Condo au premier étage magnifiquement rénové avec trois chambres et une salle de bain. Deux chambres ont des lits queen; une chambre a un lit superposé double / complet. Très proche de la plage et des commerces de la ville. Peut accueillir jusqu'à 7ppl. Stationnement hors rue pour deux voitures. Télévision par câble dans la pièce principale et la chambre des enfants, climatisation, grill, douche extérieure, ventilateurs de plafond partout, laveuse / sécheuse, tous les appareils de cuisine, y compris la machine Keurig, jusqu'à 7 laissez-passer de plage fournis. Savourez votre café du matin ou votre cocktail du soir sur le porche et prenez l'air de l'océan. À trois minutes à pied de la plage! À distance de marche des boutiques, des restaurants et des arcades de Brigantine. Atlantic City est à une courte distance en voiture ou en taxi!

We had an amazing time staying here! It was perfect for our friend/family getaway with adults and kids. It was an easy walk to the beach and the backyard area was perfect for relaxing in the mornings and at night. The place was very clean. We will definitely be back!

Great Location

This was our first time in Brigantine and we loved the town. The house was exactly as presented in the post and was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. It was very clean and is convenient to the beach. Enjoyed our time there.

This beach house was perfect! We had a blast hanging out at the house or playing on the beach just a few minutes walk away. The host was by far one of the best we have worked with and was able to help us out with many random requests. Backyard was the perfect place to chill after a day at the beach. We will definitely be back!

Mike’s place was absolutely perfect for my family of 4. The photos and description don’t do it justice. It was especially clean. The kitchen was well stocked and the large counter space made meal prep easy. I loved having the front porch for my morning cup of coffee and we enjoyed eating dinner in the spacious and fun backyard. It was a quick and easy walk to the beach and the street was quiet and felt very safe. The air conditioners in each room made the house nice and cool. Beach tags and a beach cart were included, which was a helpful surprise. Mike was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout the stay. It was truly a fantastic house and we hope to stay again in the future!

Quite neighborhood

Everything we needed!

My friend and I stayed here for a weekend and we both loved the house! The furniture was comfortable, the house was very clean and updated and it was the best stocked kitchen that I've ever had in a rental!

My husband and I really enjoyed our short stay in Brigantine. The place was clean and in a great location. Mike, the owner, was very easy to communicate with and easy going. We are looking forward to coming back and enjoying the backyard and close proximity to the beach when the weather gets warmer.

Excellent property/would stay again

The property description and reviews for this listing were 100% accurate and we are so pleased to have decided to stay here. Check in was made easy by the owner and the unit was clean and fresh when we arrived. Nothing was lacking here! Mike was super welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Great Place! Prefect location!

The house was clean, and very comfortable. Plenty of space and light. The backyard was amazing. Prefect for eating and enjoying time with the family. Three year old grandson thought the front porch was pretty cool too. Easy short walk to the beach. Mike, the owner, was the best host. He was friendly, available, and made sure our trip was prefect!

We own both units in this house (top unit is never rented, so you won't be sharing with other vacationers) and absolutely love it, and the town and beaches of Brigantine. We hope you will come and enjoy all the town has to offer. Top unit is never rented.

Newly renovated condo in desirable section of town. Very close to the beach (I walked to the entry in under three minutes!)

First floor unit easy for kids and elders. Owners occupy the top unit primarily Friday night through Sunday. Top unit is not offered for rent.
