Il dispose d'un salon entièrement meublé, téléviseur HDTV grand écran plat, avec le câble, WiFi, lecteur multimédia. 1 lit king, 2 lits queen, et une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux. Ping Pong et nouvelle laveuse / sécheuse combo et l'accès à la piscine de l'association; compléter la maison.

The house was very nice, in a peaceful area with pretty views, and a convenient location for visiting many lake towns. The house also was more than enough room for 8 people with a well stocked kitchen and anything else you might need. We certainly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was everything we needed for 2 families. Tons of space, communication was amazing, and the property was amazing! My son especially enjoyed ping pong in the basement. Next time we come to the area will definitely look to book again.

Beautiful Stay!!

We had a great stay! The home is very cozy and welcoming-Super comfortable beds, a very up to date kitchen, and a beautiful deck. So much to do in the surrounding areas, would recommend checking out kayaking with boyne river adventures, only about 15 minute's from the property and so much fun!

The house was a nice house. There were some finish details that could have been touched up or refreshed better like shower door caulk. Plenty of space and all essentials were available. we tried to contact property manager but they never responded (no major issue) just disappointed that communication was not better. I would stay there again.

Our trip started off a little bad. The drive way is definitely on a hill and would require a four wheel drive car for success on snow or ice conditions. Unfortunately one of the trucks didn’t have a working four wheel drive therefore causing my truck who tried pulling their truck up got stuck in snow and sliding in to a small tree on side of the driveway. The neighbor was kind enough to let us use his sand but didn’t work and still resulted in a tow truck! Thank god the tow truck driver was awesome and extremely reasonable. However I still rated this place a five star because after our incident it went perfectly smooth and the house was a great fit for our ski weekend. It had plenty of room for our families, kitchen was stocked with what we needed, bed were very comfortable and ping pong table down stairs for kids was a hit! So even though we started with a hiccup at an extra expense it was a good weekend overall. I would just take note/consideration to drive way. Thanks for letting us rent your place. Our family as well as our neighbors spent 3 nights at this property to enjoy Boyne and had a wonderful time. The property is cared for very well as well as stocked very well. We had a wonderful time. This property is approximately 20 minutes from Boyne Mountain.

Seem like somebody had had a fire in the fireplace the night before and didn’t open the flue. It smelled horrible the whole time we were there and it caused many allergies for all of us. The basement smelled like must when we came in. And we were really disappointed that there wasn’t a single fire or smoke detector in the entire home. All the stairs were pretty rough as well.

The property has always had smoke alarms. A contractor had removed the smoke alarms during remodeling. New smoke alarms are now installed on all three levels. The primary entry is on the ground level and the living areas are on the second and third levels. The ground level has the laundry facilities, a ping-pong table, a TV area, and a drop zone for your coats, boots, and ski equipment. A cleaning crew comes in before and after each visit and do report any smells or odors. Renters who chose to use the fireplace are responsible for understanding how to operate it. We try to very hard to make our home comfortable for our renters.

This was our first time in the area, so this spot was perfect for us as it was short drives to many of the activities we wanted to check out. The space was perfect for our family and we loved sitting out on the beautiful deck, further enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend!

Great Location!

The thing we loved about this place the most was the location - tucked into the woods but still minutes from Boyne City, Walloon Lake and Petoskey. Beautiful views from the deck. Home was adequate for 4 adults and 2 teens. Although we did not use it the extra space in the lower level was a nice option. We stayed in fall so we did not use any of the summer amenities.

Grill/Chill

Beautiful home with excellent amenities run by a very informative host who answered all our questions. Wonderful deck for grilling and chilling! Location could not have been better for us, hop skip and a jump to the golf course and a short drive to the casino with beautiful scenery along the way! Enjoyed the pubs of Petoskey and the friendly people of town who made us feel right at home!

My father built this house when I was a little girl and I spent my childhood coming up here and skiing in the winter and swimming in the pool in the summer and shopping in town with my mom. I got married and came up here with my husband and then we brought our children. Our boys have great memories of playing in the pond and the pool and enjoying the snow sports in the winter. Our sons always dreamed of bringing their families here and now we are lucky enough to introduce the area to our grandkids!

It has been in my family for most of 44 years. We have such great times here and we would like to share our piece of heaven with you so you can create new memories with your family.
We also have a beautiful new swimming pool in our association that you can use, there is also a pond close and golf course just down the road.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

It is close to everything imaginable. The town of Petoskey is 20 minutes away ,great shopping and restaurants. We are really close to Walloon Lake,and Lake Michigan is close too! Just a short drive to the Mackinaw Bridge, leading to the upper peninsula.
