Séjourner dans l'appartement Medina, c'est comme découvrir le charme du passé et respirer la brise méditerranéenne.

La maison donne sur la place centrale du centre historique d'Alghero. Pour connaître et passer vos vacances à Alghero, vous n'aurez pas besoin de voiture. Tous les services sont à domicile, comme la mer, les plages, la marina. Il vous suffit de prendre l'avion et vos vacances commenceront immédiatement. L'aéroport est à seulement 10 km du centre d'Alghero et est facilement relié à un service de navette qui s'arrête à seulement 5 minutes de la maison.

La maison est située dans le centre historique, la zone est fermée à la circulation.

Le bâtiment historique dans lequel se trouve l'appartement Medina, dispose d'un ascenseur et offre une vue magnifique avec des terrasses sur la place centrale du centre historique d'Alghero, et de la maison, vous pouvez rejoindre tous les lieux d'intérêt à pied.

De la marina, vous pouvez louer un canot et aller à la découverte de la magnifique côte de la Riviera corallienne ou vous pouvez passer une journée sur un bateau avec une excursion de tourisme de pêche.

L'appartement lumineux, au cœur du centre historique, est situé dans une zone à circulation limitée, où l'accès aux voitures est interdit, mais si vous voulez arriver en voiture, il y a un grand parking à une courte distance public, sur la place de la paix, où vous pouvez garer votre voiture.

L'appartement récemment rénové et climatisé est situé au premier étage de la mezzanine, avec ascenseur, et a une superficie de 110m². A l'intérieur il y a deux chambres (deux doubles et dans chaque chambre il y a un lit simple supplémentaire), deux salles de bains, une avec baignoire et une avec douche, hall, cuisine, placard et buanderie.

La grande pièce à aire ouverte et la grande cuisine avec coin repas disposent de terrasses donnant sur la grande place du centre historique.

Dans la grande salle de bain, finement décorée, il y a un bain à remous, un double lavabo, des toilettes et un bidet.

Wonderful place, well equipped and well located in the centre of Alghero old town. The apartment is located in a colourful little street. The place across the apartment serve excellent food and you’ll have the best homemade ice cream just around the corner. Great cocktails up the street in Caju. Grocery Shop 10/12min walk from the apartment. If like me you arrive by car, it is a little difficult to find a free car space. Although not impossible if you are willing to walk 10min.

The property is 10:10 right in the heart of Alghero old town. Great facilities including washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. Our welcome wine was delicious. If you love cafe life this is the place for you. We found cajo cafe songs every night except one a little much -12:30pm stopping. Fun the first couple of nights

We can't say enough great things about this apartment and its location. We had a fantastic stay in this perfectly located flat. Alghero August 2022

Really nice and large apartment. Two good size bedrooms and a large living area with a nice modern kitchen. View from the balconies over the square gives you a great opportunity to see the town in action. The location is right in the middle of the old town with very easy walking access to everything. That does though mean that you get the noise etc from the restaurants underneath and behind the apartment at night but that’s worth it for the location. Good and easy communication with the property managers. Would definitely recommend if you want to visit Alghero.

Our stay in Alghero far surpassed our expectations, thanks in large part to the exceptional apartment we chose. From the moment we arrived, our host, Maria and her assistant Silvi, made everything seamless—check-in was quick, informative, and stress-free. We did encounter a brief issue with the Wi-Fi, but it was resolved within the hour, which speaks volumes about the attentiveness and responsiveness of our host.The apartment itself was a gem, perched above Alghero’s charming historic center. It is a large and bright 1st floor apartment on Piazza Civica, offering a front-row seat to daily life in Alghero. This 2 bedroom apartment had air conditioning and was well suited for cooking your own meals, as well being supplied with fresh linens and extra towels. The view alone made it feel like we were part of the town’s rhythm. We quickly realized that a car was unnecessary—everything we needed was within easy reach. My husband, who has some mobility challenges, navigated the area comfortably with just a bit of added caution, no more than he would need anywhere else. The terrain was manageable, and the town’s layout proved surprisingly accommodating.We explored extensively on foot and with the help of a rented scooter we had effortless access to the surrounding neighborhoods and coastal paths. Alghero’s compact design and pedestrian-friendly streets made it easy to immerse ourselves in the local culture.

The beating heart of Alghero

This flat is literally right in the middle of the action. The two balconies with the view of the small square is as per the photos, and the apartment is very spacious, with two great couches in the living room to lounge in. It's a big, bright, clean flat with a full ktichen, which is great since we cooked many of our own meals. And there are two full bathrooms, so it's really a comfortable setup. But keep in mind that since you are in the heart of the city, it's not always going to be peaceful, with the weekend nights being particularly boisterous. And there are street musicians they play regularly in the square, so you'll have a front row seat to the show. But that was part of the entertainment for us, and was to be expected. And the weekday nights were surprisingly quiet, but you will hear the sound of the early morning trash collectors on some days. There were just a few minor points--- it would have been nice to have some dishcloths for the kitchen to use, and having soem beach towels to use would have been a bonus. And the bed in the main bedroom is, although comfortable, makes quite a bit of squeaking noises even when just barely moving around, so that could be adjusted. But the feeling of being able to stay in the beating heart of the city was well worth it, so i can recommend it and am looking forward to returning soon!

La posizione centralissima in area pedonale è un pregio se si è alla ricerca di locali e persone, tante persone, per il resto è un problema, se hai la macchina i parcheggi sono distanti e spesso a pagamento anche notturno; il wi-fi non funziona, il ristorante sottostante trasuda l’odore acre di olio fritto che risale la scalinata del palazzo e permea l’appartamento; i condizionatori nelle camere da letto sono senza unità esterna come è normale nei centri storici, ma purtroppo rumorosi nel silenzio della notte, reso tale dagli ottimi infissi che isolano acusticamente. L’appartamento è ristrutturato bene, bisognerebbe risistemare però anche il paiolato dei balconi, che essendo in legno, alcune travi sono segnate dal tempo e non danno un senso di sicurezza nel sostarci sopra.

Beautiful, comfortable property

This property was absolutely wonderful to stay at. Very nicely appointed, comfortable beds, good air conditioning, great supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms. We really enjoyed staying here - we had 4 adults and had plenty of room to spread out - and the two bathrooms were great! I would definitely stay here again!

A fantastic apartment- highly recommended.

We booked the Medina Apartment as a family of four for our summer holiday. We were attracted by its central location, proximity to restaurants, harbourside and beach and it certainly did not disappoint. It is a clean, beautifully decorated and spacious apartment right in the heart of the old town with absolutely everything you might need for a short (or longer) stay in Alghero. Despite its location, the double glazed windows provided effective noise reduction. Air conditioning was very welcome! We found the washing line outside the kitchen window very useful each day. Maria was so helpful throughout all stages of the holiday experience and provided a comprehensive list of recommended restaurants and local sights/excursions. We were so grateful to her for allowing us access to check in early following our early morning flight and for arranging a taxi for us to return to Fertilla airport. Thank you to Alessandra too for the early morning checkout. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alghero, especially families and we would love to return again one day. Thank you! Superb! Definitely recommend this place

Such an amazing apartment close to absolutely everything we never needed to take a taxi anywhere! The house is full of light and not noisy at all. We were expecting noise because of the position. But not at all. Alessandra was so helpful and friendly . The apartment was iper clean and had everything we needed, from Air conditioning to Internet Wifi, from oven to microwave. The location was ideal for getting to all the sites on foot, central to everything and only 2 minutes from the sea and touristic port. Bus terminal for reach the airport is only 4 minutes away. There were good restaurants and a grocery very nearby. The price is very reasonable if compared with the quality. Definitely recommend this place.
