This Mediterranean home with exposed ceiling beams and red Moroccan mahogany wood floors features a large master bedroom with a CA king bed size and its own bathroom/ shower and a balcony overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island, two queen beds with a designated workplace includes a desk and a printer. the fourth bedroom is located downstairs full bedroom. All bedrooms have its own closet and TVS, a good size kitchen well equipped perfect for families or groups. The living room includes a comfortable leather sofa that can be used as sleeper as well, the living room is s cozy place to relax after a day of exploring and share a meal in the joint 6-seater dining room. The house is designed for comfort with a thoughtful touch throughout; this beautiful home offers a welcoming retreat with its own front yard seating area and a large patio with seating and dining areas and outdoors shower.

The house is completely private and have its own front yard. In the back of the house there is a detached unit ( can be rented by guest at additional cost, if used (most of the time it is not in use) but if it is used the back yard might be sheared, the back yard also has agas grill barbeque, water toys like a peddle/ surfing board (2), beach chairs (2), cart to help carry items to the beach and a cooler. beach towels are available too.

A lot to choose from with all divers culture and style. the area feels like a small beach town but few miles down the street you'll find the high rise building old and new, the shoreline village overlooking the light house and the queen Mary and cruise ships. you really don't have to go far to find an amazing sights and attractive views. long beach is full of wonderful events like the grand brix, concerts, the convention center, farmer markets, the Belmont pool, the rowing center, always something festive happening around here. the famous Naples island canals and much more.
