Le Lakeview 130 a subi une rĂ©novation totale en mai 2016. Ce 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain pour 4 personnes confortablement. Profitez de la piscine Ă  150 pieds de distance et cuisinez sur le grill sur le balcon qui surplombe la piscine. À seulement 3/4 mile de Pinehurst Clubhouse et des attractions de la rĂ©gion Ă  proximitĂ©.

La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec ustensiles de cuisine, mixeur, mixeur, cafetiÚre, mijoteuse, moule à pizza, plaques à biscuits, gaufrier, cafés, thés et crémiers, pellicule plastique, papier d'aluminium, baggies quart et gallon.

This condo was incredibly welcoming and truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The space was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, making it easy to relax and enjoy our stay.The location is unbeatable, especially if you’re visiting Pinehurst to golf. It’s super close to the Pinehurst golf courses, which made getting around effortless. After Bill’s first retirement, we made our move to the Pacific Northwest. Bill began his second career, and I continued my first career. We also built a working ranch and established a forest stewardship. After 15 years, we purchased a home in Pinehurst. We enjoy the outdoor activities that Pinehurst offers; golf, tennis, boating, hiking and relaxing. We have been involved in purchasing and renovating properties for 43 years. In September of 2015 we purchased Lakeview 130 and began a total renovation. Now complete we invite you to stay and enjoy this historic area and all the activities it offers. Thank you for considering Lakeview 130. As always our continued thoughts and prayers are with our service members currently serving, those who have served and their families. A Ring doorbell camera is on the front stoop. It is engaged 24/7. Thank you.
