We loved staying at this amazing spot and will definitely be back! The location is fantastic—being on the corner unit with the lanai right at our footsteps made it feel extra special. It was perfect for families: the lawn was great for kids to run around, beach toys were available, and they even connected us with Castle Resort to rent a Pack N Play for our 1‑year‑old, which was such a thoughtful touch.The Pool Club was a huge plus, with its water slide, beach-style area, hot tub, pool, and convenient poolside service. We traveled with another family who stayed at Kiahuna Plantation, and the close proximity made it easy to spend time together—we will definitely stay again.The resort itself is so fun to explore, especially the koi ponds and orchid gardens. The AC is located in the main living area, so the bedroom can get a bit warm, but we honestly loved sleeping with the windows open, listening to gentle rain showers and waking up to birds of paradise.Lastly, Brendan was an incredibly helpful and understanding host. He shared so many great tips for traveling around Kauai with a young family, which made our trip even smoother and more enjoyable.

Had a great time staying at this location. Was washing dishes one afternoon and could see the whales jumping out of the window from the kitchen! The back yard was nice to hang out and let the kids run. I loved having the grills so close to our door to cook when we did not want to eat out. We loved hanging out on the beach where this condo is located at. The waves were perfect for our children and the crowd wasn't as busy as the other beaches.We did have a issue with our hot water but the host was able to communicate with maintenance and get it fixed promptly. We would book this place again in the future.

The best place to stay with kids on Kauai

We visited 2 islands - Oahu and Kauai. We saw at least 15 different beaches and a lot of properties. So far this is the best place I've seen.

Beautiful property!

We had an awesome stay at the condo unit. It's a short walk to the beach and had everything we needed. It's close to parking and very comfortable. We slept really well here. It's also nice to have easy access to a washer and dryer. Highly recommended staying here!

We were very pleased with the ocean view and the overall features of this upgraded condo. Found everything that we needed. Never was able to use the main remotes in both rooms, but got by on others. Lovely towels and used the washer and dryer once. We are still a bit startled by the pricing. Great condo.John

Magnificent Kiahuna in Poipu

Arrived to an immaculate, modern, and location perfect unit in our favorite property (Kiahuna) in our favorite location (Poipu), within walking distance of restaurants and beach activities. Unit is as described and pictured on VRBO site, and we fully recommend it to anyone interested in a restful escape to paradise.

We live in Northern California, raising our three daughters in Eureka. We love traveling to Hawaii, Mexico and other tropical locations. I was a Maui guy until we discovered the Koloa area and in particular, Poipu beach. It is such beautiful tropical area, we loved it and bought a condo and then a few more. I enjoy renovating our condos for our future guests to enjoy a comfortable, relaxing space in our slice of paradise while exploring the Kauai and Poipu adventure.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

Poipu is now, our favorite Hawaiian location! The lush grounds and tropical vegetation with a little rain yet more sunshine. It is a tropical paradise! Not a concrete jungle like most modern resorts in Hawaii. Kiahuna Plantation is a perfect place for families, fun, watersports and romance without the feeling of being over crowded. The resort is a low density development and surprisingly quiet.
Kiahuna Plantation is a very traditional Hawaiian plantation style resort with large open lawns, gorgeous tropical gardens and plantation style construction. Plenty of room to get comfortable, relax and enjoy Island time in Paradise. We especially like the fact that, Located across the street is the Poipu Beach shopping village with a Keoki's, Starbucks, Whaler’s convenience store, including bakery, Gelato – Ice Cream shop, restaurants and shopping. Poipu beach is perfect for swimming, snorkeling and surfing. The KP Beach Hut provides the beach towels and rents snorkel gear boogie boards and surf lessons and free beach chairs if needed.
Also across the street is the popular , Lil Fish coffee shop and the PBAC . Poipu Beach Athletic Club, with pool - slide, hot tub and a sand entrance for toddlers and concerned Grandparents Gym equipment , yoga, Courts for tennis, pickle ball, basketball, many sports. Located inside PBAC is the Cabana Grill for good food and drinks while lounging poolside or whatever meal you need. Besides, it's Five O'clock somewhere! Old Koloa town is located 2-3 miles away with more food establishments and shopping. The Shops at Kukui 'Ula - shopping center is 1 mile away with a Longs Drug store and many other shops and food establishments.
We usually walk along the Ocean front road, "Hoonani rd." to the shops at Kukui 'Ula. It's an Ocean frontage road that leads you to the Kukui'Ula shops. 1mile easy walk. About half way, you can Spot the turtles hanging out in the deeper water and rocks of the shoreline. Check it out for yourself.

From our condo, anything you could possibly need is within walking distance.
Morning coffee on the Lanai is special. Any time on the lanai is wonderful.
Sunsets are beautiful.
Kauai is a laid back island community and most folks run on Island time! We Love it!!
