Ce refuge chalet / cabine est entiÚrement équipée avec tout de la maison. Profitez de la crique sons du porche arriÚre la nuit en regardant les lucioles dansent par. Brevard, NC est à seulement 20 minutes, Dupont State Park est à 10 minutes, Davidson River et Sliding Rock à Brevard est un point culminant de Brevard. Joli endroit (Camp Greenville) 10 mn parfait pour les cérémonies de mariage. Chambres, Master a un lit King à l'étage principal, loft à l'étage a une reine, et la chambre que nous appelons Eagle's Nest a un lit jumeau, un jumeau supplémentaire en loft de lecture. mezzanine à l'étage dispose également d'une salle de séjour.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was comfortable and cozy. Located near hiking trails which we enjoyed. The host, Jan, was great to work with and communicated well.

We brought in the new year 2026 at this cabin. To our surprise, it was much better in person than the pictures. Plenty of space for everyone to sleep very warm feeling well and well decorated. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to go to the mountains. Caesars head State Park is nearby and Brevard and Pisgah Forest is a close drive.

Our family of 5 stayed for a visit to The Pretty Place Chapel. House was great, everyone had their own little personal space. Great location to not only The Pretty Place Chapel but many other sights like waterfalls, hiking trails, wonderful restaurants & coffee shops. Would say a 10 out of 10 trip!

Relaxing place to stay

This beautiful cabin is well maintained and was a wonderful place to just relax. The area is lovely with lots to do and see. We enjoyed the waterfalls in the area. It was so refreshing to get up in the morning and drink a cup of coffee on the back porch. Overall just a great place to unwind and get recharged!

Restful Springtime Holiday

Perfect spot for a peaceful holiday in nature. Great location for walking trails and cycling. We also enjoyed spending time in Brevard. It's a lovely welcoming town with lots of creative vibes and a great bookshop. Earth Mountain Bicycle (bike hire/shop), Brevard Yoga Studio and Brevard Pottery are all highly recommended.

Perfect Mountain Escape

My family and I really enjoyed our weeklong stay at Bear Creek. In addition to relaxing in the country, we saw lots of wildlife around us. We will definitely stay again.

Time to relax and reset

Bear Creek is very inviting, well stocked and comfy. The back porch is amazing for morning coffee and the fire pit is perfect to end the night with a cocktail. Exactly what we needed to visit with dear friends, relax and reset after a few crazy months.

Bear Creek vacationn

We really enjoyed our stay at Bear Creek. The back porch was delightful with our morning coffee and the daily visits from the hummingbirds host was very accommodating with all of our requests. We would stay there again for another month with without any hesitation.

Cozy home in the mountains

The cabin was a dream and we broke ground in 2007 to build Bear Creek. During construction, a friendly bear was seen many times at the creek watching as the construction progressed, so we named the cabin "Bear Creek". There is no better place to come and relax after working in the city. Bring your CD music and play your favorite mountain tunes! My personal favorite is watching the sunrise with a hot cup of coffee on the back porch. At night you will enjoy the mountain sounds, tree frogs and katydids will sing you to sleep.
