time!! The kids enjoyed the big grass area outside of the patio and the easy, short walk to the sand. The unit was clean and serene, and the kids slept well on the sleeper sofa. Barbecuing at sunset was so heavenly!! We cannot wait to come back!!
