La propriété est à distance de marche des commerces de Rock et à quelques minutes en voiture des magnifiques plages de Polzeath et Daymer Bay. Il y a un lit double dans une chambre et un lit simple et des lits superposés dans la seconde avec une télévision dans les deux chambres. Le jardin et la terrasse bien exposée donnent sur la campagne et il y a un bain à remous où vous pourrez vous détendre et profiter des environs .. Il y a une grande cuisine et un salon avec des canapés confortables, une télévision et une connexion Wi-Fi. Dans le hall d'entrée, il y a une grande caisse pour chiens que vous pouvez utiliser si vous souhaitez également apporter un chien et des bols pour chiens. Le jardin est clos et sans danger pour les animaux.

For me, the hot tub was the selling point, making the property stand out from its contenders. I wasn't disappointed. The garden is private, there were no noisy neighbours, the accommodation was spacious. The kitchen equipment more than adequate to enable me to make meals.There are good public footpaths that you can pick up from near the accommodation. I was able to walk to Lundy Bay & St Enodoc's church from the house.

We had a great week here, great location for exploring Rock, local beaches Daymer and Polzeath and only 30 mins from 7 bays beaches. House was well equipped and we absolutely loved being able to start each day in the hot tub. Beds were comfy and rooms a good size. Would recommend staying here.

As a family of 4 we really appreciated the size of the property (it's very spacious) and we also appreciated how well set up it is with everything you need.Having the hot tub was a lovely addition as was the well stocked bookcase and games.Many thanks for a lovely time staying in Rock!

Lovely area. Close to many places in cornwall. Lots of cobwebs everywhere in the apartment. The apartment was lovely and big. We would stay here again.

Tranquil stay in Rock

Had a fantastic four nights at this impressive apartment in Rock. Secluded, peaceful and tranquil stay.Walking distance to a good pub (Pityme Inn) and local shops.Made several trips to passion via the walk on ferry which is only a mile or so from the apartment.Excellent proximity for day visits to areas such as Port Isaac and Newquay amongst others.Looking forward to revisiting in the future.

Great dog friendly accommodation in a great position for exploring camel estuary.

Lovely quiet apartment set back from the road with super private enclosed garden and hot tub. We loved exploring the local beaches and restaurants, bodyboarding at polzeath was great even in early October. Hugh was a great host with good communication and support. Having access to streaming services via the smart TV was great too.
