Tranquil Pinehurst lakefront condo overlooking the #10 green of Pinehurst #5, 3/4 mile from Pinehurst Resort. Renovated June of 2020. Free pool, wifi, cable, parking and washer/dryer. Self checkin with entry door keypad. I am 4 minutes away if any needs arise. This is a completely equipped 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Smart televisions in living room and both bedrooms. Each bedroom can have either 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. Hardwood flooring and tile throughout. High end amenities. There is a ring doorbell camera that overlooks the front porch and parking lot.

Great view near everything!

Amazing view on the lake, almost walking distance from The Cradle, with everything you'd need. The beds were very comfortable and the decor was top notch. I'd definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is so clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The location was ideal for all we wanted to do (golf, dining, shopping). We would highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay here in the future!

The best!

Probably the best VRBO we ever stayed in! It was so well stocked with everything we could possibly need or want! The condo was so clean, the location was perfect for hanging out at Pinehurst Village, and the views of the lake were spectacular! Would stay here again & again!

Lovely lake views and a very well equipped condo

We used this as a base during a house hunting expedition and it was terrific. The hosts are wonderful and very willing to help out with local information. The condo was very clean, the washer/dryer was great and we loved it. When we go back, will definitely try to rebook here!

Golf Trip

Perfect condo for two couples on a golf trip to Pinehurst. Great location with amazing lake views. Every amenity you could ever need. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water got a little low so we adjusted our shower schedules a little and it wasn’t a problem. Overall an excellent accommodation and we would definitely recommend and book again in the future!

Time to relax

This is a lovely property with thoughtful additions that make it feel comfortable (throw blanket, sewing kit, storage bags, kayak etc.). The view of the water was super relaxing and the surrounding community was also quite sweet. Such a great place to be able to unwind and relax, but also enjoy the surrounding area.

Annual Father / Daughter Golf Trip

Third year staying in this unit. Fair rate, super clean, quiet pool, view of lake from multiple rooms, kitchen has everything you need to prepare home cooked meals, owner is very pleasant and easily accessible. Would (and have) recommend to family and friends.

Exceptional!

We have stayed at quite a few properties in Pinehurst and this one was by far the best! Completely renovated, including the bathrooms. The walk-in shower in the master was so nice! The decor is beautiful, the setup is perfect, the location is ideal and the view was so relaxing. And they have stocked the property with everything you could possibly need. This will definitely be our top choice for our next visit.

Could not have asked for more from a rental property!

Not only was the location perfect, but the unit itself was stunning. Immaculately decorated, comfortable furniture, and every amenity you could ask for. The owner was very communicative and genuinely made our stay even better. I would highly recommend this location. Five stars does not even seem to be enough. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Absolutely PERFECT!

I am not one who usually leaves a review, but in the case I am happy to. I don’t think we have ever stayed at a more perfect VRBO! Absolutely immaculate and everything you need for a wonderful vacation! The owner was so pleasant to communicate with and assured us that if we needed anything, they were a call away. Again, an absolutely perfect stay and we WILL be staying here again! HIGHLY recommend!!

We went to Pinehurst to celebrate a wedding anniversary, having had our honeymoon there 29 years ago. The condo was clean and the amenities very nice and new. We enjoyed the view of the lake. Cecelia was hospitable with her communications and we appreciated her warmth. Should we ever find ourselves in Pinehurst again we shall be certain to rent this condo again.

Great condo

The condo was great. Very clean and well kept. We loved being right on the lake. The only drawback during our stay was being woken up 3 of 4 mornings at 4:30am by the upstairs neighbors walking around, showering, and watching TV. Other than that it was perfect.

After 15 years, we purchased a home in Pinehurst. We enjoy the outdoor activities that Pinehurst has to offer; golf, boating, hiking, and relaxing. We have been involved in purchasing and renovating properties for over 43 years. In August of 2019 we purchased Lakeview 103 and began a total renovation. Now complete, we invite you to stay and enjoy this historic area and the activities it offers. Thank you for considering Lakeview 103. As always our continued thoughts are with our service members currently serving, those who have served and their families. There is a Ring doorbell located on the front porch. It is engaged 24/7.
