Cette douce maison a un trĂšs bon emplacement, extrĂȘmement calme, de belles vues sur la nature, surtout maintenant dans les plus colorĂ©es. saison de l'annĂ©e. Apportez votre canoĂ« et pagayez sur la riviĂšre qui est Ă  deux minutes de la maison. Il est Ă©galement proche de tout ce que le nord du Michigan a Ă  offrir sur le plan social. À 15 minutes de Boyne Mountain et du parc aquatique Avalanche Bay, Ă  15 minutes de Boyne City et du lac de Charlevoix, Ă  10 minutes de Petoesky et Ă  60 minutes de Mackinaw City. Beaucoup de festivals se dĂ©roulent Ă  cette pĂ©riode de l'annĂ©e.

Host was great everything was there we needed! Kids and adults had a great time no negatives at all! Will be renting again sometime thee only thing they need to do is take down that they have a Sauna on there site.

Great House

House was better than listing showed and consequently exceeded expectations. Plenty of room, very comfortable and clean. Conveniently located to Boyne Mountain and Petoskey (15 minutes to both). Decor was eclectic, but endearing. We had a wonderful time with our family of six - will book again when headed to Boyne.

Winter Weekend

Enjoyable game room and roomy kitchen. Some of the memory foam mattresses are quite firm and sleep hot. A bit of a difficult walk from parking area over the wooden walkway & downstairs to entrance. Location is a bit remote. Overall our stay was pleasant though.

Recommend for short stay

The property was lovely and theme fit the bill for an outdoor adventure getaway. Unfortunately we didn't feel totally secure, we felt like we were being watched by camras and eyes. The owners actually live right behind the house

Great deal and location!

Very nice northern property - perfect for family with young adults who like to play games & have own space to hang out. Plenty beds. We enjoyed the bon fire and the location was perfect to tow our boat between Charlevoix, Walloon Lake & Torch Lake. Clean home with the most bang for the Buck.

Incredibly great house for vacations!

This house may be the best vacation rental I've ever stayed! It's fairly new, very spacious and has decent bedding and parking amenities. It also offers great recreation equipment such as a billiard pool, a table tennis table, home theater devices, etc. The owner is very kind and responsive, even helped us outside of our staying period (we really appreciate that!). I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anybody that would have a vacation around Boyne Falls!

Loved the property, especially the beautiful deck. Seven women spending time together was priceless we would recommend even a small mirror in each bedroom so the bathroom isn’t tied up so much. Also-getting into the key lock was difficult for us-a big reason for that is our age and not being familiar with how they work. Needed ALOT more directions to understand it!

Fun Cabin Atmosphere with Lots of Space

Our 2 families stayed here and loved it! We had 2 couples and 5 children and still had a bed to spare. We never felt like we were crowded at all. The downstairs game room was a big hit. It is a short drive to hiking, shopping, restaurants, & the beach, and the neighborhood has a pool and playground. The owner were very welcoming and communicated well. I would highly recommend staying here!

The definition of cozy northern Michigan!

We enjoyed our weekend at this house! We had a few small children with us, along with a few family members. Plenty of space, well kept, and extremely cozy and warm. Very glad we picked this place! It's just a 15 minute drive to Boyne, and for those who snowmobile, the side road to this house connects right to state trails. Very convenient! Thanks again to the great hosts!

Our stay was perfect. The house was everything we wanted and more. Out of town, but just a quick drive to get all the supplies we needed. The pool was perfect at the end of the day and close to the house. The owner answered any questions immediately. The game room was the perfect added touch. We would definitely stay again! Our short family trip was much needed and we were able to have so much fun as a family! Thank you!

Recent Ski Weekend

Property was clean, spacious, and well furnished. Upper-level shower needs to be looked at as there was barely any water flowing out. There were conflicting check-in/check-out times in the listing vs. the final check-in info provided. Overall, though, it was a pleasant experience.

The house was clean, nice and open floor plan. Had everything we needed obviously bring your own food and all that but kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and utensils . 1st level was great pingpong/ pool table was a lot of fun used poker table. a lot of hang out spots very Comfy home! I would definitely recommend this house! Owner got a hold of me week or 2 before stay had everything before getting there. Everything went smooth!

Great home for our family reunion.

Clean home in a very quiet neighborhood with access to a great pool and open fields for outdoor family games. Homeowner allowed us to park our 35’ RV in driveway. Backyard has a fire pit for Smore‘s. Basement equipped with pool table and ping-pong table which were a big hit with our kids. Owner was responsive to all our needs and responded quickly. We loved the open floor plan between the kitchen and dining room so we could be together during meals. Petoskey is 20 minutes away. We also enjoyed the Avalanche Recreation area for a great family hike, trail running and mountain biking in Boyne City.

The property was a great for our family.

Overall the home was a good fit. We were disappointed that we could not have a fire as the picture shows firewood. I would also suggest a better stocked kitchen. There were no washcloths or dish towels. No baking sheets. Not necessary well stocked. May I also suggest drapes for the sliding door as a ton of cold air comes thru and makes the living room very cold (not cozy at all). It would have been nice to be able to block some the cold air coming in. Other than that it was overall a good experience.

Floors dirty, Home smells and poorly supplied

When we arrived
 There was cans overflowing with garbage in the driveway and a recycling bin on the deck overflowing with beer cans that were still there when we left. We found it ironic that the owner asked us to takeoff our shoes when we came in... which we did because we do that at our own home... however, the floors were so filthy our socks were completely dirty within hours of walking around. Also, the home has a strange odor to the point that none of us could stay down the basement. It made us feel ill. It was the worst supplied home we have ever been in. Literally- 1 roll of toilet paper- we had to pull sheets off for the other bathroom. No shampoo or soap- the basics were totally missing. Lastly, for some reason they had a separate contract they wanted you to sign after you got there! On the positive side the owner was very accommodating for us to allow us to bring our golden doodle, the deck was nice, nice TV and nice to have a ping pong table but my suggestion is to find a different house- we wish we had.

Great Location. Peaceful and beautiful getaway.

Great home to relax and enjoy the beautiful area. Plenty of room to have a family getaway and not be on top of one another. Will definitely rent again.
