Magnifique Condo Canal Front! Apportez votre bateau!

Cette unité belle et confortable a 1 chambre et salle de séjour avec canapé-lit, donc il peut facilement accueillir 4 personnes. Il a une vue magnifique sur la baie et son propre quai, de sorte que les clients peuvent apporter leur bateau.

Cabana Beach Club est un trÚs petit complexe avec seulement 12 unités et offre une grande intimité. Golfe du Mexique est juste en face de la route, c'est une trÚs courte promenade. La communauté a sa propre piscine.
L'unitĂ© est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin - ustensiles de cuisine, argenterie, casseroles et poĂȘles, serviettes, draps, chaises de plage, etc. Canal TV et WIFI.

La propriété se trouve directement sur un canal, plus il y a un quai juste en face, donc pas de problÚme avec le bateau.

Our little staycation gem.

This was our 3rd time back to one of our favorite little getaways. We had our friend rent out the two end units, so i was nice having everyone together. Of course, I love having my boat right out the back door as well. We all went to dinner by water, twice. We all enjoy how sleep Longboat Key is.

Perfect stay

This is our third time staying in these one-bedroom houses. They are always well decorated and filled with useful items. Perfect walking distance to Cannons marina if you want to rent a boat, and across the street from the property pool/beach access. The owner was out of town but made sure to reach out and give us the contact info of their assistant who was BEYOND helpful, from addressing a small leak in the kitchen sink (same day within 2hrs of contacting her and while we were out at dinner), to helping us with a left-behind item. The only BYO items we brought was spices, and basics like ketchup and mustard and nonstick spray; Publix is super close for any other items you might need. 10/10 we will continue to stay here whenever we are in Longboat.

Best of Both Worlds

Park your car at the front door and dock your boat at the back door. This condo is across from the beach, and right on the canal - it's clean, comfortable, super convenient, and close to some great restaurants. If you're planning a family reunion or vacation with friends, consider renting the units on each side of this one too, you'll have the whole place to yourselves.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. Decided to make a last minute long weekend trip to Longboat key and this was just perfect. Peaceful bayside and view with just a short walk to the beach. Accommodations were just as described and pictured. We would come back again but hoping to have our own place in parodies soon

Tranquility

We enjoy Longboat and the it’s tranquility. Staying across the road from the beach was fine for us. The patio and dock was great and looking out in to the canal was peaceful. The pool , beach and laundry are across the highway but it is not hard to get to. The bungalow has been somewhat updated. Some of the vinyl is chipping off a kitchen drawer. The rooms could have had more lighting and a fan in the bathroom needs to be added. All in all it was nice and clean and we would rent it again.

Great directions for the parking and locating the unit- we miss the place already! A short walk across the beach and easy drive into town. The back canal was beautiful to wake up to. When we come back to town we will 1000% stay here!

Peaceful get away

The place was clean and updated. The location was very convenient. The management was very responsive. Manatees sleep in the canal every day for long periods of time. Very cool. Will return.

Has a canal view,beach,and pool all within a few steps. Completely equipped for cooking,beach,pool or just relaxing. Onsite laundry was a great convenience. The unit was spotless and easy to use.

Work-cation perfection

My husband and I decided to work from Florida for about 11 days so we could enjoy the weekends in warmer conditions. The apt was perfect for the amount of time we needed it. So nice to have the canal in front and beach access across the street. Free laundry was a plus. Within a mile walk to some stores and restaurants and bike rentals. The apt was clean and the bed was comfy. So happy we booked it again for next year.

Weekend w friends

This canal front location was perfect. Michaela and Anna couldn’t have been more helpful. Responding quickly with answers. Telling us the closest boat ramp and allowing us to park trailer in parking lot. Having our boat right outside the door was fabulous. The unit was very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed having a full kitchen. We will definitely return. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend.

We needed a getaway together for about 4 or 5 days and this was the perfect solution. We relaxed and enjoyed the canal (watching manatees and dolphins). The beach and Gulf were amazing - comfortable water temp, nice breeze and great sun. Delightful getaway.

My wife and Kids stayed at this property for a vacation and due to greed we completely regret ever trusting investment rental properties. In one day one we had two cockroaches and rodent droppings in the pan cub board. We contacted vrbo and the owner because we wanted to leave and the owner stated “ she will do whatever we want.” We decided to leave and request refund and the owner as well as vrbo state that this is not an infestation and it’s not unsafe. We’ll we are from the Midwest and cockroaches and rodent poop is unsafe to us and our kids especially. We were never given a refund and greed has ruined this experience for my family and I. Few other items that one should be aware of, the beds are not comfortable at all, the beach was very weedy. I don’t care if someone in the warm climates believes cockroaches are normal, people should have the right to leave a rental if they believe it is not safe, especially for children. This is so sad that the property owner chose greed over ethics.

Manatees!

My husband and I had a relaxing long weekend - we watched manatees in the canal every day, and walked across the street to the beach. This really is the perfect location for peace and quiet. We are already planning to visit again. The battery was running low on the door lock, and someone came to replace it within 15 minutes of my email. Very clean unit, plenty of extra towels. Perfect weather was a happy bonus!

Everything was great with regards to location, cleanliness, well stocked . Our only complaint would be that the mattresses on the bed and pull-out couch were not comfortable. They were either worn out or just too soft. Otherwise, I’d stay there again!
