Grande et belle maison - Marchez jusqu'à Lion's Head!

Situé à seulement 10 minutes de Vail Village par le bus GRATUIT (l'arrêt de bus est au bout du chemin!), ou à 15 minutes à pied de la télécabine Lionshead, des restaurants et des magasins, cette maison est l'endroit idéal pour ceux qui ne veulent pas faire face à un long trajet en bus ou à la folie / cher des garages de stationnement Vail. Restez dans notre maison et voyez la montagne depuis votre terrasse! Notre maison est prête pour vous et vos amis ou votre famille.

Notre maison de quatre chambres est équipée d'une immense terrasse extérieure, d'un bain à remous pour sept personnes et d'une cour. La cuisine a un plan d'étage ouvert, des comptoirs en granit, du parquet, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous pourriez avoir besoin.

La chambre principale principale dispose d'un nouveau lit king-size, d'une cheminée, d'une télévision, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une terrasse privée, d'une baignoire jacuzzi et d'un sauna à vapeur. La deuxième chambre principale a un lit king-size et une salle de bain complète privée. Les troisième et quatrième chambres sont équipées de lits superposés jumeaux et partagent une salle de bain trois quarts. Il y a aussi un loft secret qui abrite deux lits simples. Les enfants adorent ça! Pour les personnes supplémentaires, il y a un canapé-lit queen-size dans le salon / solarium.

La maison est parfaite pour recevoir avec sa grande cuisine spacieuse qui s'ouvre sur une chaleureuse salle familiale accueillante au rez-de-chaussée (avec cheminée, piano à queue, TV et lecteur DVD) et une deuxième salle familiale au deuxième étage avec une TV et lecteur DVD (parfait pour les grands groupes - donnant à chacun un peu d'intimité).

LA MAISON EST ÉQUIPÉE D'UN ACCÈS INTERNET DSL.

À côté de la maison se trouve un grand parc avec une aire de jeux pour enfants et un terrain de beach-volley. Nous nous amusons à faire de la luge avec les très petits dans la cour arrière! Venez profiter de tout ce que Vail a à offrir.

Great property. Very spacious and functional for multiple or large families. Convenient location to Vail skiing and just a short drive to Beaver Creek as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Location and Size

The house may look smaller via pictures online but the space really opens up as soon as you walk in the door. The bus stop is as close as it gets and provides fast and easy transport into Vail.

Fantastic Experience - Great Location

This house had all that we needed. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room and all amenities you could ask for. The location was perfect with the ability to walk to Lionshead or easily take the Sandstone bus that stops at the end of the driveway to Vail Village. Olivia was super easy to work with and communicate with answering any questions and able to make accommodations if possible. We have stayed here the last two years and loved it.

Fantastic home for a large group.

We had privacy while inside the home as neighbors were quiet and very polite. Close to I-70 which is noisy night and day. Children’s park was right outside the back door and walking into Lionshead village was not difficult if you are in good shape!

Family ski trip

This place was amazing and Olivia was quick to respond to any questions. It was roomy, the beds were comfortable, it had everything we needed in the kitchen and it was 10 minutes to the village. The bus was at the end of the driveway to take us skiiing and out to restaurants. Fantastic family trip. You must stay here if you come to Vail.

Spacious house near the slopes

Despite being near I-70, the interior is quiet, clean and well laid-out with individual and communal spaces for our group of 6 adult friends. 2025 winter reviews of this house are accurate. In addition to the Safeway, there is a City Market (Kroger) even a bit closer just down the street. The house is showing some wear and tear, as would be expected of a popular rental property, but is still a great find. We would enjoy staying there again.

Summer vaca

We (Denverites) and our friends from Chicago came to Vail for a 5 day trip with our kids (2 each ages 3-7) and could not have found a better place. 2 king beds for the adults and multiple bunk bed options for the kids were great. Amazing park next to the property and a bus stop right in front to get you anywhere uou want to go. The house was spacious and the kitchen was stocked. It was the perfect house for our needs. The host was very responsive.

Convenient stay near Lionshead

My friends and I had a great time at Olivia's property. It was a convenient 10-12 minute walk to skiing, especially if you check your skis and boots near the base (we used Vail Ski Tech). Bit of an incline over the footbridge. Home was laid out well, lots of space for the five of us. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. Hot tub was excellent. Olivia was very communicative and easy to work with, a great host. Would happily return for another ski trip.

Great Ski Vacation with the guys

Eight guys came out for a ski trip and had a blast. Place was plenty big enough for all of us. Pleasantly surprised to find the kitchen stocked with basic condiments, plenty of TP and toiletries. Steam shower in master is awesome! Was a bit further to Lion's Head than we thought, can walk it in regular boots but is tough is ski boots.

We had a great time. We stayed for 4 nights in mid July as a getaway from the south Texas heat. Location is good as there's a nice Safeway and other needed items down the street within a mile. Our kids enjoyed the park, the hot tub, and the very top floor "fort". It was more space than we needed as it will actually sleep quite a few people. As a runner I loved the path along the I-70 feeder. Everything was smooth, the tenant was very nice and very responsive, and I highly recommend it! PS--I will miss the ice cold tap water! Ehh back to Texas..

Amazing ski trip

I stayed at this house for 5 nights with my adult children and their friends (25-30 years old), there was plenty of room for everyone, the location was perfect being on the purple Sandstone bus line with the Red Sandstone Road stop right outside the door every 20 to 30 minutes direct to Vail Village (not Lionshead). Olivia is wonderful and very helpful. The pullout couch is in the office off the kitchen and makes another great bedroom (without a door). The small couch and bean bag upstairs don't convert to beds but make a great lounge area. Safeway grocery store is a close by drive, and the walk to Lionshead is ok if it's not too cold and you aren't carrying skis, otherwise take the bus. The kitchen has everything you need, washer and dryer are great, and hot tub is wonderful. Overall a perfect place to stay, I would definitely rent this place again for my next ski trip.

Great place, great location, great communication.

This place was just what we were looking for. Not right in town but right on a bus line that took you into Vail Village quickly or an easy walk to Lionshead. The place was plenty large for our group of 7 adults, and all of us were able to comfortably watch the NFL playoffs in the living room. The kitchen (and rest of the house) was incredibly well stocked and the hot tub was one of the best I've ever been in, and a great thing for post-skiing recovery. Communication with the owner was easy and really quick, and she even let us check out late as there was nobody checking in the day we were leaving. Even the downstairs tenants were great, helping us jump one of our cars that wouldn't start on departure day. All in all a great house with everything you need an then some. Highly recommend.

Great location and tons of bed space...has everything you will need for your stay

For anyone looking to stay close to Vail/BC, this is a great rental. Highlights: - Shuttle drop off is literally at the end of the driveway - House has all the essentials needed for large groups and or multiple families - While it only has 4 rooms, there are a lot of beds available - Grill and hot tub are great additions - Easy access to I-70 if you are headed to other resorts - Grocery stores and other shops are just down the road The only thing I would say is that some of the furniture in the house is a little old and damaged. Specifically there were some dinning chairs that were broken when we arrived. It didn't keep them from being functional and really was not an issue, but something that could be fixed easily. Overall, I highly recommend this rental. The owner was great at communication and accommodating our group. They are very flexible if able to be with checkin and always available. If you are coming to Vail, this is a great place to stay.
