Il est une maison entièrement rénovée, qui montre le style de Séville à la fin du XIXe siècle. Avec des éléments de 1885 : des portes, des fers et des tuiles, de grande valeur culturelle et historique. Tout a été rénové et conçu de nouveau, mais en gardant le style et la disposition classique de la maison.
La maison s’organise sur 4 étages. Au rez-de-chaussée il y a une entrée menant à l’escalier et une salle extérieure confortable, avec deux lits simples de 0,90 x 2,00 et une salle de bain complète en suite. Le bel escalier avec des tuiles antiques mène au premier étage où il y a deux chambres, à l’extérieur, avec un lit double de 1,50 x 1,90 et l’autre avec deux lits simples 0,90 X 1,90. Aussi au même étage il y a une salle de bains complète.
Au troisième étage se trouve la cuisine, donnant à un joli patio privé, tout neuf et prêt avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, ainsi qu’un beau salon extérieur, décoré en détail, avec un coin salon et salle à manger. Il dispose également d’un canapé-lit double confortable pour 2 personnes.
Au dernier étage on trouve la terrasse privée avec pelouse artificielle, meubles de jardin et une douche extérieure pour se rafraîchir pendant qu’on prend un bain de soleil. En plus, sur la terrasse on trouve une petite jolie cuisine qui nous permet d’y servir sans avoir à descendre les escaliers et une petite toilette.
La rue Galera est située en plein cœur du quartier de l’Arenal, l’un des plus prisés du centre historique de Séville. La maison se trouve à quelques mètres des arènes, du théâtre de la Maestranza et de la Tour de l’Or, et à seulement quelques minutes à pied de la cathédrale, de la Giralda et du palais de l’Alcazar.
Bien que la rue Galera soit piétonne et très calme, ses environs offrent un large choix de bars et de restaurants traditionnels où déguster des tapas andalouses et d’excellents vins locaux. On trouve également à proximité des supermarchés et des épiceries, ce qui rend le séjour pratique et confortable.

This is a very nicely appointed and comfortable apartment. There are four levels, so just make sure you are OK with stairs. The terrace was just perfect. Bed are comfortable. Overall a wonderful place to stay.

Location was fantastic. Photos were slightly misleading as description did not indicate the apartment was spread over four floors with very steep stairs. This was not a huge issue with the age of her children, but with the younger families or anyone with mobility issues could be a problem as the lift is broken. Limited hot water access when traveling with five individuals was not ideal.

Historic Home in a Great Location
We loved this renovated home that is very conveniently located to all of the monuments and places we wanted to visit. Even our local tour guide who met us at the apartment was impressed by its location and spaciousness. It is spread across 4 floors with steep stairs, so if mobility is an issue, this is not your place. It worked great for our family of 5, and we appreciated the great communication and attention of the host. There are many bars and restaurants in the area where we had fantastic meals. It was a perfect apartment for us.

Wonderful property! Enjoyed 4th floor terrace for breakfast and evening sangria. Plenty of room and space but not that it is 4 levels so you must be able to do stairs. Both the main floor bedroom and 3rd floor bedrooms have bathrooms on their floors. Note that they use What’s App to communicate so have it loaded on your phone.Great location to easily walk from but quiet for sleeping. Good communication with host.

Great apartment
Would definitely stay here again. Great location - very walkable to all the major tourist destinations, shops, and restaurants. Apartment is clean and nice. Coordinating access was easy. We didn’t get to use it, but there’s a roof top terrace, complete with a small kitchen and shower, for sunbathing. Note there are quite a lot of stairs, if you have mobility issues.

Amazing home for our family
Fully appointed home with everything we needed to enjoy our travel to Sevilla. It was extremely hot during the days we were visiting, so the air conditioning was welcome and vital. We loved the roof terrace in the morning and the elevator came in handy for the occasional moments someone was lazy. The road was very quiet as were the bedrooms. I absolutely loved this property. The home itself is gorgeous. It is also four stories high which is not clear in the description, so I called it the stair master home. The location is perfect, very centrally located to the river, Triana, and tons of eateries. The rooftop terrace is to die for! There were six of us and it was plenty spacious. I can't wait to return.

My son is a Penn State exchange student in Seville. We went over to visit him for a week and this was the perfect place. It was uniquely lovely. Our party was two 50 year olds and two 75 year olds. The elevator came in handy! It was clean and bright and the rooftop was such a great place to hang out. Plenty of bathrooms, the rooms were cozy, the living space was updated and everything we needed. You can’t beat the location. We loved it.

Great place to stay in Seville
Clean, quiet and so close to hundreds of bars and stores. Kitchen was great with some basic supplies provided by host. Beds very comfortable. Wifi worked well. Issues we did have were addressed quickly although a minor “sewer” type smell in the bathrooms which we dealt with by leaving the bathroom windows slightly open was not fixed. I have learned this is a common issue in Spain. Maybe not fixable???

Our favorite accomodation in Spain
The house was elegant, stylish, and impeccably clean in a prime, safe, location in the center of beautiful Sevilla - within walking distance to the most important sites - the Cathedral, the Alcazar; and tons of restaurants, tapas bars, markets, and shops. It had all the amenities we could wish for, including a stocked kitchen, and a charming rooftop terrace with a full restroom, shower, and washing machine, and an elevator to all levels except for the roof. Communication was great - helpful agent met us promptly for check-in with a map and suggestions for nearby restaurants, sites and stores. The only thing I would add would be an electric coffee maker. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay here again! Thanks for the fabulous hospitality!

So charming
This is a beautiful four-level apartment, in an excellent central (yet quiet!) location. Just inside the door on the first level, there is a bedroom with two twins pushed together. This room has an en suite bathroom (the largest and nicest in the house), but since it's on the first level, the light isn't as nice as the bedrooms upstairs. On the second level, you have two additional bedrooms - one with a queen-sized mattress, and another with two twins. The bathroom shared by these rooms is smaller, without much counter space. On the third level, there is a spacious living room and kitchen, and then the laundry room (with another half bath) is up on the roof, along with the excellent patio. The only drawbacks were not a big problem for us, but could be for others so I'll mention them here: we were told that the elevator was not safe to use, so it was a bit of a hassle moving suitcases up and down the stairs. Additionally, there's a patch of mold high up on the wall of one of the upstairs bedrooms - was not a problem for us on our short stay, but could be a problem for anyone with asthma or similar. It's a beautiful apartment with old-world charm - definitely recommended.

Elevator didn’t work. We weren’t told until the day we were checking in - with an 80 yr old and 2 yr old (& our luggage) it was tough… Every couch & pillows on couch were extremely dusty, we all had allergies.There was a heavy sewage smell at all times lingering throughout the apartment. The first floor toilet didn’t work. Ran non stop and didn’t flush properly, my in laws used a bucket they found to put water in to flush it(!!!!) They were super quick to reply and bring someone to fix it but it was a hassle.Lack of dishes, barely any glasses. Photos do not portray the real feel of the place. The terrace was dirty, photos made it seem more elegant and charming - but it was a little too tired. Stairs are insanely steep which we knew but just a heads up. Entry way is a little weird bc you need the key to get out but if one of us left with the key the rest of the family couldn’t get out. Ideal to have more than one key. Not a huge deal but there wasn’t anywhere to hang your laundry after washing — other than the chairs on the terrace. Would suggest drying rack. Location was good, it was more residential so not noise at night whereas our other family members stayed a few blocks away and it was super loud with the bars at night.We ordered food and it was stolen with 7 min of being delivered - seems like a safe street but heads up.

a bit unusual
very clean and responsive manager; great neighborhood
LOTS of stairs although there is an elevator
3rd floor kitchen/living space has no bathroom
stove top was difficult to use
