Great location in beautiful area

This was the third time we had stayed at this property and never disappoints with its location and views. It had all its familiar essentials and workings that we expected and our small pet dog felt very comfortable too. The parking allocation is always quite tight for Flat 3 but very manageable as is the main entrance to the property but this is to be expected in such a sought after location. The kitchen and bedroom facilities were a generous size with an en suite to two of them and a good single added to all we wanted. We did feel that the cleanliness of the whole property needed a little bit more attention to detail as we found property from previous visitors and marks in the kitchen equipment (microwave, cooker ,fridge etc) that were a little grubby. Even though we were looked over from both sides there were great facilities to privatise how we could live without shutting all the blinds. We enjoyed our holiday again and the weather was perfect for going out and about.

Beautiful location in stylish premises.

Never stayed at the far end of Fistral beach before but as a family of four with a small dog were so surprised how peaceful and relaxing the location was and still obviously not very far to walk from the centre of Newquay. The accomadation and all facilities were fantastic and there was everything you needed to make the holiday seamless. The view was stunning and provided a very relaxing backdrop to an already lovely setting.

Excellent location and good sized apartment.

The lounge and bedrooms were comfortable and clean. It was quiet and restful. The view amazing and the location for access to the beach is unbeatable. However, it is a push to claim that there is a balcony, it’s just a staircase with a small table and chairs for two overlooking a car park. The kitchen is tired and a bit grubby with a very noisy fridge and missing some of those things that make it convenient and you won’t necessarily bring from home.

Beachside Fistral

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and so clean. There is a perfectly placed small table and chairs in front of the window to watch the sun come up over the sea in the morning with a cup of tea ! Kitchen was very well equipped with kettle, coffee maker, microwave, pots pans etc. The heating was preset but comes on about 3 times a day so it was lovely and warm all day. The bedrooms are spacious and there were extra bedding and blankets provided by the owner. The access to the apartment is via outside staircase, but the steps are wide and not steep. I had a couple of issues with the lockbox but luxury coastal property manager was brilliant and sorted it out. In all we would 100% stay there again, we had an amazing time, the area is quiet and relaxing. Loved it !!!
