Primary Renter must be 25 years of age or older and be present at all times in the condo during the stay. Age verification checked upon guest check-in at the registration desk. If you are under the age of 25, Tidewater Beach Resort will NOT allow the guest to check-in.

Spectacular gulf front views from both the living room and the master bedroom with 46" televisions located in each room. A "five star" queen mattress collection in the master bedroom, along with a queen sleeper sofa, and twin bunk room beds, makes this unit, a convenient and comfortable option for any family sleeping up to six guests. A fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, a dining area as well as a sit-in breakfast bar makes this property, one that truly has to be experienced to be appreciated! This property also comes complete with a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience. Internet access with a WiFi connection is also provided for our guests.
