Newly remodeled! Beautiful, comfortable,Quiet, family friendly, affordable beachfront 2br/ 1.5 bath second story unit in gated condo complex. Complex boasts great balcony views of both pool and ocean. One king size bed in master br. 2 twin beds in second bedroom which also has its own 1/2 bath. Great set up for 2 couples or a family of 4. Unit includes fully stocked kitchen including lots of gadgets! Kuerig and regular coffee maker. All towels/ linens included. Washer/ dryer in unit. Gas grill and comfortable balcony furniture. Private gate to walk through to " The Palms Resort" to enjoy a drink at the tiki bar, meal or enjoy a great snorkeling experience.

Great stay in St. Croix

I very much agree with the former reviewer. The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Not a 5 star property, but we were not expecting that. The kitchen and bathrooms could use some updating which I believe are in the owners plan. The house was very comfortable, open and bright with a beautiful view of the ocean and pool. We sat on the beach which was extremely quiet, and walked to the Palms via the beach for drinks and dinner. We also rented a car from Judi of Croix which was a must for us to see the rest of the island. The owner Brian is wonderful, helped us in so many ways with questions about the island. We had a great vacation, and Erin, the owner was always available immediately with any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property for its price and location.

Thanks! Yes, there are some updates scheduled in the near future! One of which I'm glad to announce has already taken place... we now have a washer/ dryer in the unit for renters convenience. :)

Quiet community with great ocean views!

The unit was well appointed with all the conveniences needed to enjoy a relaxing stay in St. Croix. The location is excellent...beautiful ocean views!!!, nice walk to a beach side restaurant, and an easy drive to Christiansted. Owner, Erin, was always responsive and helpful. We were concerned to keep our reservation due to the hurricanes, but found the unit a good value. AC in the bedroom and a washer/dryer was really nice. We rented a jeep and explored the entire island...we will be back!

Buyer Beware

We had notified the owner about the time of our arrival twice, so I was surprised that there was no one to let us into the condo. After about 30 minutes, one of the neighbors found a way to get us in only to find a condo that looks nothing like the pictures. Also, the toilet was leaking and would not flush, the shower had no running water and the screens had been blown away from the hurricane which led to aggressive mosquitoes in the evenings and early mornings. The roaches in the kitchen were very large and the pool was a deep murky green. We visited 6 weeks after the hurricane and expected the island to be in disrepair, yet the people we met were positive, friendly and hard working. Most had generators and after seeing our situation, invited us to escape to a better location. We relocated after two nights yet if you are unhappy with your stay, do not expect a refund......

I desperately tried to get these renters not to book my unit at this time! They were made aware that there was major damage Island wide from a cat 5 hurricane and all I could ensure was that the building was still standing! I had no way to make a trip over to even assess my unit to tell them exactly what to expect but they were definitely made aware that there was no electricity and very little water pressure ( bc the pump runs by power). The only reason my condo was even searchable was bc it was asked by FEMA bc the building was still structurally sound there are so many displaced people with no where to go. I explained this but it fell on deaf ears! I was told that other more habitable places on the island had raised the prices ( I lowered mine by 50%) and their flight was booked and they couldn’t change their time off so would I PLEASE accommodate them. I reluctantly agreed and this is the thanks I get. Shame on them for taking advantage of a situation where we have already lost so much! Lesson learned I guess... with many prayers and hard work our complex will be able to return to its former beauty! Pls anyone reading this take in account the severity of this situation. VI strong!

You're in St. Croix!

We had read previous comments about this property being an older condo unit, but it served our purposes perfectly. You're in St. Croix, so why the heck would you care about being inside all the time. It's beachfront, there is a pool, the groundskeeper was very friendly (be sure to talk to him about going to the market on Saturday morning). The other people staying there when we were, were very nice. It' in a good location close to Christensted although our Google maps had it marked differently, so once you find it, mark it! 😃 Oh, and the rooster next door gives you a wake up call every morning around 4 so you can catch the sunrise! We would stay here again!

Bright, Airy and Cute!

This place was the perfect fit for us on our stay. The ocean view was amazing, with close access to the beach and a balcony for evening relaxing and enjoying the warm breezes. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone! We were very satisfied with everything.
