A Great Family Paradise

We loved staying here. We were a mile from the beach which was great, but the house was such a paradise that we didn't want to leave. We stayed with 2 other small families for a National Softball Tournament, our girls range from 16-18 and they did not complain about not running around sightseeing during tournament play, because the house was so nice and family friendly. We were right at home. The manager was very attentive to every issue we had and prompt with returning calls and messages. Will definitely stay there again if we have are back in the area.

These families were a joy to host! Not only were they considerate, caring and friendly, their care for our home was outstanding. They left clean towels and linens for us, definitely above and beyond. We were thrilled to host these beautiful families and would welcome them back in a second!

Great Home With Plenty Gathering Spaces

We were a group of high school friends celebrating our 60th birthdays. The house was perfect for us. It was very spacious with plenty room to spread out, and many gathering spaces, both inside and out. The property manager was very kind and thorough in explaining the features of the home. The owner was very gracious, delivering flowers and wine as a welcome. We had a blast and the house was perfect for us.

Our wonderful California reunion :)

We absolutely loved our time at this home ! If i could give it 10 stars i would ! The house is truly amazing !,We came from New York to have a family reunion with my California family .We spent almost all our time outside .We had so much fun in the pool ! The flowers all around and the hummingbirds were all so beautiful! Diane couldn' t have been more helpful or lovely .We actually got to meet the owner Mike ,he too was wonderful and so gracious .We took a day trip to Legoland which was great .My family hopes to come back to this home again .I recommend it highly ro any family who is looking for a great California vacation .My family will always remember our time :) Thank you so much Diane and Mike !

The overall experience was great and property manager was excellent. The ducks on property were acquired after we purchased the stay. The kids enjoyed them but they woke us up at 6am every morning and left quite the mess in the backyard in the pool and pool deck. The overall is perfect for a large family gathering and we enjoyed our time together.

Best. Home. Ever

This is truly a home not a house. Very amazing place. Pictures can never do justice. Owner greeted us with a few bottles of wine and made us feel so welcome. Most comfy beds in all my many Vacation Rental Experiences.

great family vacation home

The best way to describe this experience is as if you are staying at a good friends home, vs renting a house. Very well equipped, very flexible and responsive hosts. Nothing like walking out of the family room to your own private pool, equipped with all sorts of pool toys for all ages. Convenient to everything. Loved it, a thorough pleasure.

Amazing family vacation again!

This is the second time we stayed at this house for a family vacation with all our kids and grandkids. And as before we had the best time reconnecting and just being together! I can’t say enough about this house, including the pool, hot tub, playhouse, and especially about the owner and manager! They took care of everything and made sure we had what we needed. It was extra warm the weekend we were there and they brought over extra fans and a portable air conditioner. I hope we will have more family vacations in this house.

Fantastic family vacation!

We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing and fun way to spend our family vacation! This house had everything and plenty of space for our kids and grandkids. The management and owner were very kind and attentive and made sure everything was perfect! If they will have us we will be back next year!

Surf City House

This house is beautiful. Perfect size for our family, 6 adults and 5 kids. The kids loved the clubhouse and the pool was a big hit. We would definitely stay there again.

Incredible!

The house is great for large groups, the pictures don't do this home justice. It was a great mini vacation escape. We enjoyed every moment, close to the beach but really enjoyed the relaxing pool area. Nothing negative to say. Diane & Robert were great, easy to contact, I would definitely go back. We were very impressed.
